Great location near the pier. Beach was not crowded in front of this condo. Nice pool and building was gated and felt safe. Kevin was prompt with responses to questions. Lots of space in the condo and on the balcony. Would stay here again if in the area.

I would not recommend this property for rental until the venting system is cleaned. Everyone that came to visit, complained about the musty odor. A/c should be set on 72 because of the humidity. Check with Reggie.

My wife and I have rented many different places over the years in Florida. We usually stay along the Gulf coast. While visiting family in Jax Beach, we decided to stay along the beach this time. This was a wonderful stay. The condo is magnificent. It's much larger than the pictures lead you to believe. Watching the sunrise in the morning from the balcony was truly a highlight. In addition, Jax Beach is SO MUCH LESS CROWDED than our typical Emerald Coast stays. We actually had our own space on the beach. And when beach time was over, there were so many good restaurants nearby. Our stay was such a pleasant surprise. The condo is great. The location was great. The stay was great.

The view overlooking the beach was incredible. The updated furniture make the entire condo very comfortable and the layout ensures there is plenty of room for everyone.

Wonderful condo right on the beach in Jacksonville Beach. Beautiful and perfectly furnished for a cozy stay at the beach. The location is great with restaurants near by, we took the ferry to go hiking near the Kingsley Plantation. Walking on the beach in the morning is always peaceful. We would definitely come back.

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the huge windows and balcony overlooking the ocean and the proximity to the pier. It had every thing we needed, from puzzles to a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Kevin was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Our group included two adults and our four children - ages 5-18. The location is absolutely incredible! We were able to walk to dinner and enjoyed being right on the beach. While we were there, the shower in the master bathroom was not working. That was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, the stay was great and we will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

Stayed for a long weekend for my wife’s birthday. Had a really nice time. Condo is roomy with a fantastic view. Pool is great and never crowded. Has everything you need. Only downside is even though it’s a two bedroom condo, there is only parking for one vehicle. Additional guests have to find parking in one of the public lots. We could usually find parking right outside the gate so it wasn’t really a problem. Our only concern was leaving a vehicle overnight in an unsecured lot but we never had a problem. Would definitely stay there again.

Ive stayed in this bldg several times over the years.
Never once berated by the renter for not answering his text, even after paying him almost 4k just to find a soso kept up luxury condo, woth awful bedding.
To top it off a " Karen" in the bldg had us kicked out of the pool at 10:15 on the 4th of july.
Closes at 10
Needless to say I thought Lancelot sucked.
I usually pick well
Ill try harder next year for the 4th.
The bldgs great, this one just wasnt worth the time or money

Loved everything about our stay! Kevin and Lin was absolutely amazing. Lin made our check- in perfect. The views of the ocean were outstanding. I will definitely stay with them again. Our condo was beautiful and so clean.

The condo was better than expected. Beautiful, comfortable beds and tons of room. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more! We enjoyed our stay. From Check in to Check out everything was quick and easy. Prompt, helpful responses from Kevin! Trash chute right outside the door which was extremely convenient and you could not hear a thing. The view of the beach and pier were beautiful. The sand art was impressive.

The location of the condo was perfect. The kids loved having access to beach at all times and parents loved having coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up. The condo itself, was very clean, well equipped, it even had a high chair and crib for out 9month old. The only negative thing we experienced was the guest bed was not comfortable, the mattress was the old spring mattress and uncomfortable but it didn’t ruin our vacation. The rental company was great to work with. We had a great family experience with great vacation accommodations.

We really enjoyed our visit to Jacksonville Beach Fl.
It’s not a tourist town for sure. The beach is wonderful. The condo was clean and well stocked with all starter items you would need. Security was great as well. The only negative was that the condo. could use a little updating, painting and it would be good to get rid of the carpet. Visit “North Beach Fish Camp”. Wonderful food and fun atmosphere!

The condo is beautiful. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s extremely clean, well stocked, tons of room, and a beautiful view. The condo is secure with gated entrance and exit. The entire property is clean and well maintained. It’s close to everything. The host is absolutely amazing! She met us upon our arrival and showed us around. She was super friendly, very professional, and very responsive. This stay far exceeded our expectations!

The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked with linen, towels, tissues, utensils etc. The balcony view was breathtakingly beautiful and the proximity to the beach could not be beaten. The property manager Mr. Folsom was very professional, courteous and responsive. I highly recommend staying here.

This condo is absolutely stunning. The views are amazing. It’s close to the pier and walking distance to restaurants around there.

Everything was just as described, I would add directions on how to use the oven and stovetop, beach chairs, beach towels, hair dryers, available, and an infrared grill (that needs a thorough cleaning) on the outside veranda. Otherwise, we loved every day we were there. Oh, the property manager is a jack ass, as we witnessed him berating the UPS del. driver!

This beautiful home was beautiful. Anything you needed to make your stay special was provided. From checking in to living was a pleasure. The view from the 10th floor looking at the ocean amazing!! So much fun and I have never see so many dolphins 🐬 We was treated to a electrical storm one night WOW 🤩. I definitely will be back 🤗🥰

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was truly spotless in terms of cleanliness other than some carpet stains I am sure are from careless renters. Lin, the housekeeper and owner rep is truly welcoming and accommodating. I feel bad for the owner and Lin as the property manager (of the condo association) seems difficult at best to work with. Don't be a gentleman and drop your wife off at front door with an arm full of groceries and you wont be called out from the managers surveillance! Truly a great stay though and we will be back!

The bones of this condo are perfect and the location is ideal. It just needs a little TLC. The walls are marred and need painting, the carpet is soiled and smells of dog. The sofa is uncomfortable and worn. The master bed was comfortable and the bath is luxurious. The long wide verandah, however, is perfect for sunrise, sunsets and lots of family.

Wonderful view!
The property was wonderful, the location was wonderful. The view was fantastic! The place is wonderfully spacious and has everything you need! Plenty of things to walk to - food, coffee, and happy hour. We will for sure come again!

The property was great. Great location and friendly people. The check in was a little chaotic due to lack of clear info prior to check in (which was probably partially my fault). The young lady who called to help me for check in was very helpful and took care of the issue. We throughly enjoyed our stay.
