Esta unidad de niveles múltiples con todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de cocina y una cocina completamente surtida se encuentra en el corazón de St. Isla George para que puedas pasear cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y el faro. The condo was in a great location and has a really nice ocean view. Bathrooms only on the 3rd floor, which is a little bit of a pain, but overall a nice little condo.

It could not have been better!
It was our first visit to Apalachicola, we overlooked the pool AND the beach access gate, we were steps from restaurants and shopping, had ALL the comforts of home, and Ms. Turner was VERY considerate and responsive!!
We've already "blocked out" a return visit based on THIS trip!

The Beach Front was perfect for our needs. Great views of the gulf from the kitchen/ and living room, as well as from the master bedroom. Comfy living room furniture and well-lit for readers like us. The balconies included very nice furniture. A couple lights were out that we couldn't replace and Jennifer, the manager, saw to this being addressed right away. The beach is beautiful here and you can walk for miles and miles. The Beach Front was everything we needed for a great week's stay. Thumbs up on this VRBO!

We like to be very close to the beach, have a beach view from our balcony and also have a nice pool to swim in. This place hit all 3 of those likes. It was a very relaxing and peaceful week. Plus, Jennifer was always available and helpful!

I enjoyed my stay. I look this islanand usually stay in a beach house with the inlaws but husband and I took a trip just for ourselves and this place was great for what we were looking for.

This was our third stay at the Villas and we enjoyed it once again. The condo is clean and is more updated compared to another unit we've stayed in. The location of the Villas can't be beat--beautiful beach, walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc, and the lighthouse.
We arrived on the Island earlier than expected and the property manager was able to get us into the unit a few hours early, which was nice!
We were pretty disappointed to lose all of our groceries when the fridge went out. The property manager said she'd notify maintenance, but we were scheduled to leave the next day, so I don't know if /when the issue was resolved.
We'd definitely stay here again!

Great view of the beach and the pool saw dolphins every day nicely decorated living room furniture was great within walking distance to everything plenty of towels and wash rags and beach towels could probably use a new mattress on the bed but overall was a fantastic experience

First time staying in this unit however we visit SGI frequently and often stay at the Villas. We found the unit to be very well stocked and adorably decorated. We always like the easy beach access and quiet location. Thank you for another wonderful stay! We'll be back :)

We came for a long weekend and the property was just perfect! We could walk or bike to our favorite restaurants and the pool and beach were immediately accessible. The condo was clean and perfectly stocked. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. Jenny was quick to respond with any questions and even brought paper towels and regular towels the next day to restock what was low. We will definitely stay at this property again when we return to SGI.

Fantastic Stay!!
We loved our time on St. George Island! The beach was not crowded, plus it was a short walk from our unit. We enjoyed renting bikes and walking to restaurants and shops. It was a perfect, low key vacation spot. Super relaxing!

Bath on third floor was a bit annoying. Didn't realize all the bathrooms were upstairs. Will stay at villas again, but on a ground floor unit. We left it cleaner than we found it. Actually found 10 flexeril pills under the couch.

Steps to beach and private pool. Watch the Gulf from the balcony. Fully appointed kitchen. Washer and dryer. We would not change a thing!

Great Condo, Very Clean and Very well supplied
This condo complex is very well maintained and so clean and neat. The pool was great and again very well maintained with lots of seating and umbrellas. The condo was very clean and supplied with everything you could want. Jennifer, the property manager is super and will go out of her way to do anything for you. Would highly recommend these condos but the only negative is the steep stairs. Lots of them and bathrooms are upstairs. But you get your workout so you can have another glass of wine.

Great view, great location
We couldn't have been happier with this property. Great view every morning looking over the pool to the Gulf. The location was close to the main eating/drinking/shopping/lighthouse area of St George so easy walk or drive. The property was SO clean, well laid-out kitchen, great views from both 2nd (main) and 3rd (bedrooms/baths) level. St George Island is fun, and we went over to Appalachicola 3 days for even more eating/drinking/shopping! Great property, great vacation. We'll be back!

Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. However the cable tv was very bad. Channels went out and trying locate desired channels required excessive scrolling. No cable box which would have made finding channels much easier,

Property manager (Jenny) is AMAZING as is location. PERFECT
I cannot say enough about how wonderful Jenny, the property manager is. We have rented a lot of beach properties over the years and have always had good experiences. NOTHING compares to this, though. Jenny is AMAZING. She's incredibly responsive and just overall wonderful.
The property is in a great location, just steps from the beach. We loved staying there.
The unit is okay and we would stay there again. The owner needs to be better about upkeep. It could use a repainting, but I don't really care about that. The shower heads are really bad to the point that they cause leaking that is dripping into the downstairs ceiling. They are now aware of this and hopefully will fix it.
They are very limiting on the amount of toilet paper and paper towels they provide (two rolls of toilet paper total and one roll of paper towels), so just come prepared.
Even with the above, we would not hesitate to stay there again. You can't be the location and proximity to the beach and Jenny takes great care of the guests.

Perfect Place!
We highly enjoyed our stay! We were so close to the beach and restaurants etc! Our neighbors sounded like they were tearing up their condo but other than that everything was peaceful and we had a great time!

Great location
We had great communication with the property manager. We had some initial problems with the entry door but she handled it quickly. The location is close to everything and beach view was beautiful. We loved sitting on the decks and drinking our coffee or watching our teenagers have fun in the pool.

The condo is in the perfect location. We parked our car and only moved it when we went to Apalachicola. Everything is within walking distance. Can’t wait to go back

We really enjoyed our stay! The townhome is clean and attractively decorated and has everything you need. Great location, you can walk or bike or ride a golf cart pretty much anywhere on the island. Super close to grocery and the Blue Parrot. Nice pool, beach view. Also, I really enjoyed the games, videos, and books the owner has thoughtfully provided. Just a little extra! We would definitely stay again, but next time all our kids and their "others" want to come too. ;-)

Loved the location of Villa overlooking the pool and ocean. Unit is fully functional and comfortable (Master bedroom mattress is surprisingly comfortable). Nice sheets and towels. Furnished Beach towels and Beach chairs were appreciated. Villa furnishing are rather basic but clean. Villa needs to be repainted or in areas due to the extent of usage.

Good beach accommodations!
The Villas are well laid out. Convenient to beach and pool. Location on Island is good. Convenient to restaurants and retail. The property itself needs updating. The two stair cases in the property is inconvenient. It lays out as a three story property even though it is only two stories functionally. However, if updated it would be an excellent property. Today it’s fair to good.

Beautiful ocean view
First time visiting St George. Gorgeous view from the balcony. I would definitely stay there again. Quick access to everything. Jennifer was great. Responded quickly to any questions I had. They also had someone living in The Villas in case there was an issue. We didn’t but it was nice to know. Definitely want to come back.

Wonderful Beach Trip
The condo was perfect for both of us. Great view and all needs were met. When we had trouble with the tv the property manager was available and lots of help. We are older and did not enjoy all the stairs especially with no restroom on the main floor but everything else made up for it. Love the beach and all the restaurants close by.

Had a blast!
This was the first time in years that I have returned to St. George, and the very first time return with my wife and son. We enjoyed the condo and enjoyed the pool and beach. Walking to the blue parrot twice for meals was wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Better then expected
This property when we arrived exceeded our expectations. They had everything available to make our stay as comfortable as possible! We hoped for a stay that was more like a home then a hotel and received just that. We felt even more comfortable then we thought we would! Our lives are as busy as any so we look for vacations that provide quite and St George island provided that as well! We will definitely be returning to this island and probably want to stay in this same place since we already know what to expect!
