Great property and experience overall. Just a couple suggestions, 1) Garage door code provided for one door only. Recommend writing all 3 codes and instructions on white board at bottom of stairs 2) Floors need to be mopped, first day, black feet after walking on 3) coffee pot needs to be replaced, leaks badly when pouring, upper ring with spout is not adhered to glass pot, can be lifted up, 4) Master bedroom, no bulb in ceiling fan making room very dark even with night stand and dresser lights on.

The home was in great shape, clean and very comfortable for our family.The location is great, and we love having the garage for our bikes and parking our car. We have stayed in this house about 8 times now, in the past several years.

Overall great experience with the property! Distance to and paved public beach access was great! Very clean with updated amenities and plenty of room for everyone. All the available family games were a nice surprise! Was disappointed that the partial view shown in the Island Realty listing was now blocked by neighboring foliage - that view was a big factor in decision to rent this location. Would definitely recommend this property for families - kid and pet friendly!

Perfect for our beach-break needs! Under a 5 minute walk to the beach, with chairs and umbrellas in the garage.The only slight gripe was slow WIFI, but given that we were on vacation it wasn't an issue at all!

This was our first dog friendly cottage rental and it was spotless. It had a large fenced in yard for the dog and access from the yard to a fenced in area within the 3 car garage where pets could get inside if needed. The location was a really short walk to the beach access. Everything in the house was in perfect condition and was easy to keep up. We hope to return soon.

I was looking for a dog friendly property close to the beach. This fit the bill. Big, fenced in yard; gated front porch.Walk out the front door down to the corner and two houses to the right and you are at the path to the (very nice) beach. Very quick response from management company in response to my call about a problem with the garage keypad. The decor could most definitely use updating; the interior felt a little like grandma's house.

We loved our stay. very comfortable and such a great location. I really liked the kitchen and that it was very well equipped.Only item I would change is that the gate be designed to not let little dogs out. Ours got out several times during the stay. I bought a baby gate it helped.Thanks

The rental was comfortable and was much like staying in friend’s beachfront home. Everything you need is here you is close to the beach with great areas to walk. There was new construction on both sides which knew in advance and should be ending soon. The only real complaint was the couches are a little worn.

Lives large and great interior layout right across the street from beach access The remodeled kitchen is wonderfully stocked and very good for cooking meals for 8. 3 car garage was great for securing a small boat and an extra car but heads up the drive is a challenge and there was construction on each side of the home - luckily inactive the week we were there but with pandemic supply chain issues neither are expected to be finished before next year.
