La primera vez que fui a Anchor House, el océano y el cielo me atraparon. Esta propiedad excepcional disfruta de una impresionante vista del Mar Caribe, vista abierta, desde el mar a tus pies que se extiende a través de cada sombra de turquesa y azul verdadero hasta el lejano horizonte.
Me enamoré de inmediato de esta propiedad. Bañarse en la piscina del espejo de agua salada, frente al océano, fue la guinda del pastel. Estaba listo para ir en 5 minutos a pie a Maho, donde muchos restaurantes gourmet ofrecen excelentes menús. También encontré boutiques de lujo, galerías de arte, bares y casino, peluquería, farmacia, supermercado, así como un fabuloso spa, un campo de golf de 18 hoyos y una selección de playas cercanas. This villa was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. I found this property on TikTok and I’m so glad I booked it. There were a total of 6 of us and it’s more than enough space. The master bedroom has the most gorgeous view & one of the other rooms has a really cool photo-op on their patio area. This villa is very close to the airport and close to a lot of the different restaurants/night life. Keep in mind, this is a condo so you there are people above you and on the other side of you but this wasn’t an issue for us. Just something to note, the pool is quite deep, we weren’t expecting the water to go up to our heads while being on our tippy toes but that was okay. Overall I would definitely recommend for a girls trip, couples trip or even a family vacation.

We have a great time in St Martin. We love the facility and we love the peacefulness of the location.
The condo is exactly what you see in the pictures. Communication with John was great and Stacey is fantastic. I would definitely recommend Anchor House to anybody who’s looking for a great spot for their vacation.

This place is spectacular. The pictures online almost do not look real, but that is exactly what this place is like. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This was a family trip and my family and I were hoping that our experience at this house would be wonderful, but it was not. Before arriving, the property manager reached out with information about where the house was located and what time we should check in. Although we were given location, we were never given the full address or the door code to get into the complex, so our driver had to continuously drive around and call the property manager to ask for that information. 15-20 minutes later the property manager came and introduced herself to us, let us know that the property had just been cleaned that day and that the cleaning lady would come every two days to make sure the house was cleaned for us. We acknowledged and thanked her for letting us onto the property earlier than the time they allowed folks to check-in! Soon after the property managed left, myself and my guests began to wipe down the counter tops in the kitchen and noticeably saw dirt coming off on our Clorox wipes, which indicated that the place was not fully cleaned that day. We experienced an infestation of ants and saw a humongous cockroach crawling inside of the property while we were there. The cleaning lady never came to clean until the last day that we were there. The microwave did not work properly, the coffee maker machine was disgustingly dirty and the espresso machine was broke.The property manager knew all of this and promised to have someone come and fix the these things, but no one ever came.

My friends and I found the home spacious well equipped and breathtaking views .we enjoyed having the and found all the beds to be comfortable. The host and Stacey were attentive . It was exactly as described.

We enjoyed the visit as a graduation trip for my son graduating from college. It was a beautiful week. The property is amazing and having the pool to come back to each afternoon was a gamechanger. It was amazing and a wonderful bonus each day was the sunset view! This property is wonderful! Book it

This property is simply stunning. Very clean. Safe area. Walkable to restaurants, bars, markets and the beach, however we did rent a car. Property manager Stacey was amazing. The pictures are spot on for this property and we are booking again in the coming months! I was a little worried that sometimes you aren’t sure what you are booking but this was amazingly perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Our arrival process was great. I texted Stacey the property manager and the communication was great. It was a beautiful property. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset. It was like we were on a ship in the ocean! Enjoyed seeing the airplanes coming in also. They were not loud. The beds were comfortable also.

Our family of five adults had a wonderful stay at the oceanfront condo. The location was great and the condo was well appointed, comfortable, modern, and clean. The infinity pool overlooked the ocean and it was nice hearing the waves all day. The island is small enough to visit other beaches and restaurants, on both sides. It was easy to rent a car and navigate the island. We enjoyed spending the late afternoons outside on the patio and in the pool watching the sailboats pass and the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely stay here again!

