Nueva construcción justo en el corazón de Historic Sconset con su propio lugar de estacionamiento para 1 automóvil. A un corto paseo de la playa, mercado, excelentes restaurantes y transporte público al centro de Nantucket. El dormitorio principal está solo en el segundo piso con su propio baño con doble cabezal de ducha con azulejos. Cama king size y TV de 40 "hacen que descansar en el piso de arriba sea un agradable cambio de ritmo cuando se necesita un poco de tiempo de inactividad para recargar. El primer piso tiene una cocina abierta con capacidad para 8 comensales. Oficina, segundo baño y dormitorio con literas y una hermosa sala de estar abierta con chimenea de piedra de doble cara ayudan a terminar en el primer piso. El sótano completamente terminado tiene los últimos 2 dormitorios junto con el tercer baño de la casa. El primer dormitorio en el sótano tiene una cama queen y el último tiene una litera con la litera de abajo que es un colchón de tamaño completo. El baño tiene una bañera con azulejos en la ducha y la lavadora y secadora están abajo también. Los hermosos pisos negros de epoxi le dan un toque muy agradable a este gran espacio.

This house is in the perfect location in Sconset, walking distance to stores, beach, and playground. The house has a modern, new feel inside while still having classic Nantucket charm. It was very easy to communicate with owner and house came equipped with all the beach vacation essentials. We would definitely rent again here!

Property was just as pictured! Beautifully updated and very comfortable. The owner Tre was very helpful and had great info to share. This property was also an added plus to us for having a King sized bed (hard to find in Nantucket). Lots of room to accommodate more guests but it's not ideal for active children (no yard to play in).

We have rented on Nantucket for the past 7 years and this might have been our favorite property to date. The location was incredible and the house was modern, comfortable, immaculate and more spacious than we were expecting. We had the best week in sconset and couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend it in.

Amazing Cottage in Sconset
My family and I stayed in this clean, spacious and highly amenitized cottage in Sconset for one week. The property is close to the market, the beautiful Bluff Walk, playground and beach.
Tre, the owner, was very responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property for your Nantucket getaway.

The house was nicely appointed and walking distance into the village. We used the outdoor dining area for dinner and morning coffee. The neighbors were all very friendly. We would love to come back next summer!

Can’t beat the location of this property - kids walked to the market for ice cream every night! Fresh and well-appointed. High ceilings and two sets of bunks for kids. Great vacation!

A true gem in the heart of Sconset
This was our second consecutive summer renting 12 Shell Street. We loved it so much last year we decided to add two additional weeks for a month’s stay this past July. It’s cheerful and bright, impeccably clean and the location cannot be beat! It’s a perfect Sconset summer cottage!

Perfect family getaway
The house is new and the layout is very family friendly. The location is absolutely perfect. Easy walk or bike ride to Sconset market and stores, beach, playground or to tour around neighborhoods in the area.
Friends staying on Nantucket during our stay here the past two summers have always been jealous of the location!

Great House in Beautiful Village of Siasconset
We had a great family vacation here. The house was perfect: very clean, new but with old village charm complete with roses growing on the fence. The house was nicely equipped with everything necessary, and centrally located in the charming village of Siasconset. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect family vacation!
A beautiful and charming home in an amazing location! Just being inside this chic house feels like a vavcafion - it’s full of natural sunlight, so well decorated and Immecibaly Clean! The outdoor space is equally charming — as is the 2-minute morning walk to Sconset Market for coffee! Super fun to bike and walk to everything Sconset has to offer: fantastic beach, playground, and restaurants like Claudette’s and The Summer House! We will be back next summer for sure!

We absolutely loved this clean, newly-constructed home and it’s convenient location!
We had a wonderful stay at 12 Shell Street! The house was clean, light and very comfortable. The atmosphere inside and out was pleasant, and the home is surrounded by very friendly neighbors. We found the location very convenient, being steps away from our favorite restaurants, the Sconset market and the beach. We will definitely be coming back for a stay next summer!
