Nuestra unidad del octavo piso está frente a la playa ubicada en el centro del edificio y tiene una hermosa vista de la piscina de la laguna, así como del maravilloso golfo frente a la playa. No todos los condominios de Edgewater tienen vista a la playa o la piscina de la laguna, ¡el nuestro tiene ambos! También tiene una vista directa sin obstáculos del frente del golfo de la playa desde la cocina, el estudio y el dormitorio principal.
Esta unidad es enorme! ! First of the condo was very clean. And the owner is there if you need her, just text or call, and she gets right to you. The elevators are super fast, unless someone is holding the door open. Over all I feel they are the fastest in Panama City Beach. The lagoon pool is just awesome. They have 2 movie nights at the pool and 3 karaoke nights as well. There's food and drinks available on site so you don't really need to leave.
Now as far as the condo itself, you'll have plenty of towels and wash cloths. The more than enough of dinnerware, silverware, and cooking pots and pans. Every TV has Roku attached so entertainment is there on that. There should be 11 wristbands, make sure you count to make sure when you first arrive, if there isn't contact the owner and let her know because you'll have to pay for any missing. But I fully understand that since they are needed when on the property. The view of the beach and pool is awesome from the balcony. And lastly I didn't know this till my last 2 days of my stay, but there are extra pillows in the closets so if you need more and a box fan. We used the box fan to cool the master bedroom down more as it's the hottest of all the rooms. Not that it's hot hot, it's just where the building sets it gets sun all day long and hearts up more. The air works great in the whole unit, just a little help in the master so you don't turn the air to low and it freezes up.
Overall I give this condo a 10 out of 10 and will be returning.

Nice furnishings and well supplied. However the carpet in the bedrooms, especially the one on the left going in were disgusting. I don’t know if they were actually dirty or stained but they sure looked bad. Those bedrooms are also in need of fresh paint.
The resort itself has made changes that are not good. The new television system is terrible and would be a deal breaker for staying there again. It is not reliable at all and always going off signal. It is also difficult to navigate. Edgewater itself has made some bad changes. They are taking up space around the pool with things no one is using. $300, $400 and $500 for a cabana, seriously??. They were all empty. $65 for a lounge with a cushion? Very few being used while guests were looking for places to sit around the pool. Bad management! Not sure if I would go back and we have been vacationing there for many years. Sad.

Loved it!
From the moment we booked this condo to the moment we left, everything was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay during our week there. The view was gorgeous, and we loved having a oceanfront view and a view of the Lagoon swimming pool too. We didn’t wait more than a minute for the elevators and most of the time there was no wait. The communication from the owners was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

Edgewater Resort
We stayed in Charles and Wanda's Condo at Edgewater resort. The Resort was nice but due to the time of the year some of the pools were shut down and a bit cold. Ocean view and beach area clean and easily accessible. The condo was just what we needed for the week! Wanda was receptive and helpful when we encountered an issue with our parking passes. They made sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Vacation
What a beautiful and spacious condo! The view is fantastic, the beds are so comfortable and we had more than enough room to accommodate our party of seven. The entire process from booking, checking in and instructions on what to do when checking out was a breeze. There was always an available parking space even though the resort was very busy. The elevators ran very quickly and we never had to wait for more than a minute to get one. Wanda gets back to you very quickly with any questions you may have and she and Charles have stocked this condo with anything that we may have needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay in this lovely condo again! Thank you Wanda and Charles!

I can’t thank the owners for their prompt replies in any questions I had. The condo itself was better than pictured, which isn’t always the case. The property has everything you need… we always get airbrushed shirts… there’s a place right at the property. I forgot sunscreen… there is a Starbucks and ice cream shop that opens at 7 and has other forgotten items there for purchase. My daughter wanted crab claws… the restaurant on property was one of the only restaurants in the area we found to have them. My parents ended up having 2-3 meals and enjoyed their meal each time.
Having a spacious and clean condo on a great property… made for a great time between baseball games.

We had a fabulous family vacation and the property was perfect for our large family of 8. We LOVED Edgewater...the pool, splash pad, and beach access was perfect. Never had to wait too long for the elevators. Wanda was excellent at communication. Will definitely stay again! Only con was the bathtubs didn’t drain so you were always standing in dirty water. Also, we had to buy a broom while there because only a mop was available to clean the floors throughout the week. Overall, it was great and we are already trying to find a time to come back.

My wife and I had a great time during our short trip despite Marco and Laura hurricanes threatened our stay.
The unit was very clean which is #1 for us when we travel. We can compromise comfort, location, and other pleasures we enjoy at home. This unit had it all. It was also comfortable, well-taken care of, and everything was functional. The view was spectacular particularly from the master bedroom with big windows looking out to the ocean. Great pool for both adults and kids. The restaurant on site was very good too and I will say reasonably priced compared to other resorts. If you plan to spend most of your day at the beach, beach chairs rental ran as of August 2020 $50 a pair a day. Parking was a breeze even close to the main entrance. No gulf carts allowed in the resort. So if you're like me that likes to enjoy cruising close-by places in a gulf cart, you'll need to rent it daily - no overnight parking.
Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. We followed her instructions, and we had no problems arriving at the gate or after our departure.
One early morning, I read a booklet left by the owner with interesting information. I enjoyed reading the section of places to eat and the owner's personal review of these places. I encourage you to read it. It's funny. We took interest in a place the owner raved about: The Shipyard Grill. No kidding when she said don't let the construction and appartments deter you. It almost did. If it wasn't for the review there was absolutely no way I would have gone there. Needless to say and sadly, the place was closed. And it looks to be closed for good. We had to settle for Schooners. Great place.
If there is anything that went "wrong" during our stay which had nothing to do with the owners, but worth mentioning. The building where the unit is located has two passenger elevators. One of them was out of order at least for the length of our stay. When you add COVID rules to this, the lines to the elevator were long on both sides of the elevator during peak hours. Because this unit was on the 8th floor, taking the steps for this old man was out of the question. You may want to check with the property manager (or owner) if you plan on renting the unit to ensure both elevators are working - if this is paramount for you.
Other than that, my wife and I had a great time. Look forward to renting this unit in the future. Thank you Wanda !

Comfortable Condo
This condo is incredibly comfortable size wise, you can easily have 10 people staying there. I really appreciated the fact that every room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is supplied with absolutely everything you need for a short or long stay. The condo has fantastic balcony views of both the pool and beach. The only thing that was not fantastic is that it seems like the cleaning service doesn’t dust the condo at all and the bathroom in the bedroom that has multiple beds has a very rusty shower curtain rod and that rust transferred to the towels. Overall, our stay was good.

The condo was everything I could have wanted! We had my in-laws come down with us, so there were 7 of us in the condo, 2 small children and a wheelchair with plenty of space for all! And the view was... out of this world! It was truly amazing.
