El dormitorio principal de la planta principal es espacioso y lujoso, con una cama king-size, cuarto de baño con tina de baño y ducha separada, fregadero doble, y espacio de armario muy espacioso. Una acogedora chimenea de gas añade un poco más de aura romántica a la habitación.
Segunda habitación en la planta principal
El dormitorio de la segunda planta principal cuenta con camas para 6 personas (una reina, un doble con un nido doble, y una litera doble). Nuestros niños les encanta hacer esta habitación suya, y que a menudo encontramos "no entrar" signos pegados a la puerta!

Un sofá de felpa, de gran tamaño seccional hace ver películas en un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas después de un duro día de juego aún más agradable y relajante en la sala de televisión (situado justo al lado de la cocina). Además, un televisor de pantalla plana se encuentra en el dormitorio principal. Ambos televisores están conectados con televisión vía satélite, canales premium (como HBO y Showtime) y reproductores de DVD blue ray.
COCINA Y COMEDOR
Nuestra cocina es de tamaño completo y tiene todo lo necesario para todas las comidas, incluyendo un horno doble. También hay un bar de desayuno, así como un comedor, que desemboca en la sala de estar. Our second stay at this property. Large, more than enough beds, great outside firepit, responsive hosts. One suggestion: more towels.

Depending on what you are looking for or what your needs are this may or may not be the house for you.
If you plan to come with a group and bring ur ATVs or off road toys and want to spend ur days away from the property and have a place to crash at the end of the day this may be a solid option as there is plenty of parking for trailers etc. lots of fridge space and nothing fancy or well decorated.
If you are looking for a family get away and more of a destination spot to spend time after visiting the parks or town, this place leaves a lot to be desired.
It’s not in great shape- broken tile between kitchen a living room taped down and covered with a mat, scuff marks on walls, old couches and rugs that need to be cleaned or replaced, towels and wash cloths that are all old and dingy. The 3 TVs are small (not every bedroom has one) and of the 4 box fans in the house only 1 worked. The air hockey table in the listing was not set up.
The pool is above ground and there are no lounge chairs on the small decking. The listing stated it sits on a large property / 2 acres. This is not usable or pretty.
What would have been helpful is to have supplies stocked better for a house of this size. There were two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, two paper towels, 4 kitchen trash bags and 6 dish tabs. No laundry supplies and no cleaning supplies provided.
For a house that sleeps this many people, be prepared to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, dish tabs and laundry soap,

This house was great for our large group. It was clean and there was plenty of room. The owner was quick to respond when we had a few questions. Excellent property!

House worked out great, but outside amenities had issues. Upon arrival, following items were unusable - pool, hot tub, playground and wood burning firepit. Also there were no air hockey or foosball tables as advertised. After phone call to host and a day and half, pool and hot tub were usable. Playground and wood burning firepit went under maintenance during the whole stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home defiantly needs some work. The listing states that there was air hockey in the garage. We found the game but it was not set up to use. The pool was freezing cold. The pool was a big reason why we picked this home. The kids were very disappointed. The hot tub was nice but needed to be cleaned. Between the couches on the floor was a lot of dirt and popcorn. The upstairs bedroom with the king bed. The window will not fully close. The home did not have enough toilet paper, trash bags, or dishwasher tabs for a group of 12 people. There is a rug placed over broken tile between the kitchen and living room. For the price of our stay and the description of the home we expected better quality home.

We had the best time at this property. The property owner Dave was so easy and fun to work with. We wanted to rent the UTV and my grandson said if you call him 'Pal' he would think we were cool people and would rent it to us. So we did! Don't think we had to call him Pal, but Dave thought it was funny and we did. What a great experience that was for my family. The house was spotless, there were plenty of beds, and the kitchen was fully supplied for our needs. The pool was clean and the water was refreshingly cool for the hot days of Utah. Memories galore were created and we all had a fabulous time. Thank you, Pal, for your hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay with 3 families. 6 adults and 9 kids ages 6-15. Ample space to sleep and spread out. Bummed the pool wasn’t available given the shoulder season.

We've been going to moab for many years and it is always a challenge finding a great place to stay for our large group. We've rented many places and this one was great. Plenty of parking and space for the toys. Ample room inside and the amenities are just what we look for. Communication with owner was great and never had any issues while staying.

Everything about this rental was amazing. The very minor things that were not David was on top of and was an excellent host. Beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here with a large group again!