The view from the patio was stunning and was a great location to see all the planes landing in the nearby airport. You really couldn’t ask for more from the infinity pool to the sound of the crashing waves. It was simply the best view in St. Maarten and we looked forward to returning to the condo after day trips to the beach. I would definitely book this condo again in the future.
Thank you Jonathan for your prompt responses and being so accommodating. It was very kind of you to allow us to check out a couple of hours late (due to our late flight) and thank you again for dropping off the beach umbrella and the beach chairs to use at beaches. One negative impression I have was with Stacey, the concierge. She was not at the house when we arrived and then she was there for barely 2 minutes to drop off the key and left so quickly that I didn’t even get to meet her. We had to figure out everything for ourselves. Some text messages to Stacey were replied the next day and some even went unanswered when asked about needing more supplies.
Overall, the view from the patio will live in your dreams and have you looking for every excuse to return to the Anchor House!

What a gorgeous home and view! Everything was seamless and Stacey was incredibly helpful with suggestions for restaurants and getting our excursions set up. The infinity pool and back deck is fabulous. Pictures don’t do it justice. Highly recommend! We would definitely go back.

This condo was in an excellent location! The home was very secure/safe. The communication was always outstanding from booking through check out. The home is spacious and well appointed. The pool is awesome and hearing the sound of the waves crashing is amazing. Would definitely return and stay here again.

This property was located in an area that made it easy to walk to some places (Sunset beach & Maho area) and easily access other areas by car. The view from the deck was spectacular! The condo was a perfect set up for three couples. Each couple had their own lovely bedroom with an ensuite washroom. For a rental property at this price point, one would expect better quality linens. The other downside to the condo was the lack of comfortable furniture. The owner was very nice and so was Stacey who greeted us upon arrival. Communication prior to our arrival was excellent. Overall, this was a lovely spot to spend our week! Thank you for having us John.

The property was everything and more! From the view to infinity pool to spacious bedrooms. Private chef was exquisite! Stacy and John were readily available for any and all matters. We throughly enjoyed this house!

We always pick a new place to visit for our family Christmas and St. Martins did not disappoint! We loved the house and the location. We had a few that got a cold during the stay and they still could enjoy the view and the house! It was the perfect Christmas gift for our family.

My wife and I searched for several weeks for the perfect island and perfect oceanfront home to spend a week with our kids. I’m very happy to say we succeeded beyond expectations for both!
The moment we walked into the Anchor House we were in awe of the amazing ocean view! The home is very large with 3 king sized bedrooms and private bathrooms in each, all with huge showers. The Master bedroom has a wonderful ocean view. The other two bedrooms do not. The kitchen, living room and dining area is one large room with a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the ocean. We spent many hours relaxing on the patio chairs and in the infinity pool listening to the waves crashing on the rocks below. Several breakfasts were also enjoyed on the dining table on the patio.
A couple of minor issues with the safe and light switch arose and were dealt with promptly, however, text messages with questions were either not returned or took a couple days to get a response. All in all, the booking process, communication and information provided regarding check-in and check-out was adequate.
There is so much to do on the island and very easy to explore the entire island in a week. Traffic can slow things down a bit in certain areas but not a major issue. So many beautiful beaches with great variety include: Mullet Bay, Cupecoy Beach, Great Bay and Orient Bay. You will definitely feel like you are in paradise!
You will not be disappointed with your decision to visit Sint Maarten and rent the Anchor House!

This place was beautiful! Upon arrival Jovan gave us a tour of how everything worked and showed us around. John was so great at replying promptly and was very nice in messages. It is in a great location literally 5 mins from the airport. I know there’s a lot of strict rules but it does not hinder you from having a good time. We played music and had no complaints the whole trip it just wasn’t at the loudest level. I am only giving 4 stars because the owner of the property is very rude and made us 4 girls very uncomfortable. Once we were leaving, the service went completely out and our driver couldn’t get in contact with us. He came to the unit and didn’t even introduce himself and knew our driver was knocking and did not let him in to come help us get our stuff. The house was in fine condition and I was so keen about keeping stuff nice because the reviews say he’s rude already. He was pestering us about a bamboo sheet that had a stain on it. He was literally pestering 4 girls and the cleaning staff looked terrified of him. The cleaning crew was so scared they apologized to us about even letting him know they saw it. He should stop interacting with the guests that stay there. Other then that everything was great! Beautiful views and service. Don’t hesitate to book this place! Thank you John for everything.

