This property was in an excellent location with many shops, restaurants, and activities within a short drive. We utilized the sports club quite a bit, it was great to have that on site! Check in and check out were seamless. The house was well equipped and comfortable. We stayed during the summer and the only slight downside we experienced was that the lower floor seemed to have excess moisture/humidity - that floor felt damp and musty smelling during our stay. It did rain quite a bit the week before we arrived and during our stay, so not too surprising, but I wanted to mention for those who may be sensitive to this. Regardless, it didn’t impact our stay and we would book again! Thanks for a great long weekend!

Our number one requirement is an immaculate home. We were so thrilled when we arrived at how clean we found our stunning accommodations.

We rented this house for myself and my husband and children, my cousin and her family, and my parents. It was great. It actually feels bigger than advertised and fit all of us well. It is clean and had some toys and games for the kids. We used the pool as well and had a great experience. It is also conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

Location is perfect. Condo is clean and huge for our large, multi-generational family, the condo's indoor and outdoor pools were in great shape and so was the fitness center. It was fantastic!

Everything went well, beds were comfortable. The biggest problems were there was not enough toilet paper for the amount of people there for 7 days. The basement was very musty smelling due to the amount of rain we had. Consider having a dehumidifier in the basement. The pool at the rec center was very nice and clean. All in all, we had a good time.

The home was absolutely beautiful. There were eleven of us in total! We all fit very comfortably and had plenty of room around the gorgeous dining table. Our five grandchildren truly enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools. Especially when we had rain! The home was very clean and it was in a great location. We normally stay in N Conway but decided to give Lincoln a try and we weren’t disappointed. Would love to stay there again next year! I highly recommend this home for your stay.

We are very familiar with Loon and the area both in winter and summer. We were looking for a place for three families with teens could escape for a winter weekend. This was a perfect spot. Great kitchen and having the three king beds and bathrooms on every level was fantastic. Very comfortable. Large sectional and area for kids to hang out too on lower level. Bunk room was perfect for the teen girls to escape and hang out. We would certainly stay again!

This vacation rental is truly our home away from home. Our 6th straight year here. You have everything you need to get away and not have to worry about a thing. From the first communion everything is clear with instructions. Linens are provided. Lots of pots, pans, baking dishes, etc in the fully stocked kitchen. Laundry room / pantry right off the kitchen area. Table with seating for 7 plus counter bar area with 3 additional seats. Large very comfortable couches nestled around a huge flat screen smart TV over the wood fireplace. Master on the first floor with king size bed. Extremely comfortable!! Upstairs bedroom with another extremely comfortable king bed and bathroom right near making it a private getaway upstairs. Loft living space with huge sectional sofa that has a pullout bed. Portable A/C units in those two bedrooms and a large split unit in the main living space makes it cool for everyone in the summer. The downstairs area has two more bedrooms and a huge living room area with another huge sectional sofa that has a pullout bed. Portable A/C downstairs as well. It is like having two rentals in one! Plenty of space for multiple families. Michelle is always available should you need assistance; friendly and quick to respond. You also have access to the condo clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pool, fitness area, billiards, ping pong, cornhole, tennis & basketball hoop. The condo is right outside the Main Street areas but it’s quiet and serene nestled amongst the trees. I can’t say enough about this amazing vacation destination. Thank you for another amazing year!!

We loved this property for our 2-night stay for a trip to Santa’s Village. Having 3 bedrooms with king beds and a full bath on each floor made it very comfortable for us to stay with our 2 young children and another family. The lower floor living area was great for the kids, and the adults were able to enjoy some peace and quiet upstairs. The complex was quiet and very easy to get to. The house is minutes from the grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Overall it was a great weekend getaway. We plan to return to this property for another family trip soon!

Destination Christmas
Traveling from Florida for a family Xmas vacation.. Rental was just as described. Well stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Grocery store convenient and well stocked. The shuttle running from Loon Mountain from 8 am to 5pm was a bonus for our 2 ski days. We did contact the owner for a few questions and the response was immediate. We wanted snow and we were not disappointed. A great experience in every way!

Full-featured Franconian Vacation Home
Seven of us stayed for two nights at this place. It's everything we wanted --- spacious, cozy, and fully featured with a large kitchen. The one caveat would be that the indoor lighting in the evening is a little dim if one requires bright lighting, but it's perfectly adequate for most purposes.

Spacious modern condo in great location
We went as a family of 4 plus grandma and grandpa. Gave them the Master Suite with their own bath on the first floor. My wife and I stayed on the second with a bath and loft right outside our room. Except for the visibility to the first floor below this was essentially our own Master Suite. The kids each had their own bedrooms in the large finished basement. Basement has a really comfy couch, cable box and large TV. Kitchen was large and had all glassware, dishes, and more utensils, pots and pans than normally found in a VRBO. New fridge, oven, and micro. Open to the Dining and Living Areas which was nice. All have a cathedral ceiling with lots of light. Large TV with wood burning fireplace and stack of firewood. Didn't use this as it wasn't cold. Unit was clean with nice linens and towels. The Common Man restaurant is literally right outside the entrance to the community which was great. Really enjoyed our stay here and the owner, Michelle, was really nice! I can't say enough good things about this place.

Delightful Labor Day Weekend experience
We booked this Property for 3 days, 2 nights and we were Party of 10 ppl ( 3 Families ) and the house was perfect to accommodate us all, in terms of space, bedroom arrangements, numb of Bathrooms etc.
I must say the Owner Michelle was very much supportive, when I had question on my Door Entry and Parking arrangements. She emailed out all the clear instructions two days prior to our arrival. And also, was available on phone in case of need. We did not use the Sports Club area, because the Property is located quite near to all other Recreational activities and Restaurants around.
Highly recommend to stay here, for a nice relaxation experience for Family or Friends trip!

Annual NEDS Golf Tourney
Stayed for our 3rd consecutive year while participating in the New England Disabled Sports Golf Tournament at Owl's Nest. Forest Ridge is a great location to stay for the event. Lincoln, NH provides many alternative activities for those who don't golf. This year for our fine dining after the tourney we chose the Sunset Restaurant at Owl's Nest. Very good!, but many other options are available in Lincoln and nearby Plymouith.

End of Summer Celebration
Great family vacation! We traveled with 4 children ages 5-10 and 6 adults. There was plenty of space for all of us and the kids enjoyed having their own family room downstairs. The beds were super comfortable and furniture was in great condition.
The location was great - Close to Loon, Whales Tale Waterpark, Clarks Bears, Cascade Falls and The Lady's Bathtub. We look forward to renting again!
