We had such a great time! The sound of the river and the peaceful setting was amazing! Each night at sunset the mountain across the river lights up in red and it’s magical! We had all ages in our group and everyone was happy! Thanks for sharing!

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful cabin!! We explored Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge and traveled to Maryville for a visit with family friends. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. I gave our stay a 3 rating because the cabin could have been cleaner ( cobwebs everywhere) and we had a huge roach & ant problem. They sent a bug service out to spray but it didn't do any good. Other than that we had fun!

We did the hassle free check-in but never received our check in email. Upon arriving at Aunt Bugs office the staff seemed confused. We finally received check in information and directions to the cabin at which point the office staff said it would be a 20 minute drive. It ended up being a 50-60 minute drive from the Aunt Bugs office. (Not a great surprise)

This cabin actually has three bedrooms, not two. It is located in a densely populated area and surrounded by a shabby town. There are other cabins on either side and there isn’t much of a yard. You will have zero privacy. There are no hiking trails or places to jog nearby. The cabin was clean except for the mattresses and pillows. They were stained and looked worn out and dirty. The oven doesn’t work properly. The fire pit is nice except there is no seating around it.

Heavenly Creekside
Very nice cabin, truly creekside, easy access. I was disappointed the gas log f/p was not activated but I am sure this was due to the warm weather. Master bath had a damp musty odor. The commode was leaking and had been for a while judging from the iron rust stain on the floor. Towel ring was dangling from the wall. The shower was leaking as well. I think these 2 leaks were causing the musty odor.
But still a great place to stay; just to be able to sit by the creek and relax was wonderful.

They were kind but if you want private this is not it, also a blind or something by the hottub would have been nice just to get a little more privacy.the cabin is very hard to find dont rely on gps! I had to call! Other than that it was fabulous!

The cabin was beautiful and cookware was well supplied. The creek was amazing. The beds were very hard. The hall bathroom shower wouldn’t drain but they did send someone out that day to fix. The game room tv wouldn’t work. The handyman said it was missing a cable so didn’t fix that. It could of been more clean. Had good supply of towels. Every time I called they responded quickly. It is a long drive from both towns but the location is nice.

We loved heavenly creek side. It is about 30 minutes from gatlinburg. That was only drawback. The cabin was nice. There's a pool table that was a lot of fun. My 9 year old son loved it and the stand up style video game. The view out back is beautiful with the stream flowing .we did fish but the water is flowing too fast and we didn't even see any fish but is beautiful and peaceful. There were a few ants on the counter and the skillets were worn out but other than that and remember this cabin is a whole 30 min from gatlinburg, the cabin was great!

Best get away we had in years. Cabin and property are perfect. Very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The creek, that looks like a river, runs right up to the steps in the back. Across the creek, we enjoyed watching the gorgeous horses and even saw white tailed deer! Excellent get away and can’t wait to go back!

What a pleasant surprise when we pulled up - it didn't look like the picture on the web site. The trees were fully developed, nicely landscaped and not at all what we expected. Well appointed cabin, clean and spacious. We loved opening the slider in the bedroom and listening to the creek early in the morning!It was a bit far from town, but well worth the trip. We enjoyed the privacy and solitude away from the tourist trappings of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Easy drive to and from the towns. The creek was beautiful. One of the best vacations our extended family has ever had. Plenty to see and do - needed two weeks! Highly recommend Heavenly Creekside.

Evidence of something bigger than me surrounds you in this tranquil spot of the Smokies. My parents brought me to these mountains as a child with my grandparents. I have now returned with my grandchildren and I feel so close to nature and my lost loved ones here. Just the spirit of the family felt in the Smokies makes me feel rejuvenated and relaxed.

While the cabin was nice, it was basically in a subdivision. We couldn't sit in the hot tub(which was gross enough I only got in once) without the neighbor's dog barking at us over the fence the entire time. Not very relaxing. We were promised it would only take 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. We made the trip every day, and it took no less than 35 minutes, which was at 10:00 pm. Average time was 45 minutes to travel. Disappointed in the representation by your staff.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in an Aunt Bug’s property and had a bad experience. Both times we’ve had mechanical issues with the cabins (1st no hot water (2015) / 2nd no AC (2016). However, aside from these issues, by far, the customer service from one individual was atrocious. The woman who works the front desk is rude and unfriendly. She purposely did not take a call from us and let the phone go to vmail, then lied about it. We know this because the lady my husband was talking to said she was there and was transferring us to her. Additionally, I had submitted a maintenance form and even though we thought the AC was working again, we never received a response, which to me is simply unacceptable. I would think in this business that customer service would be paramount and am surprised and disappointed that, for us, it was not. The cabin itself was beautiful and spacious.

This place was by far the best and most relaxing place to visit. The cabin was a bit far out but well worth the extra drive. It was well equipped and enjoyable. The only thing I could find wrong with this cabin was outside lighting at the creek bank would be nice, the porch lights don't reach far enough out.