We were 3 couples staying on the beautiful island and the condo could not have been more perfect for us. We liked having the private bath for each room and the common areas were more than adequate for us to spread out. We spent much of our time outside on the patio enjoying the beautiful view. We walked to Maho beach several times and liked that it was so close.

This house was everything!! The views are unbeatable and the location is fantastic. I traveled there for my 30th birthday with my boyfriend and 2 other couples and there was plenty of space. We had an amazing time.
Stacey the property manager was very responsive and was able to assist with everything. Only a few things to be aware of, they are very strict about the rules. No loud music (which can be subjective) and no visitors. I also wanted to bring in a decorator to do balloons and I was told no. They also helped me plan couples massages at the house, but if you take this option be sure they are couples massages because the masseuse arrived and 5 of us had to get massages at once, slightly awkward. Lol
We also had some issues getting the proper amount of wash cloths needed, and although we were told they were going to bring them, they never arrived.
All in all, we still had an amazing time. And this view is everything!

The property is even better in person! The view is breathtaking! I enjoyed my stay at the house and everything was clean. The rooms were huge, the pictures don't do it justice. The only thing that was horrible was the wifi; phone service wasn't the best either, but it didn't put a damper on the trip whatsoever. The host and staff were great, especially Stacey!

Perfect Getaway
Beacon Hill is everyone it says and more. From its location close to the airport, restaurants, shops and casino to its amazing view of the Caribbean, you couldn't ask for more. Beacon Hill is very spacious, and Stacey and John could not have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend and look forward to returning back here soon!

Anchor House @ Beacon Hill Estates
Anchor House located in the beautiful Beacon Hill Estates, which is a quick 5 minutes from the Airport and local markets and shops, is nestled at the point of the peninsula right on the water. The beautiful property, which has 3 king bedrooms, private pool and security, has one of the best views (especially sunsets) on the island!
My family and I enjoyed this property so much we will be planning our next vacation here! The property manager and concierge were very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of our questions timely and made for a smooth stay.
I can’t wait to visit st martin again and will definitely be booking our future stay here!

Spectacular condo in Beacon Hill
From the moment we booked this condo, Jonathan had been wonderful with dealing with any of our questions or changes we had to make due to flight issues on our end. When you walk into the condo, the first thing that you see is the stunning view of the Caribbean Sea. The next best thing is opening the large retractable doors and hearing the waves come to shore. Everything about this place is wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and elegantly outfitted. The kitchen was more than supplied with everything you need to cook your own meals. We did all our breakfasts at the condo and some lunches. I highly recommend going to the Super U on the French side for groceries. Stefan, the owner introduced himself and was a very pleasant gentleman and let us know if we needed anything, that nothing was a bother. We played music around the pool at a reasonable level and was a non issue. I can’t recommend this place enough and I highly recommend this property and hope we can visit again in the future.

BREATHTAKING!!!
The second you walk in the door you feel like you are in Heaven. The view is perfection, the house and pool are perfect. We were 3 couples, so each of the bedrooms having their own bathroom was a huge plus. Everything we needed was provided for us.
John and Stacey were quick to respond and very helpful. The neighborhood was safe, but definitely recommend a car.
If this place is available, book it! Fabulous Feast came in and prepared us the most delicious dinner!

This is an amazing property, beautiful modern finishes, fully functioning kitchen, excellent outdoor living space. Property management and cleaning staff are excellent and very accommodating. Highly encourage arranging a chef for an evening meal, it was spectacular. This place is well worth the money. We will be back!
