We absolutely loved our stay! Edgartown is an amazing town and this home was great. The listing photos don’t do it justice. Worked perfectly for the 4 of us on a girl’s trip. Communication with Joe was easy and he was super nice and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again!

I would say that the pictures don't do the property justice, although they look nice, the place itself feels bigger than the pictures show. The kitchen is REALLY nice, all the appliances are very clean and it was nice to be able to eat at home rather than eat out for every meal. You can walk to the Stop and Shop from the house (or it's a 1 minute drive). The house is very comfortable, nice decor and the outdoor shower was a fun added bonus. The house is located on a very, very quiet street. So if you are not a quiet party yourself, you'll stick out and this property isn't for you. If you are looking for quiet, peace and relaxation, this house will provide that. The street is tucked away between two main streets, so you get the best of both worlds, easy to get to the action/downtown Edgartown but quiet when you get home. Edgartown center is probably a 10-15 minute walk, all flat, easy walk. Parking in Downton Edgartown can be tough, so it was nice to have the option to walk. Oak Bluffs, West Tisbury, Aquinnah are all short drives from the house. The owner was very communicative. We didn't need to reach him during our stay but he left info if we needed to. I would absolutely recommend this property for a great stay on the Vineyard.

We had an excellent stay! Location was key for us with a quick walk to Edgartown and Bad Martha’s. We frequented Long Point Pond and Menemsha. Kayaking near State Beach at the Little Bridge was fantastic! Thank you!

My husband and I have stayed at several different rentals on MV, but always in Katama (closer to South Beach). This location is so much more convenient! We could walk into Edgartown, easily bike to OB and State Beach, and having the market so nearby made last minute shopping needs a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet, the house has everything you need and is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Joseph was quick to respond to questions. We would highly recommend this house for a couple or for a family with two children.

This charming Cape Cod style home is a pleasant walk from downtown Edgartown. It's perfect for up to four people with two bedrooms and two full baths. The pretty back yard is great for grilling and relaxing on the back deck. Hope to visit again next year.

This cottage was very well equipped, in a nice quiet location, and comfortable for my stay. Nice little deck and good BBQ grill. Super communication with my host. Responsive and clear.

This was a restful few days for us. The property was clean, everything needed was provided, and it was close to town in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time off-season in this great location near Edgartown. The house was extremely clean and well-appointed with cheerful art throughout and all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. that one could need. I look forward to going back!

This house is in an ideal section of Edgartown, close to everything but quiet and private. It's just the right size for a family of 4 or 2 couples and very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was outstanding, he was so easy and pleasant to work with. This is not a huge house, but super cozy and convenient, and just as described. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

Kitchen is totally updated, home very clean and neighborhood is off the main thoroughfare, so quiet!

A perfect property for our group of three. Comfortable furnishings, good mattresses, and a nice sense of design. Well-equipped kitchen and seriously outstanding outdoor shower. Excellent communication with a very accommodating host. And the lane the house is situated on is utterly lovely and away from the Edgartown bustle. Rent a bike, ride the mile to shop at Morning Glory Farms, and enjoy the back deck.

Enjoyed our stay here immensely! House was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, (not that I did much cooking). Edgartown was within walking distance and the AC in the house was very much appreciated with the hot weather we had while there. Neighborhood was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. All in all this was an excellent choice and the owner always answered any questions promptly. Definitely would stay here again. (Hopefully next year!)

This is simply a great rental. Perfect location for what we do on the vineyard. This was our second time back and we hope to continue to vacation here. Because of its location on a side street within walking distance of edgartown (in town, lighthouse, beach, public library, adjacent playground with outdoor gym) you can always avoid The traffic at the fork entering edgartown. 1 minute drive through a couple side streets and you're headed up Island with the choice of turning on airport road and going to either Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs. Easy access to the bike path as well. The home is super clean with great kitchen appliances. The owner checks in with guests to see how everything's going.

Delightful ranch with two good sized bedrooms and two full baths in a great location for every thing that Edgartown and the Vineyard have to offer.

This is our second time and it was just as clean, cozy and convenient as we remembered.

We are a family of three coming to MV for a week of holiday. Even though it was off-season we found lots to do and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well-appointed, and had plenty of yard space. The location was just right, in a quiet, family-friendly street very close to Edgartown center. We biked everywhere. Our daughter made friends with a friendly neighborhood bunny rabbit who hung out under our car. All in all, a wonderful experience!

My family and I visited during the winter months. Joe’s house was cozy and extremely comfortable in every room. The house is spotless. The location is convenient and within walking distance to Stop & Shop and a few great restaurants. If you like friendly turkeys and hares, well there here as too :) Thanks Joe! The house and location are perfect but the local short road is not paved and full of potholes. The host was very pleasant and very responsible in helping any and every way.

Very nice property situated on a quiet street with good access to town and beaches. Within walking distance to grocery stores and fish markets, which makes a stay like this very convenient. Great newly renovated kitchen, A/C (not needed), and outdoor shower made our visit a joy.

The location and house were perfect for our family of four! Everything you need is in close proximity and the house is exactly as described. The kitchen and living room feel very large and the washer and dryer work great making it very convenient to do quick loads of wash. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to future stays!

This home has all the amenities that you would expect and our stay met our expectation. Our only wish was that it were closer to the harbor area as we didn't bring a car to Edgartown. Great fun to ride the local buses all around the Island then rent a Jeep when 2 family members joined us. The house was very clean and comfortable and the owner very gracious and quick to reply to our inquiries. We would come back again.

We had a wonderful week at this property. It had every amenity, an upgraded kitchen and the location can’t be beat. We were within walking distance of the grocery store in downtown Edgartown and it was especially a safe and great location for two teenagers who wanted to get away from parents a few times :) Can’t wait to return!!

This was the best house we've rented during the several summers our family has vacationed on the Vineyard. First thing we were impressed with were the row of beautiful hydrangeas and carefully maintained lawn. Inside, the house was beautifully put together with nice decor and new high end appliances. There was clearly a lot of thought and effort that went into making this home as comfortable and relaxing for guests as possible. Also loved that the property is on a quiet side street yet a short walk to shops and dining in Edgartown. Owner was very friendly and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had settled in ok. We also appreciated his understanding when we had to postpone our 2020 booking to 2021 due to Covid. We look forward to booking here again!

Know the island well and this met all my expectations l am looking forward to a return visit next year

Everything was wonderful. Property is extremely clean, great location, well stocked with everything you need.

The home is just as described. Everything works: great kitchen, WiFi-Alexa all operational, clean, comfortable and close to town. I would stay here again!

Overall, it was a great week. Very comfortable and well-located. Minor issue—the upholstered couch in front of the window in the living room was quite soiled. Host was responsive to numerous questions about media settings. It would be helpful to have detailed written instructions for the non-tech-savvy guest. Thank you!
