What more could a visitor to Southern Utah ask for? From booking to departure, Host Tyler Howard makes one's stay in this home an absolute joy. His advance communication was great, directions were perfect, Self-Check-in could not be easier... We found the home spotlessly clean and fully appointed. From linens, to towels, shampoo and conditioner, pots, pans, dining ware, essential food-stuffs, and all the necessary appliances, beds and sofas were inviting and comfortable. Just minutes from so much to do: Zion, Bryce, Sand Hollow Dunes, Gunlock Falls, Peek-a-Boo Slotted Canyon, the Grand Canyon's North Rim, and so much more... following long days of hiking and exploration, this home provides the perfect central location to relax in-between, while preparing for the next adventure and days of endless entertainment. Will most certainly stay here again the next time in the area !

We did a last minute trip and communication was great! We were given clear detailed instructions for our stay. The neighborhood was small and quiet. Location was about an easy 20 minute drive to Zion National park, where we spent most of our time. The town has some nice restaurants, two grocery stores, gas stations, and a great coffee shop. The property was well supplied with basic essentials- linens, shower has low pressure but had soap, shampoo, conditioner, the kitchen is stocked with basics for cooking, there's a nice covered back patio with grill, there's laundry with detergent, and you have access to garage parking. Would recommend this property and would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space and linens. The only mishap was the laundry room door…a heads up would be great! Overall one of the best VRBO houses I’ve stayed in!

Excellent place to stay. Love being so close to Zion and St. George yet in a small town with a grocery store 4 blocks away. House has everything you need. Especially love the whirlpool tub. Nice patio. With abundant seating. Tyler was very easy to work with. This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in one of the homes he manages and will expect to continue to do so.

Our family of six adults stayed four nights while visiting nearby Zion National Park. The home is clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything worked. The kitchen had plenty of gear for cooking meals. There’s a nice grill outside adjacent to a covered deck with a big table and eight chairs. Wi-Fi worked fine. The main bedroom and bath are quite large, with a walk-in closet. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Zion, so the location is great. The property manager Tyler communicated clearly and quickly fixed one small mechanical problem we had. Can’t really go wrong here.

This is a beautiful house with ample room for six. Good space for parking and close to Hurricane and Zion. Just drive carefully thru neighborhood, children playing. Tyler, the owner is quick to respond to any questions.

Great proximity to Zion NP. Home was clean, well appointed with nice private backyard to enjoy an evening meal. Grill was a welcome addition. Would recommend staying here when visiting The parks.

CLEAN! This place was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at which is a big thing for me. We’ll maintained and a short 25 minute drive to Zion. We also drove one day to Bryce Canyon which was about 3 hours from the house and drove to Las Vegas another day which was about 2-1/2 hours. The house is close to gas stations, grocery store and coffee shop. Definitely recommend this place!

My family and I rented this house with my brother and his family. The house was spacious, nice backyard, quiet neighborhood. Would rent again!

This was one of our stops on our trek though Utah visiting the National Parks Utah has to offer. Was our favorite place that we stayed at as it is super convenient to get from Bryce Canyon, and is very close to Zion. Super clean and comfy beds. Loved the garage as it helped keep our rental car cool in the summer heat. Having access to a hose was also very nice as were were able to clean up our super dusty shoes from many days of hiking. Nice relatively newish neighborhood. This would be at the top of my list to rent again if we come back to this area.

This house was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Zion. Tyler was a great host and made check in and out so easy. We really enjoyed the Red Rock Roasting Company in town and visited it a few times before we headed off to Zion for the day.

We stayed at this house for 2 days during our trip to Zion National park and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, very well organized and all intructions were very clear. Some of the things we found very useful were: - The well equipped Kitchen - Nice Laundry - Spacious and clean garage - Good Wifi facility - Proximity to Zion National park Host Tyler was very responsive and available if we had any issues or needed anything. However, considering everything was perfect for our stay, we did not need to reach out for anything!

This was our last visit on our trip to the Mighty 5 in Utah. Our other 4 stays had been in cabins, so this was a nice change of pace for us. No complaints what so ever. We particularly enjoyed the ability to throw our dirty clothes into the washer and dryer and to park our pickup in the garage, which made for easy loading and unloading. Note: It was a little confusing trying to figure out the garage door openers. The neighbors must have had a good laugh watching the doors open and close over and over again until we got it down. The house is quite big, we just closed off two of the bedrooms and the second bath room, and the landscaping is very pretty with barbecue facilities out back. Highly recommend.

Beds were very good. Linens showed wear and tear. We did not cook but kitchen had essentials. Some mold in bathroom needs to be cleaned up. Two separate garages were nice. The housekeeper needs to clean under beds.

I was originally looking for a place for our family of five (kids ages 14, 12, 6) closer to Zion but with a lower price/higher value in mind I booked this property, and I am so glad I did! This was a perfect location as a base for visits to Zion and Kanab and to Bryce via the Markagaunt High Plateau Scenic Byway (Hwy 14). The property is exactly as pictured and described. Some of the things we liked about the house: - very clean! - washer and dryer - kitchen had everything we needed to eat meals in and to prep on-the-go lunches - super comfy beds - garage - convenient proximity to grocery stores, gas, and coffee Host Tyler was very courteous and responsive, and though we didn't need to contact him for any reason, I knew he was always available to help at any time. Thank you for a great stay!

We were very happy with this property and would definitely stay here again. Only about 15-20 minutes from Zion National Park. Everything was clean and looked nice. We drove a large van and were excited that it fit with room to spare in the deep garage! After some long days of hiking, it was a nice bonus that the TV was hooked up to a Disney+ account. The grill out back was also great. Thank you!

A very cozy, welcoming house and a true home away from home! The place was very clean, comfortable and in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Kitchen stocked very well as were both bathrooms. Very attentive owners!

Very well kept house with a great location for Zion National park. Good restaurants close by. Gas stations and grocery store are within .5 miles. We enjoyed our stay!

This property was perfect for our stay. It was centrally located for access to Sand Hollow, Zion, and the Toquerville Falls. The house was clean and stocked with many items you would find in a hotel. The house is located in a Cul de sac so there was zero traffic. Our party had 2 trucks, 1 with a boat and 1 with a ATV. Plenty of room to park all 4 items! Tyler was great to work with. If you are in the area, you should consider this home to stay in!
