We had a great time at this delightful little cabin. Our host, Rebekah, is accessible, pleasant and responsive. The cabin is quaint, comfy and adorable. There is lovely seating in the back around a firepit that we could not enjoy because of rain. The beds are very comfortable and we had plenty of hot water. We loved the quick walk to downtown and to the Lake. We attended two performances at the Rocky Mountain Rep which were beyond expectations. Beverages on the porch of the Grand Lake Lodge (or lunch) are a must. We would stay at the cabin again.

Adequate. Cottage is cute but dated. Layout is chopped up, but serviceable. Location is marginal since it’s on the edge of the village-good for quiet, but a long walk to anything.

Grand Lake is known for its older bark sided cabins and this was a perfect example. It had just enough ‘newness’ for comfort and ease but kept its personality and charm. Great communication, good walking into town location and just right for our family.

The house was nice and well equipped. Great location and very near a great fishing spot. The bedroom with the twin beds is an inside room with a sky light but the girls didn't seem to mind. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time and would stay here again.

The cabin was PERFECT! We had myself and my husband in the middle bedroom, 9 and 7 year old grandkids in the two twin bedroom and our daughter with her 3 year old and 6 month nils in the master bedroom. The master was huge and has a very nice pack and play- big enough for twins!! The location is perfect. Ice and quiet but just two blocks from the community beach and docks and a block from a other quiet lake access area. Less than 2 miles from Adams Falls.

This cabin is located in the location! Once we arrived, we never had to drive anywhere. Everything was within walking distance. The main road into town was the block behind us. The hill to sled down was to the right of the cabin (2 min) walk up to the hill. And the lake is located a block ahead of the cabin. I would love to return in the summertime to enjoy the lake. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed to make a full meal. The only negative thing in our experience was the Wi-Fi. But as soon as we let Rebekah know there was an issue, she had it taken care of. Other than that it was an excellent stay for myself and my family.

What a lovely welcome package, water and some snacks and a detailed packet with actives nearby and other suggestions! We stayed here for a few days for a 40th birthday celebration/hike and were impressed with the ease of checking in, cleanliness of the rooms, and closeness to the town. Walkable to everything you’d want to do in town! Wonderful experience and stay!

The cottage was the perfect size for my family and our pup. The kitchen and baths were perfect for us. I love the new tile in the bath. The bathtub was nice for young folks but difficult for me, a short senior citizen, to get into and out. A hand rail would make it easier. There were mice in the ceiling of the bedroom with the double bed(it's fall). Walking sticks at the house would be nice. We loved the neighborhood and downtown Grand Lake and would enjoy staying in this cottage again. The hiking in the area was awesome.

As described, cozy and comfy! Near everything, and the communication with the host was excellent. One note, the only shower is part of the lovely deep, clawfoot tub. Mobility issues may make showering challenging.

Great location: walked to everything including nightly ice cream cones, but house is tucked into a quiet corner off of the Main Street. Beautiful flowers, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Rebekah was an excellent host.

Loved spending time in the garden. A photographers playground. The closeness of walking paths to the cabin and all the stores in town being in walking distance. Peaceful and quiet.

Rebekah was an amazing host - she offered very helpful advice, provided clear instructions and was incredibly responsive to messages. The cabin itself is very cozy, in a great location just a short walk from Main Street and the lake.
The only reason I’m not giving this property a 5 star review is due to the bathroom accommodations that weren’t made very clear in the description. We were aware based on other reviews that the master bedroom offers a tub versus shower; but what we weren’t prepared for is how deep the tub is (with no bars for assistance) and the shower in the other bathroom is inside a very deep, claw foot tub. Both were very difficult for two members of our party to access (one of which couldn’t at all). I provided feedback to the owner; and she responded right away to thank me and mentioned they have plans to address this.
This property may not be a suitable choice for anyone with mobility issues in its current state. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved Grand Lake!

This is a very nice older cabin that has several updated features, particularly in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were very comfortable with lots of space to folded and hanging clothing (master has walk in closet - tons of room). A little less than 1/2 mile into the center of town. Easy access to everything,

We loved staying here. Home was great.. Well equipped and great location. Never had to drive, and the fires in the fire pit was the perfect way to end the day.

Cozy cabin getaway!
This property was a dream from start to finish. The host was very helpful and available, the cabin was clean and secure and the perfect size for our family. Very close to town and the lake and the trails are all close by. Thank you!!!

Great location, walk, snow shoe, x/c ski to trails from the cabin. Dog friendly. We did some cooking and found the kitchen very well stocked.

Very comfortable home, the kitchen was well appointed. Great place to relax after enjoying winter sports of snow shoeing and x-country skiing. Loved walking into town for dinner

We enjoyed everything about our stay.I It was a nice surprise to have a great hill for sledding and beginner snow boarding right next to the cabin! Was an easy walk to downtown, thanks for allowing us to stay!

Very enjoyable retreat
We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was wonderful to get away even though we live just 2 hours away. The cabin could use a bit of updating, but overall it helped with the rustic charm. The location is amazing, we enjoyed walking to the lake, town and checking out the other neighborhoods.
My only tip and its only because this is something that is very specific to each individual, is if possible bring your own pillows. All in all a wonderful time and we hope to book again in the future. Thank you!

Great place and location!
We loved this cottage. Roomy, comfortable, quiet and a perfect location. Even our pup, Patsy, felt right at home. Rebekah made everything easy.

Birthday Getaway
This house was a perfect space for us to rest as we had an adventure-filled weekend in Grand Lake. The master bed was comfortable & we were very appreciative of the sheets for our dog. Loved the proximity to town!

Affordable cabin close to town
Grand Lake is wonderful and this cute cabin is affordable especially for the great location really close to town, the marina and to quieter lake access spots. Our hosts were responsive, kind and helpful. One of the bathrooms has been nicely renovated with a beautiful claw foot tub which we enjoyed. The outdoor patio and front yard is charming and the owner is a wonderful gardener. While it benefits from some nice touches, the cabin is older and overall in need of further updating. We found it dark and to have poor ventilation making the indoor living areas less comfortable. Some screen doors would go along way as well as some updates to the lighting and furnishings in the living room. Note that the twin bedroom does not have a window- it has a skylight so it gets some natural light- but no access to fresh air. These concerns are worth noting. Depending on what’s most important to you, at the price point for this location with attentive hosts you get a decent value.

great cabin in a perfect location!
we loved our time at this cabin! it was minutes away to the east entrance of the rocky mountain national park, and minutes away from other beautiful hikes and views of grand lake, and within walking distance of every you need in town! cozy inside and a great outdoor area too! we were even lucky enough to see the moose meandering right down the street—amazing!

Get away
My significant other and myself needed a couple days away from children and grandchildren. We loved the coziness and comfort of this house. We enjoyed the proximity to the Rocky Mountain national Park and downtown grand Lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Delightful cabin in a cute little town
The cabin was very roomy, clean and cute. Sledding down a near by hill was a very fun and an unexpected delight. We would consider staying her again when we go back to Colorado
