This rental in Ocean Pines seems custom built for family groups. We were 3 senior citizens, our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 kids, ages 24 and 10, and another single daughter, whose boyfriend came down for just 2 nights.
The décor was plain but functional. Kitchen small but well equipped. The common areas were adequate but not spacious compared to other places we’ve stayed.
But what made this rental ideal, and very unusual in our experience, was how well suited it was for those with several couples in the group. 6 true bedrooms, 4 of those with queen size beds. And 4 bathrooms, 2 on each floor. The other 2 bedrooms each had 2 twin beds.
Another plus - 2 of the queen bedrooms were on the first floor. Ideal for those with difficulty climbing stairs.
We cooked breakfast every day and dinner twice at the rental. Highly recommend downloading the Food Lion app for discounts and for having same-day delivery.
We’ve stayed in Ocean Pines before, and as always enjoyed the yacht club pool with table service for lunch. Excellent reasonably priced food. The beach access, along with a beach club pool, is a great benefit as well.

We loved the location! The neighbors were so nice! The accommodations were great. My nieces came down with their 3 children and they had a ball. The crabbing. and fishing was amazing.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the property has the space for a large group to be together as much, or as little(!), as desired. All desirable locations are a short drive away.

Overall it was OK. The code didn't work, the deck and furniture was not cleaned. The owner was very kind and quick to remedy the issues.

This property is in a great location, with great views and nice setup. We liked being here for a little getaway . Only thing that was bothersome was some rooms upstairs were very cold no matter how high the heat was. But we would definitely recommend to others!! Thank you for the stay!

Great spacious home
Place had 4 FULL bathrooms which works out really well when you have a bunch of people who need to get ready. Fell in love with the jacuzzi tub. Home had a lot of smart appliances which I appreciated the home staying up to date. We'll have to visit again when its warmer to use the deck!!

Nice Getaway
We needed a change of scenery and because it was a long weekend, we wanted to take the boys somewhere quiet but fun. I like this property during this pandemic because it's a single family and not a hotel, I wouldn't have felt comfortable there. When booking the property, the owner was very responsive. It was just 4 of us so I knew space wouldn't be an issue. When we arrived, everything was at it should be. This house is HUGE! My boys got a kick out of being able to pick whatever room they wanted. Kitchen had more than enough stuff for us during this time. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, we only used 3 of the bedrooms but didn't see any issues in the other ones. This is not a party neighborhood, or at least not during the Winter. It was so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful scenery and being able to look out at the water. I would definitely recommend this place and/or go back.

This is a well-equipped and comfortable property right on a canal. In the off-season this was a very quiet, low-key location. Nice deck, with comfortable and practical furnishings. Communication with the owner was excellent. We will return.

“Hen Party” a group of women distributing vital information
This property is so lovely and the setting is spectacular with a great deck to enjoy the outdoors. We had a wonderful reunion with old friends aka “hens”. Plenty of bedrooms to go around ! Just perfect !

Old Men Golfing
The house is big enough to keep six grouchy, senior golfers out of each other's way. Everyone had their own bedroom, and we had a great time on the spacious deck.

Nice Ocean Pines rental. You can walk to pool and tennis courts that are on the water. Canal access great for kayaking. Very comfortable beds with a lot of room for sleeping. Updated kitchen and common area appreciated.

Could use new carpet
It was a great location, neighbors were very friendly. We e did have to buy a large blanket to put on carpet for the baby. Wouldn't let him crawl on the carpet. But the owner is wondrtful. I would rent again and have already told friends about the stay.

Spacious for family gatherings
This house has so much space it can fit lots of family. It is in a great location with so much to do around it. If you have your own boat it's a great place to dock your boat and conveniently go out to the bay. This was our second year renting this property.

Nice location. Close to fishing, boating, jet ski, shopping, casino, and winery. Missed having crab pot at house but had my daughter bring one. Loved sitting on deck. Beds comfortable, would love to stay again.

Great Family Rental
The home has a great layout for family spending time together. The kitchen / dining / living area encourages togetherness but doesn’t feel crowded thanks to the high ceilings and the wall of windows facing the canal. The deck is huge. Hanging out on the deck was peaceful in this quiet neighborhood along the canal. To compliment the places the congregate, there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to allow family members to retreat to their own space as needed.

The grandkids loved it.
House has lots of room for everyone. The location is close enough to both Ocean City and Assateague. We visited the beaches in both places, and stopped in Berlin, too. Masks were required everywhere (good!) and everyone observed social distancing. The beaches, particularly the National Seashore on Assateague, were NOT crowded and provided a safe,outdoor activity. Even the ponies cooperated. We saw many of them at close range, but we stayed in the car!

Family Get Away
The property was easy to find and to get to, location was awesome right on the canal very quiet and relaxing! We arrived on a Monday for a short stay till Friday. I would definitely rent this home again, it was the right size for my family. The only down side was when we arrived on Monday the trash was not taken out of the home and the outside cans where full, and trash pick up days are Monday and Thursday, we emptied the cans in the house and had to wait till Thursday’s trash pick up, and when we left on Friday we made sure there was nothing in the trash cans inside of the home. Like I said with that being the only issue the home was excellent and we will keep it in mind for our next last minute get away for our family!!!!!!

Amazing stay with family to get away for a bit in the midst of all this Chaos. Bette was extremely accommodating in allowing us to check in. The property is exactly as pictured and it is located right on the lake, extremely beautiful all around. I really enjoyed this property with the family and will definitely be back again.

Cute house in lovely and quiet neighborhood
Our family enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and kitchen and bathrooms were updated very nicely. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
Our boys especially loved the video/arcade style game! Beds were comfortable. About a 10 minute drive to Ocean City mainland. Only suggestion is to replace the carpet in living/dining area.

Beautiful Heaven
Bette was amazing and super accommodating for my last minute rental. Wow. This gorgeous place! 6 bedrooms fun for the kids and a great quite location. Huge soaker tub which was fantastic for relaxing! She was very responsive And even had the lawn guys come out at my request. Great place and we will definitely come back!

First golf trip of the season
The Property was perfect for our foursome. The layout was ideal and having 4 bathrooms was a luxury! The location within minutes for all the golf courses. The property owner was very accommodating to our needs and communicated well with us. Great 1st week of golf!!
