Bienvenido a nuestra casa adosada frente al mar de cuatro habitaciones y cuatro baños. Realmente queremos que usted y su familia experimenten unas fantásticas vacaciones en la playa de Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head Beach Villas es una comunidad cerrada hermosa y tranquila de 30 unidades. Al llegar, ingresas directamente a tu cochera cubierta. No hay ascensores ni carros de equipaje con los que lidiar, ya que estás a 10 'de la puerta de entrada. Esta casa adosada ofrece dos habitaciones King de nivel superior con baño privado. Hay dos habitaciones de nivel inferior que dan a las dunas de la playa. Una de estas habitaciones tiene una cama Queen y una habitación tiene dos camas individuales. Una gran mesa de comedor con vista al Océano Atlántico mientras disfruta de una comida con familiares y amigos. Una característica única de esta casa adosada es una gran cubierta lateral con vista al océano. Puede disfrutar de alimentos y bebidas en esta gran terraza con suficientes asientos para que todos puedan disfrutar. De vuelta al interior, el área de la sala de estar cuenta con un gran televisor de pantalla plana y nuevos muebles cómodos para relajarse y socializar. Afuera, en el patio a nivel del suelo, encontrará una parrilla de carbón y muebles de patio nuevos. También hay 2 cajas de cubierta llenas de sillas y juguetes de playa para los niños. Hilton Beach Villas tiene una nueva pasarela elevada privada a la playa. Esto facilita que las personas con problemas de movilidad accedan a la famosa South Forest Beach. Coligny Plaza está a solo unas cuadras de distancia. This unit worked well for our family vacation. Although the living space was a little tight for 6 adults and 3 children, the location, new swimming pool, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen were all plusses. The complex itself is old but this unit has had some updates although the flooring and furnishings are a little worn. The only real annoyance was the electronic lock which would not work properly despite multiple attempts. Fortunately the property management company provided multiple physical keys which we used during our stay.

Great property in Hilton Head. Keypad on door was a little tricky sometimes and unit heats up during the day, but everyone had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Great oceanfront location and walking distance to Coligny shops, this townhouse end unit was the perfect place for two couples- lots of room and fairly well equipped kitchen. The only quibble was the hard to see/use front door entry keypad. Ask the rental agent for an old fashioned door key- much easier for older eyes.

The grounds around the condo were very neat and secure behind an access gate, with private access to the beach.
The condo was as described and clean. Kitchen area was well stocked with dinnerware for cooking all week. Didn’t feel like we needed to clean anything before using.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and nicely organized. We were a family party of 8, and had enough room and bathroom space.
The condo had several locations to hang out outside and be in or out of the sun/wind. The area was quiet and did not feel busy. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach itself was beautiful.
Many stores and shops that are close enough to walk to with sidewalks the entire way.
Owner was responsive when texting and answered any questions we had during the week.

There were four rooms so we were all able to enjoy our space and also be together in the living room for food and games. It was a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and eating out. We all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms had comfortable beds. Great bathroom accommodations. Overall really wonderful place!

Perfect for our family, great weather in February, when cool on the beach had a protected patio, best of all worlds. What a historic trip, tremendous history in Hilton Head and the Low Country. Fun restaurants. Home had everything we needed for a month long stay. Walked the beach every day, found lots of sharks teeth.

The property is great with amazing views and access to the beach! Had most everything we need with the exception of a travel crib for the baby and beach towels. But the home was beautiful and had plenty of space The check in process was not smooth for us - we were not told we would need to visit the rental office or given this contact information until I asked for it the day before. The hours of the office were limited for communication, so plan ahead. Overall, highly recommend!

Such an awesome place. Right on the beach with some awesome views. Neighborhood is quiet and secluded. Beds and rooms are so confy. This was definitely a premium space. The best part is property management company is literally a block away.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The villa was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked, and a fabulous location! Footsteps to the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas,
and an incredible view all add to the beach experience.

Had a wonderful week in this townhouse with our 3 sons and their families. Plenty of room with each family having a bedroom. Nice to have some separation with the 2 floors. So close to beach and pool which awesome with grandkids 5 and under!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Host was very responsive for minor help!!!!

The property location is great. Direct ocean front with easy access to the beach. Walking distance to Coliginy. We had trouble with the keyless entry. I had read in reviews other people have problems and assumed it had been addressed. It worked for 2 days and then we had 1 key to use for 10 people. Not very convenient. We had a little confusion at check in but I will say the property management team is very helpful and friendly. The townhouse itself was as pictured. We would definitely rent again.

Condo was clean and well stocked. You could come to the beach and not bring chairs, cart or toys as all were available. Only issue was keyless entry which did not work and realty office was not able to help other than give us a key that we shared among 2 families. We had all adults in our party try to use the keyless following the directions and code given and it did not work.

We loved staying in BV 5 and the owner, Mark, was very attentive to answering pre-trip questions. The owners have very tastefully decorated this unit and we have already recommended this unit to several other families that love staying in the South Forest Beach area.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head Villa. The villa was clean, well stocked and was exactly as described as on the website. The location was perfect. We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years, and love the Forest Beach area the best. It is walking distance to the beach, bike trails, dining and shopping. The layout worked out well for the small children and their parents using the lower level. Quiet for naptime and the bath tub was conveniently located next to the children's room. The management company was also easily accessable and helpful. Thanks so much!

This is a great beach home. The location is perfect. The home is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The management company and the owner are very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back next year!

The pictures are exactly accurate of what the home is like. Beautiful water views! The kitchen was extremely well appointed. We had plenty of space for everyone. Parking and check in was a breeze. Easy walk to the beach (<5 minutes). I would love to stay here again.

This 4 bedroom/bathroom townhouse was exactly as described in the posting and perfect for our college friends get together (4 couples)! The end unit was great facing the the water and convenient going to the beach. The owner was patient and responsive in addressing questions. Location was perfect for us to walk to see the St Patrick’s Day parade!

We really loved everything about our stay here! We had 7 in our group, plus a baby, and it was so great to have all the bedrooms and bathrooms! It was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view! We also loved being able to walk to the plaza for coffee and shopping! Thanks so much!!

First off, we would definitely rent again. The views and location to the beach were fantastic. Everything you needed was provided. However, the property needs some attention. We immediately were greeted to approximately 10 cockroaches in the sink. We purchased some Raid to take care of the issue. But we continued to see a roach here or there during our stay. Every vent in the house had mildew and the door to 1 of the rooms was swollen and would not close,

What a great place to stay! Multiple rooms and beds and multiple bathrooms. Tons of space. Lots of beach, chairs and easy access to the beach. All the pictures are very accurate on Vrbo which is very nice to see. Thank you so much.

Quiet, relaxing spot close to the beach. 4 bedrooms is perfect for our family and appreciate the 4 bathrooms too! Living space is small but functional since we spend most of our time outside. Nice beach chairs and umbrella. Love the location and will continue to return here!
