Newly Renovated Home With Impressive Views Of The 7Th Green!

La sala de estar y la terraza acristalada ofrecen sofás queen para dormir para 4 personas adicionales. También encontrará la suite principal en la planta baja, que incluye cama queen y baño principal con ducha a ras de suelo y tocador doble. El piso de arriba tiene 2 amplios dormitorios y un baño. La habitación con vista al campo de golf tiene una cama queen size y un amplio armario con vestidor. Encontrará un paquete y jugará en el armario para su uso. El segundo dormitorio, conocido como la "habitación de los niños" tiene una cama litera doble y una cama nido que se puede usar con 1 cama queen o 2 gemelas. My family of four (two adults and two teen sons, plus our Miniature Schnauzer) had a wonderful stay here in August. This impeccably clean, recently renovated house has an ideal layout and comfortable furniture perfect for hanging out as a family or having guests over for dinner. We appreciated the many helpful amenities such as cooking supplies, extra toiletries, and a parking pass for the Beach Club. The house is located on a quiet block and is close to all the wonderful Ocean Pines pools and parks. We've been to Ocean Pines almost every summer for the past 10 years and this is by far our favorite vacation rental there. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts!

Have been coming with my family and sister in law and family for many years. First time renting on Vrbo and this home. Owner and property manager were a pleasure to speak with, answered all our questions and house was much nicer than the pictures. Had a great time making memories.

Great place in a very quiet relaxing community. The beach club and golf coarse made the stay perfect. My wife also enjoyed the outlets. Ocean City, you can’t beat it!

We had a nice, quiet stay in this lovely home. Everything was newer and clean. I loved the decor. House temperature was comfortable. We were glad there were beach chairs onsite so we didn't have to bring any. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to the Ocean City, MD area. The community itself is great as well, with so many things to see and do. So many parks, walking trails, water views etc. It is a quiet area and everyone seems friendly. There are stores and restaurants all very close and it is just a few miles to Ocean City itself. It is the best of both worlds. I highly recommend staying at this property and hope to again myself in the future.

Wonderful,clean and inviting house. Felt like home. Neighbors so so nice and helpful.
House was well stocked,everything was so organized too. Beds,sofa,chairs, very comfortable. The decor was so beachy and calming. Decorated wonderfully. The outside was taken care of as well as the inside.
This is a perfect area. We did have a very tiny issue with air conditioner, but the owner was so accommodating and prompt. The owners were so sweet and take pride in their property.
We will definitely be back!!!

My family had a wonderful stay in Ocean Pines. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for a fun family vacation. We really loved the community itself and variety of pools that were available. The hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend!

Very nice home 🏠 clean and roomy. Perfect for family of 6. Only complaint was the air conditioning is very very cold and couldn’t figure out how to adjust it and bikes 🚴 kinda crappy (I like to bike ride and was disappointed in that). Otherwise, everything was awesome. Washer and dryer so no dirty clothes to do at home. Well stocked kitchen and nice outside deck. Not far from beach 🏝️

House was very comfortable and has everything you need for cooking. Close to stores, restaurants and about 20 minutes to Ocean City. Community is great for bike riding. Owners were very responsive to questions prior to our arrival. Check in/out was easy. Live, Laugh, Love 😊

Our family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 dog) had a lovey week's vacation in this home. The house is very clean and well maintained. The accommodations are very comfortable with lots of space for a family to spread out. The home is very well appointed with appliances and kitchenware and extras, like hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a big help. The loaner beach chairs and toys were nice to have available. We especially enjoyed the décor and well landscaped yard. The house is conveniently located to Ocean City or other nearby attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The owner was very gracious. We loved having use of the Ocean Pines swimming pools at the Ocean Pines resident daily rates and the Beach Club parking pass. We'd love to return to the beautiful home some day.

