All of the amenities you could ask for!

The location is perfect! Walk to restaurants, grocery, spa and shopping. Bummer the beach was so small you couldn’t put any lawn furniture on the beach (unless it was your own). You are steps from the ocean and it is a really quiet place. The only negative for me is that it is very outdated inside. There is a massive need for updating everything!!!! If that doesn’t bother you, then it is perfect.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was so clean and well stocked. It seemed like every time that we needed something it was there (tons of kitchen items, plenty of towels and even a few phone chargers for our use). The location is perfect and very conveniently located to shops, stores, restaurants and of course being on the beach can’t be beat. If you stay here be sure to watch the sunsets!

View from balcony is AMAZING! Condo very well stocked. Easy walk to Camana Bay and Foster’s grocery store. Only thing I wasn’t prepared for were the few cleaning instructions on checkout. Made leaving a little hectic with us taking multiple trips to airport. But I will know now when I book next time and it’s definitely worth coming back!

Nice location... visited friends and walking distance to Camana Bay. Unfortunately, no beach, construction workers working around the pool and lost water for a few hours due to a water pipe strike by jackhammering.

This was a lovely condo that walked right out to the ocean. Beautiful and practical!

Complex and condo need updating. Plenty of room for 4 teen/adult guests. Walking distance to grocery store and a variety of restaurants. Very little beach left due to erosion. Great having kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Someone needs to tell the roosters that everyone is on vacation and is trying to sleep in.

Everything from check in to check out is smooth and easy. The owners take great pride in their unit and it is in a perfect location. Minutes from the airport, tons of restaurants, and seconds from the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We plan on visiting a couple times a year and continue staying here!

The condo porch is ground floor and steps from the beach. The sunsets were beautiful each night. You can easily walk to restaurants, dive shop, and convenience stores. There is a spa right next door. Many snorkel tours offered to pick us up at this location. We used a rental car and the nearest grocery store was Fosters about 2 miles away. This place was perfect for my husband and I. It was about 8 minutes from Georgetown. Lots of restaurant options within minutes from here. We even snorkeled right from the beach. This is not a luxury condo but a comfortable and affordable place. It was quiet at night even though we were on the ground floor. The only improvements I could suggest is block out curtains in the bedroom, a small cooler and folding beach chairs for guests to use while on the go, TV in the bedroom, and a rubber seal in the shower to keep water from running down the glass, down the tile onto the rug.

We really enjoyed our week on Seven Mile beach and can definitely recommend this condo for the right traveler. Definite pluses include easy walking to beach bars and restaurants as well as the very nice Camana Bay, quick ride from airport and easy stroll to the beach with some decent ocean views from both screened in porches. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining and living areas plenty roomy for 6 adults. The bathrooms were also clean and recently updated to our eyes. A couple points of warning which we believe are fair given the description and pictures. Most importantly, the condo facility itself has seen better days. The grounds were still maintained but the beach has been almost fully wiped out by recent hurricanes. At high tide the water touches the wall, as it does for abandoned neighboring places. If expansive seven mile beach at your fingertips is critical, may want to consider being further north. This isn’t the fault of the condo but the pictures are a bit misleading. Also, while there is an area for communal floats, etc. most of them are broken, as were several in the condo itself making it tough to escape the heat into the water. There are decent loungers and umbrellas but they aren’t set up for you over the weekend and there’s no tools to bury the umbrellas. Several lights didn’t work and the guest mattress collapsed and revealed stains and a shrug from the owners upon flipping. Overall, this makes the condo a budget, but not really bargain, option

We had a WONDERFUL stay at this condo! Check-in was a breeze and the condo was sparkling clean upon arrival. It is nothing fancy, but we spent very little time in the condo itself, so it was all we needed. The location is perfect and central to everything- we were able to walk all over the island and there were so many places to visit within a 2 mile radius. The condo had everything we needed- cookware, towels, etc. The beach, which was literally steps out the door, was never crowded and had the most beautiful sunsets. It was also nice to have the beach chairs and umbrellas available. The property owner was very responsive. We did have one small issue on day one that was resolved immediately. I HIGHLY recommend this condo. The beach and central location was worth every penny- and you can't miss the amazing sunsets!

