This is a lovely vacation rental with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is on the first floor. The swimming pool which is 6 feet deep at one end, is a great feature of this property. It's clean and well maintained. Two of my grandchildren (ages 7 and 4) learned to swim in that pool during our vacation. They will never forget where this milestone was reached.
The basics are provided to get you started (trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, one toilet roll in each bathroom, and laundry detergent). But you will need to make a run to a store to replenish this supply. There are many stores nearby to choose from. This rental has plenty of towels for the pool.
The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. The owner was quick to respond from the very beginning when I was searching for a rental, and he checked on us via email to see if everything was in good working order after we arrived. I highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again if we ever plan another trip to Central Florida.

We were a group of 8 people. 2 grandmas, 1 grandpa, 1 father, 1 mother and 3 children. The house is beautiful and big, everyone can also retreat to a quiet place if necessary. The pool was great to cool off in after a day at the amusement park. The games room is also a nice bonus for the children. Theme parks were easy to reach, only the daily traffic jams to Orlando on the I4 are sometimes annoying.
A possible small point of criticism is that the pool furniture here and there needs to be replaced, but that did not spoil our fun.
All in all, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful house.

What can I say on first arrival the house was beautiful and perfect for our holiday. Everything was as described clean and tidy. If I was to have one negative say it was the location as you need to drive to get anywhere which is normal for USA which is fine but the I4 is always bumper to bumper so takes a little longer to get to Orlando than stated but saying that I’m glad it is where it is cause you don’t get all the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Would highly recommend this as anyone’s base for a holiday in Orlando. Pool was perfect to cool down in everyday. Also you are literally 5-8 mins from a few supermarket's. My son and girlfriend found the games room a great place to hang out and play pool. 5 stars all the way.

We have been to Florida many times and although the villa was a little further away from Disney than others we have stayed in there was not much difference in the travelling time to the parks.
The villa is on a lovely quiet estate.
The pool area was perfect for us ,with a covered seating area .We had 2 babies in our party and had the pool heated and it was a lovely temperature.
Although the villa could maybe do with a little updating it is spacious and comfortable and the games room was a nice bonus .
The bedroom downstairs is not en suite but does have its own bathroom nearby.
The management company were excellent.Our water heater stopped working and although it was a Sunday evening Debbie had someone straight out and when it could not be repaired a new one was installed.
Communication with Nick was sxcellenr and everything ran very smoothly

The home is very clean and well maintained, with only a couple of minor things that are age related. The beds are extremely comfortable with pillows that are of great quality allowing for a peaceful nights rest. The pool is at a perfect temperature allowing family to utilize both during the day and evening. I would definitely recommend it to others and be happy to stay here again.

This property was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located and gave us access to Disney World, Universal Studios and Legoland. Our grandchildren and daughter and son-in-law were here from New Zealand and this property absolutely enhanced our experience

We enjoyed staying at this property while we visited the theme parks. The house and pool was properly maintained. The only negative was the two twin bedrooms upstairs had tv’s but had no way to get any channels on them. Overall a five star property.

We had seven people in our group and plenty of room and privacy for all. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We went to the Disney parks for 5 days. Although the listing says 15 minute drive, it did take us at least a half hour in the morning and sometimes longer coming home. Overall, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed coming back to a nicely kept home.

Disney trip
Overall our stay was great. The pool was clean and the layout of the house worked perfect. There was a nice supply of starter items like laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Just a few tips for future renters though.
1)DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET!!!!! Even if you're partially in the driveway. The HOA **WILL** tow your vehicle with no warning!!! There is one small section saying this at the end of the rental information packet, but we missed that detail apparently.
2) With daily traffic it can take 30-45 minutes to get to the Disney parks and Disney Springs. It took 55 minutes to get to Universal. We went 6 days and between the ride there and the ride back, none of the rides were less than 30 minutes. I would not have rented this property had I know this upfront!!!!
3) This house is off an exit that has PLENTY of food/ store options!!
4)a few items in the house were worn, but we aren't picky and really just slept here so it didn't bother us.
5) the owner was responsive to messages, however he isn't located in the US so give him time to respond!
Overall, the stay was pleasant and the house gave us a place to rest that offered plenty of space for everyone to not be on top of each other!

Quite Neighborhood and lots of room
This house was great for our family Disney trip. It is located In a quite neighborhood that is close to grocery and restaurants. It was a short 30 minute drive to Disney. The kids really enjoyed the pool and playing games around the dining room table. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. The property management company was great when a trash pick up was needed. We had plenty of space for our family. We would stay here again!

I stayed in Davenport before so I knew I would love the location stores are only like 10 minutes away and disney parks are 20 to 25. Loved this homes layout we were a group of 5 so everyone got their own room. Central A/C and security system was a huge bonus. Game room was awesome lots of Great games. Would 100% stay again

Awesome home away from home!
This was a wonderful home away from home! It was spacious and very comfortable! The option of having a heated pool was a wonderful addition, along with the gaming room! Our family really enjoyed this home! It is great for big families and for all ages! As long as the traffic isn't bad, the distance to most theme parks was reasonable! The owners were great and checked in to make sure expectations were met! So glad my family found this home away from home!!

This house was spacious and beautiful! We had plenty of space and really enjoyed this villa! My only issue was the pool. We could really only swim in the pool one day out of the week due to an additional price for pool heater but other than that I think I would love to stay at a home like this again! Thank you!🙂

Great Stay!
This house was everything we wanted it to be! I was traveling with my husband and 3 children and my sister's family of 5. There was so much room for us all to spread out. The game room was a huge hit with all of us. Since it was too cold to go swimming (well some of us may have jumped in when it was 50 degrees outside) we spent a lot of time utilizing the game room.
The location was perfect! If you are heading to Disney it's a quick drive. We visited both the Atlantic and the Gulf since it was a short 1 1/2 -2 hour drive either way.
Nick was quick with responses and even sent an e-mail a couple days into our trip to see how things were going.
I would highly recommend Highland Meadows. If we ever get back to Orlando I hope to be able to stay there again!!
