We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean and nicely appointed. On the outside balcony, there was a view of the ocean through the massive live oak and palmetto trees. It was peaceful and quiet. It is a short stroll to the beach and downtown as well.

Great location to the beach and pier area. It was so nice to be able to walk downtown to see the pier, shops, and food. Just moments away from awesome views of the sunrise and the section of beach was pretty quiet. Perfect family getaway. Very clean and big bathrooms for everyone to use.

This is a 3rd floor unit across the street from the ocean. Great views of the ocean because there is a green space in front of the unit. I would love to live there full time. Couldn’t hear any of the neighbors-good soundproofing. Plus dealing with real escapes is always awesome. Wish more companies handled business the way they do.

This place is ideal for small family, individuals, or small groups. This unit is 50 walking steps from the beach. Oglethorpe Ave 7t st to 15th st is ideal part of the beach is quite, beautiful, waves are everywhere, safe for children, this street made me feel like I was walking into Martha Stewart’s area. Short walk down to Main Street, consignment shops, restaurants, boutiques, Rec water park, lighthouse/museum, public park, and public library. Nearest Grocery stores are Windixie and Dollar Tree. No Grocery on Ocean Blvd. Only thing Missing was Chinese food & Indian food options .

The condo is in a great location with a good view and roomy. Pluses were the baloney, kitchen, good beds, covered parking & beach access. Minuses were the hot tub that never gets hot, a pool that is never cleaned & old uncomfortable livingroom furniture.

We definitely love this condo complex and location which gives us easy access to the beach and village area! We have stayed at #204 in the past and loved it but #304 is in desperate need of cleaning...the rug and carpet in the master bedroom and bathroom are filthy...the master sink drains very slowly and probably just needs cleaned out...the heat return air grill cover across from laundry room is filthy and various other areas had dirt and grime very visible. It is sad that such a nice place isn’t loved enough to make it shine!

We have stayed in this building before but in a different unit. We love the location and view of the water. Equidistant to town and brewery/restaurants near the King & Prince. Also short walk to beach access. This unit seems to be a very active rental and is in desperate need of a deep clean. Perhaps because it is turned so often, housekeeping misses things. The mattresses also need an upgrade. The kitchen is well stocked but with odd quantities. Lots of stem glasses but only a few regular glasses, etc. Ice maker wasn't working correctly and the sinks in the master bath were very slow. Floors were vacuumed but not mopped and were very dirty. These are all things housekeeping should have picked up on but didn't. Furniture in the living room was fine. Very few throw rugs (maybe because its dog friendly?) so I'm sure it was noisy in the unit below. Parking was good and its nice there was an elevator and luggage carts.

Yes that is fine:I had a wonderful time as my pups did as well. The agents are so patient and helpful, even when concerned about finding them. I love the condo, can there be changes, yes, but it is excellent for me, close to village, beach, balcony for my pups to watch others. They loved it. The residents who are regular, met a few, they were also wonderful. Nice and interactive. Loved big bathroom for master and the other was great as well. I so loved my view, able to see water, beach, hear the sounds even if standing at the sink. Thank you to Tully who helped me find this place and others, but this was the greatest for me, the right size. I had tried for a while, he just up and found some. Great !!!! The Grounds nice for pups, ... I have truly bragged to my friends. I lived in St Simons and know the area since before 1980's. Thank you all, hope to be back for sure. Very Very satisfied. 760 Ocean Blvd #304 was the perfect vacation rental for my husband, 2 small dogs, and me. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It is a very spacious condo, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, and 2 large closets.Honestly, too much space for the two of us. The view from the balcony was beautiful, but we could see only a small sliver of the ocean. In all fairness, I was told that before booking. Although we had to cross a very quiet street to get to the beach, we have actually stayed in beachfront hotels that we had to walk further to get to the ocean, so for us, that wasn't a problem. The location was great. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic View!
The condo was fantastic!!! Very spacious and very well stocked. We love it so much we booked another week before we left. I would recommend a new sofa and maybe a topper on the king mattress. Otherwise WE LOVE the condo!

We are here for two months (Jan and Feb), not one and not yet at the end of our stay, but we keep coming back (4th year in this unit) because it works so well for us. The front door needs painting and the handle lock is hard to open (would be good to replace), but otherwise the unit is in good shape and the location is ideal.

This was our 3rd time there but it has not been kept up. Missing utensils &!latware, no area rug in LRm and cheap runner in front of sink. Porch furniture cushions have deteriorated beyong use. The master bedroom bedcover is very tired. One of the cushions on the sofa was split. If it were not for the view og a narrow piece of ocean from the balcony, it would have limited value for the cost.

The location and view was perfect, however the AC was not working properly. The management company sent someone out the next morning and he thought the issue was a very dirty filter. The problem was not resolved. When I called the AC repairman back he indicated 73-75 degrees should be comfortable enough and didn’t want to come back out as he was 30 minutes away. The bathrooms were not cleaned well. Mold and soap scum was visible. The coffee pot was full of grounds in the water tank. Cleaning supplies were left out on the dresser. I have sent pictures of the dirty coffee pot and emailed my concerns to the management company but I have not heard from them. I have rented from Real Escapes several times and have always been pleased. This time was just a bit disappointing.

Immediately after arriving we were met by an angry neighbor upset because I parked on the line of my assigned parking space. I moved my car 2 inches. The pool was ice cold; the hot tub never hot. For $250 a night we expected better. The whole experience was disappointing. We cut our vacation short one full day& night.

You need to know that the nearby beaches are only available at low tide (Massengale & East beaches are nearby, and always available). I prefer the nearby beaches, at low tide because the tidal pools and sandbars are fun for kids & dogs. The tidal pools are too shallow for sharks, and calm enough to avoid jelly fish. Check the tide charts each day to choose your beach.

Our condo was exactly as the internet portrayed it, which is highly unusual. It was clean and the location was sooo convenient. The condo is huge. The washing machine had a problem, and within less than 24 hours, it was replaced, no questions asked. Cameron, part of the management staff, was totally on top of things. She was wonderful and kept calling us letting us know the status of things. We would not stay anywhere else when we return to ST. Simmons. It was our first time there and a very very positive one. Cant tell you enough how good the location and condo were. Thanks so much.

This was our family's 8th visit to St. Simon's Island. As usual we had a great vacation. St. Simon's is great place. Easy to get around, great restaurants, and many things to do or simply relax. We stayed at this condo probably about four or five times. Real Escapes management is very professional and are great to work with. They have always gone out of their way to help us out. I hate to complain but there are some minor things that could be done to the condo. Examples are make sure all the lights are working, repair the little things that are broken (eg. the vanity in the spare bath) maybe have a few extra towels on hand. I think the little things add up. On our first day a lady from the management team stopped by to make sure the TVs were working and spent at least an hour to get them set up. Great service. The housekeeping staff stopped by to check that all was okay. Great service. Real Escapes is top notch and we will continue going through them on our future trips to St. Simon's.

Just had our 2nd stay at this condo. More beautiful than before with all new bed linens and new furniture in the den area. Couch has a hidden sofa bed, so our teenage son enjoyed having his own space away from his sisters (although the 2nd bedroom is very spacious and has 2 nice queen size beds).We love this condo! Great for adults and kids. Very spacious and has a nice-size laundry room for keeping up with a family's needs. Beautiful ocean views from the porch, on a quiet street, and easy access to a nice beach at low tide.See you next time, Condo #304!