We came here in August from Oregon to spend time with our UT family and explore Arches and Canyonlands. On our check in day I was sent a email that sad they were doing some landscaping updates and a landscaper might be on-site but that they knew we were there and shouldn't bother us, ok not a problem. Long story short because I tried to write out the whole story and it wont fit. The landscaper showed up with his two young children for him to work and his kids expecting to swim in the pool that we were enjoying, and the landscaper told us he had no idea we were there. I contact the owner who did ask the landscaper to leave and come back to work without his children. When we first arrived at the home at check in at 4pm the home was hot I mean it its August, however we found that windows had been left open which is why it was even hotter. I attempted to follow the instructions given about the AC units in the home. The upstairs was ok but if you have never set up a Nest thermostat you will be annoyed and you shouldn't have to set it up you should just be able to turn it on. The down stair was the frustrating one, come to find out after wondering around for 30 min trying to find a remote it said it had, it really doesn't, and it also doesn't work. The owners response when I told him it didn't work, oh I'm really sorry thats to bad. So the dinning room and front living room were unusable because that unit cools them down. I wouldn't pay this price for this home again.

We had four adult couples and two teens in the house, which was plenty of room. Large family room provided a great place to debrief after rides and watch video from the teen’s GoPro and laptop. Wi-Fi and grill all worked. Parking is excellent at this property, because we had four big trucks with trailers for the RZRs. Plenty of frig room for four families plus there is an additional frig/freezer in the garage. Kitchen is good for setting up buffet meals, which worked best for our group. Owner is very responsive.

Our family (ages 12-76) stayed here in July 2023. There were 12 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us! Whenever I had a question (we lost power one afternoon), Dave responded immediately. It was a great place to stay!

We had a great stay in Moab! We had 14 guests and had more than enough room. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit. They were great to come home to after a day of site seeing and hiking. We rented atv’s from owners. He gave recommendations on what trails to take. Great communication from owner. Would definitely recommend!

This property was just what we needed for our family vacation in Moab, and Dave was great to work with! Not only did he promptly answer any house questions we had, he also provided helpful information about the area in general, with places to eat, hikes to take, and more! The house was spotless and smelled super clean when we walked in, and there was more than enough room for the 15 people in our family to spread out and sleep. It was also nice having bunks in many of the bedrooms as well, so kids could sleep in the same room as parents. Kids loved the pool and hot tub as well! Thanks again for a great stay!!

Property was better than described in listing. Location was great. Home was clean and bright and inviting. Lush lawn for kids to play on as well as playground equipment. Pool and hot tub felt nice after a long active day spent outdoors. Appreciated the safety gate on the pool. Shady and sunny outdoor sitting areas for each preference. Plenty of parking and beds for everyone in our group. Communication was prompt and all questions answered.

But I do have to say that the main reason that we chose this house was the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was great, but the pool was ice cold, dirty and just not much fun to use. The washer kept overflowing, and just small things that brought my rating down to a 3. The property manager seemed very nice and responsive, but I wouldn't stay in this house again because of the amenities not being up to par!

House was clean and definitely large enough for 5 couples and very well stocked. Plenty of parking for our tailers. The hot tub was nice after a long day of wheeling. Pool was not usable as pump went out just before our visit and not replaced till 2nd or 3rd day of our trip. Then pool had to be cleaned and chemicals added and cleared up. This took several days. So unfortunately we were not able to use. Owner stayed in contact with us and we updated him the progress. I chose this house over another the same size and with large property for parking due to thr pool. So disappointed that it was not usable. Other than that i had no complaints.

House was perfect! Location was conveniently located in close proximity to Moab and all of the great mountain biking trails and parks. Garage was perfect for storing all of our bikes and equipment. Can't beat the view every morning. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Just as described. Owner communicated well about workers on the property working on upgrades outside. Beautiful location in the Spanish Valley. It was nice to be able to use a garage, something most places don't offer. We had a great time exploring Moab and the National Parks.

Property was perfect for my extended family. Loved the large living and family rooms. Also appreciated there not being any stairs on the lower level to accomodate disabled family members. Centrally located to all Moab has to offer. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. House was well stocked with kitchen appliances, dished, pots, and dishes.

Property was well kept. Playground for kids was wonderful. Kitchen area was small, 2 person kitchen. Upstairs bathroom door mechanism is broke, needs replaced. For the amount paid descent toliet paper and paper towels would have been nice. For a stay of 3 days 1 dishrag and 2 kitchen towels is not enough. We would use this property again.

The house fit 19 of us with ease. Loved that there was room for everyone to eat. The hot tub was fun. Dave was quick to answer a question we had with the grill. The game tables in the garage were not there. The beds weren’t the most comfortable.