Our family had such a wonderful time on Grand Cayman. The three bedroom condo fit our family perfectly. The location on seven mile beach was perfect. Easy walk to restaurants and a very nice grocery store. The pool was well enjoyed by our three little ones. The beach was pristine! The condo unit was well stocked with everything we could need - and more. It was a perfect spot for a family traveling with three kids under three! The owner was extremely helpful, quick to respond with questions and made certain we had access to everything we needed. The resort staff were kind and welcoming. Would certainly revisit again!

This home was exactly as it was presented on the VRBO website - no negative surprises or misrepresentations. The proximity to the beach and a pool are a major bonus. Owner communicated very well with us at booking time and leading up to our stay.

Property was in a super location. Host was easy to contact and condo was equipped with everything we needed.

The condo is steps away from the white sand and crystal blue water beach. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Not far from fabulous snorkling/scuba diving at Eden’s Rock and Lobster Pot/Living the Dream Dive Shop. The condo is well stocked with the essentials to be able to cook our own meals. Bed was comfortable. Property has lots of flowers and the grounds are well kept. Nice place to stay.

Overall a great place, good location, walking distance to restaurants, grocery & liquor store. Only challenge as mentioned by a previous guest is umbrella availability, not many available and the “don’t reserve them and walk away rule” doesn’t seem to apply/be inforced.

We were here in February and had a great stay. There's a nicely landscaped walking path to Camana Bay (restaurants, shops, a book store, and a Fosters supermarket) right across the street, and plenty of other restaurants and shopping easily walkable. The water was great but the beach was very short - the high tide came all the way up to the seawall. This limited walking/playing on the wonderful 7-mile beach. There are also a limited number of umbrellas on the beach and at the pool. We need shade so this was a concern - had to get there early!

The beach was very nice. However, on days when there were high waves, the water reached the concrete wall at the edge of the property. The pool was fun but the pool deck definitely needs more umbrellas. The available umbrellas were occupied every day by the same seniors who came out first thing in the morning and stayed all day. One of those couples even had the resort staff remove someone else's towels when they left briefly to use the bathroom. There were very few children and the retirees at the pool complained about our grandchildren making noise and splashing. The location is great. It's an easy walk to restaurants, shopping centers, and the Foster's grocery store. The condo itself was nice. We liked the screened-in decks and ceiling fans. The beds were good except for the bed in the smallest bedroom. That bed could have used a box spring to elevate the mattress. The mattress wasn't much higher than some air mattresses I've slept on. Some routine maintenance is needed. The rotary knob was missing from the light switch and several light bulbs were burned out.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The location of this property is the best part. It's right across the street from Camana Bay - so many spots to shop, dine out and get groceries from (Fosters) and all within walking distance. The unit itself was very clean and while the beach view is slightly angled... its literally a few steps to the beach which make it very convenient when spending a day in the sun. Great value for the price.

Centrally located and short walk to Camana Bay. Lots of pool floats and beach supplies. Kitchen fully stocked. Hosts very responsive.

My third visit to Cayman and first time at this location, its a great property right on the beach! Well-maintained and easy walking distances to several restaurants and the grocery store. Lorin communicated everything very well and was super accommodating - we will be back!

Great property for family getaway.

Th property was beautiful and the grounds were gorgeous. Everything you need for restaurants and shopping is near the condo. We loved walking on the beach to Tillies for dinner. Beautiful place! Will be back!

The property is in a great location right by Camana Bay where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. The owner was very easy to deal with and very responsive.

We stayed here 4 years ago and absolutely loved it. Coming back this past October and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time. Lorin's unit is wonderful. Clean, well-kept and had everything that we needed to make our trip to Seven Mile Beach special. The complex itself set up umbrellas on the beach, posted signs to keep the "cruisers" away and made us feel as if we were the owners and not just guests staying for a week. Can't wait to return...thanks Lorin and kudos to the Cayman Reef management!

Excellent property! Owner communicated all necessary info a couple weeks prior to our arrival, so we were adequately prepped with codes, etc. Great location and quiet, intimate atmosphere. Looking to head back soon!

We had an amazing stay in this sweet unit. It had everything we needed. We were step to the beach. The bed was so comfy, had some great restful sleep. The resort is located in a great area. Walking Distance to shopping and restaurants and bars. You can walk the sidewalk or the beach! Their were plenty of chairs tables and umbrellas for the guests. The beach was amazing, lots of area for all too enjoy and frolic on the beautiful waters of the Caymans! We will definitely be back to Cayman Reef Resort!!