The house was well kept and beautiful. We especially loved the comfortable furniture in the great room! The kitchen was stocked really well. It was so nice having beach chairs and linens available for use. We opted to pay the additional fee to wash the linens on checkout day. The only minor negatives are: you can hear your guests walk around upstairs at night (squeaky floor), and the main level master closet leaks (homeowner knows about it and plans to install a new bathtub in the upstair bathroom in the fall). It would be helpful when entering the house from the garage if there was a handrail to hold on to. Also it would have been nice if the backyard was fenced for our furry dog children. Love the property! Very clean, great layout and beach décor. Love sitting in the sun room to play games (provided), and sitting outback with a drink. Beach club access was a plus (& thank you for providing chairs). Thank you to owners and property manager for a seamless and relaxing stay.

Home was lovely and had many amenities. In addition, we were so happy to be able to take our pet along with us. The Ocean Pine community had lots to offer- pools, beach, activities.

We booked late into the season and were lucky enough to find this little gem for a full week that allowed us to bring our furry friends. The beach club parking pass was absolutely perfect and easy! Parking on Sunday was tough but we lucked out when someone was leaving as we arrived. The rest of the week had plenty of spaces and the beach club bar and and snack shack was a nice break from homemade sandwiches on the beach days. Only drawback to our visit was the pools (not the owners fault), we were use to the Bayside village pool and found these to be bit boring and way too warm. We only went one day for a couple hours before close and the pool was vacated 15mins before the actual closing time which was frustrating. Thankfully my kiddos are old enough now to want to be at the beach most days so it really wasn’t an issue. We would book again!

Wonderful and clean home
The location of this home is great. Close to Ocean City Md and Assateague State Park. The parking pass for the beach in Ocean City MD makes it very accommodating. The property manager is wonderful in his responses and info. The house is relaxing and feels like a home away from home. It also was very clean. Our family plans on renting again!

House was as nice or better than we hoped. Loved the Welcome binder! Pleasantly surprised at how close everything was to Ocean Pines - everything we needed was within 15 minutes from our place which was great! Also enjoyed all the amenities offered to residents and guests in OP. Fun bands at the yacht club, parking pass for OP beach club with free parking, nice golf course, parks, great boat landing, etc.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was very clean, and very spacious. We have a 20 month old grandchild, and there was a lot of room for him to run around.

Beautiful home! The landscape in the backyard is beautiful. We were there for a week and it was serene , peaceful and relaxing. Also very accommodating. There was games for our family, all the toiletries, coffee.. Just everything we needed. Thank you!!

The house is modern, clean, well organized, beautiful. The location is great for golfing. It very pretty and relaxing. Down site check out time is 10am way too early. Far from the beach 10 miles to Ocean City 25miles to Assateague island. Ants infestation in the grill. TV screens too small for TV lovers.TV upstairs need parental code to see anything. On the other hand good for relaxation. It worked for me, but not for the males in my family. Over all beautiful place. Highly recommend.

Best vacation ever! This is such a wonderful home and the hosts are very responsive. The location feels like the best of both worlds of the mountains and the beach. Lovely, walkable neighborhood, well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of places to get fresh seafood. Can't wait to book another trip here!

Great place for family vacation!
The house and deck were clean and very well stocked with beach toys and chairs. Spacious bedrooms and living areas. Code entry for the exterior doors was also super convenient. Parking pass for Ocean Pines beach lot was a huge plus! Disappointing that Ocean Pines discontinued the weekly pool passes, although obviously not the fault of the owners.

Weekend getaway
My family and in-laws enjoyed our stay. The home fit us comfortably, was very clean and well stocked- we could easily cook several meals. My teen enjoyed the sunroom and my youngest loved the ocean themed decorations. We went to Assateague National Seashore a few times and it was a 25 min drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Three Day Spring Break Getaway
After a long year staying home this was exactly what we needed! The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The four seasons room was a favorite place to sit in the mornings. Greer and Ralph are wonderful hosts, very attentive and stocking the house with everything needed.

Beautiful home!
The house was beautiful, clean and fully stocked with everything you would need, and more! The fireplace added that extra feeling of much needed relaxation. The kids enjoyed the bikes and all the games. Overall, the listing was better than expected and we hope to book again in the future!
