The modest house is located at two minutes from the grocery stores and at 15 minutes away from Siesta Key Beach. The only default is the busy and loud main street located behind it. The AC and fans kept us cool and comfortable during our stay. We surely enjoyed the umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs provided by the owners. We will be back!

It was very convenient for my daughter's rowing race at Nathan Henderson Park. Also close to the beach. Grocery store right down the road. Older property but perfect for what we needed for the weekend.

We had a very nice time in Sarasota. Property was close to beaches and lots to do in the area. We met owners, very pleasant and helpful with information on the area.

This property worked out great for our needs. Plenty of space, everything was clean and well maintained. Probably the best equipped rental kitchen I have ever experienced in terms of dishes, pots, pans, etc. Nice backyard and relatively quiet neighborhood but not far from anything. I would definitely stay again.

The owners were very nice and kind, communication was on point. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and just 15 minutes away from the beach. It has a big yard with BBQ grills (charcoal and gas) and a nice space to sit outdoors. It also has two terraces were you just can relax, you can use the cooler and beach chairs, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal and the rooms are comfortable. It has two bathrooms and a cozy livingroom. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Sarasota.

We had a good time on our vacation and this property didn't take away from our experience. It cost us a bit more than I think it merited for the age and condition of the property (price almost doubled from the base rate, helped in part by some pretty hefty host fees, including a mystery "additional guest fee"), so I think this probably influenced my overall feel of the stay, but I don't think you could ask for better hosts. They provided some great recommendations for beaches and though we didn't meet them face to face, I am sure they would have taken care of any problems. My younger kids enjoyed having a TV in their bedroom, my older kids had separate beds, and my wife and I slept in the master. The bathroom is pretty tiny, not gonna lie about that, and the shower was definitely small - I'm not GIANT (about 6'1") but bumped my head on the shower rod getting in and couldn't really move much without hitting the walls and the curtain. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. No icemaker, but 4 filled ice trays in the freezer and a water pitcher in the fridge. You do have to give the fridge door an extra push to close it all the way or it will NOT be sealed. Fridge is actually in the laundry room (which is connected to the kitchen). This is Florida, so be prepared for lizards ready to enter the house at all times. We did have a small one get in the first night we arrived (I managed to get it out). I am pretty sure it was sprayed for ants, but a few did start to appear inside by the master bedroom bathroom window on our last couple days. I'd take a few ants over roaches (for which Florida is famous), so I was very happy those were nowhere to be found. I wish I could say the same for the Embassy Suites in Orlando the night before our stay started here. There is a nice inside patio as well as a connected screened in patio - we didn't take advantage of those areas, but it's definitely a nice space. The walkway to the house isn't as clean as the picture shows, lots of vegetation growing into the path (intentional vegetation, not weeds or anything). I only mention this because there is a little garden border edging in a few spots that is almost invisible (totally invisible at night) and it attacked me several times. Like I was walking by and it somehow reached out and grabbed my pants and tried to trip me. I avoided that path when possible. Good place! I might stay again if I got it at the 30% cheaper rate that showed the day before we booked.

The house was clean and charming in a nice street with no traffic. We have two small dogs so needed a yard for them and it was perfect. The fenced yard was great and they loved running around. The location is pretty central and only about 20 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. We used the kitchen and cooked at home and even grilled one night. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the lanai. We did some remote working and the wifi was strong. We would definitely stay with them again.

The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. We were able to check in early and they walked us through the house to show us where everything was. They also emailed ahead of our stay to offer grill, cooler and beach chairs which was just such a nice and unexpected extra. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cute little house. Furniture is a little dated but definitely served it’s purpose and is a great value. This property is in a great location. The owners are very responsive and willing to help with anything they can.

This property fit our needs with work from home space and yard for 3 dogs. Owners could not be more accommodating.

We enjoyed our week trip here. My only suggestion would be to fix the faucet drip in the tub in the guest bathroom! Was private and clean. It is an older property and could use some updates, but price was right and suited us just fine.

We really enjoyed our stay, my only suggestion would be, for some updates furniture wise.

Property was more than adequate and excellently located for our purpose (Nathan Benderson Park - rowing competition was about 15 minutes away). Stores super close. Furniture and beds comfortable, tv options great, and kitchen functional. Only drawback is that the backyard is on a somewhat busy street and the back bedroom does get some traffic noise during typical commute hours. This didn't bother me as we live on a busy street. Front bedrooms were fine. I liked that there are ceiling fans in every room which really made a difference for me. Property manager checked in with us to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Would stay in this VRBO again.

This was a lovely home we rented for visiting our grandchildren for their Spring Break. The owners were terrific and the house was lovely and practical for children and puppy. Excellent experience!

We were there for a weekend of racing and Brian and Edit provided the perfect place to recover. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable environment. They had it all.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and, for three adults, taking meals elsewhere, it was perfectly appointed and very pleasant. Nothing elaborate, but clean and ample with lots of gathering spaces and a nice yard. This time communication was our major complaint. No response to messages sent, so I had to call to get check in confirmation information and, though we were asked to notify them upon arrival, no one responded for 24 hours. The router had been disconnected so the wifi login instructions were useless, but fortunately, my husband figured that out within ten minutes. Otherwise we would have been without internet. I certainly recommend this place if you need something in the area. It is also well-situated for stores and restaurants. Communication wasn't an issue when we stayed two years ago, so perhaps this was just a temporary blip.

This rental was for us a move to avoid the termite tent, so it was very stressful. Edit and Brian were wonderful and the home was great. There was everything you could possibly need and all was very clean and orderly. They made an impossible situation so much easier. There was also a great fenced in back yard for my dog. I would recommend this lovely home to anyone.

There were seven of us on this trip and there was enough beds for everyone. My husband and I slept in the master and we were very comfortable. Edit and Brian were very easy to get a hold of via phone and checked in with us via email often. The only issue we faced was while the home was very comfortable at night and in the morning, during the day it got very warm. Even with the doors to the garage and outside patio closed, all the ceilings fans on, and the AC set to 73, mid-day Saturday the thermostat stated it was 79 degrees in the house. Being pregnant during this trip, my husband and I felt it necessary to purchase a box fan to stay cool during the times we were in the home in the middle of the day. Aside from the small issue with the AC we really had a great time and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in southwest florida
