We come every year for this Festival and have stayed at now 3 condos on-site. This unit is especially large, and I like that the master is separated from the guest rooms upstairs. The picture of the bunk beds and single bed are in the open loft area upstairs, and the bedroom with the two beds does have a small half bath attached. Was a great stay!

Overall- great memories were made as we came from far and wide to celebrate a family wedding. The interior of the home was welcoming. One negative the air conditioning was extremely cold. For the most part the condo was fairly clean, I did notice the back of the doors were extremely dusty, as well as the ceiling fan and the heating vents as well. In addition, the stainless steel should be cleaned.pm the frig, stove, microwave and sink. In addition, there is a coffee ring stain around the drain in the kitchen sink. This could easily be cleaned with some comet. I am probably being overall picky but as an owner of a commercial cleaning business, my clients and myself would not find that acceptable. There is a distinct musty odor that is apparent upon entering the condo each time. While in the condo for awhile you do get used to it but a dehumidifier would do wonders as well as some air fresher. I did notice that only one bed had a mattress pad. A mattress pad on all beds would create a more sanitary environment as well as helping to protect the mattress from stains.

This was perfect for all the girls to stay for my daughter’s wedding. Communication was quick and helpful and the house was so clean and had everything we needed. Thank you so much!

This was a great location to take advantage of Peak n Peek's Summer Activities. The only issue was that we were suprized to have to pay a fee to use the pools and hot tub. For a family it was a substantial fee. Just wished we knew going in.

From the arrival to the departure it was great. The house was so clean and had EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy our stay. I did have to call about a problem and he answered right away @ 900 in the evening. It was minor and was worked out. I do have to say that the description said there is a pool and hot tub. They are at the resort and it costs to go there. More than we were willing to pay. We went to the beach and had a great time. 5 stars for the house and owner!!! Thank you!!

Very clean and accommodating home. This home has all essentials and than some for a great stay. Owners were easy to get a hold off and responded quickly. Highly recommend this home.

It was my parents’ 66th anniversary. The condo was great in that both my brother and his wife as well as my husband and I were able to stay with my parents on their anniversary! The host was very responsive and we enjoyed the accommodations!

Property was just as described. Fully stocked kitchen was great for the couple meals we cooked while there for a wedding. Some of the kids really enjoyed taking the ski lift for several rides and adults enjoyed zip lining. Great location.

This was a perfect family get away. So much to do in the beautiful surrounding area. The only disappointment was the extra cost to use the pool at the Inn.

This was a pleasant experience overall. We had a class reunion at the peak. The weekend was full of events and activities. We loved the live bands. The condo was clean and well kept. It was plenty big enough. It was conveniently located. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfy, and easy! Location was great, very close to Sugar Shack and the main lodge. Nice that my whole family had their own bed, which was very accomodating.

This is literally the best place to stay if you're visiting Mount Shasta. It's comfortably cozy, the heating works wonderfully, has the kitchen essentials, is a very short walk (1 block) to the main part of town and the price is very reasonable (on a comparative basis).
Did you hear a train staying here? Yup, so did the entire town. Bring your own shower essentials though. And that pinecone? It's a soap dispenser.

Our family really enjoyed our weekend at this condo. There was plenty of space and the third half bath in one of the upstairs bedrooms was helpful for my six year old. The upstairs room with the two queen beds has a door, and the upstairs room with the bunk bed isn't as private as it is in the open loft area. We had stayed at a different condo last year, and this one was much nicer and more spacious. Easy access to the Sugar Shack ski lift allowed the teenagers to have free rein to the slopes- which was perfect. The condo has hairdryers, hand soap, cleaning supplies, just about anything you need. Would definitely recommend.

***HOA should ban pot smoking on property. Some people don’t like the smell of skunk coming from around their unit. May have been just a bad weekend with it being NYE.

A group of girlfriends stayed for a weekend away. The house was perfect. Enough space for all of us. The home was very clean. Exactly as described. Lots of things in the kitchen which made our little get away much more convenient than having to run to the store. We would for sure book again!

Absolutely adorable and perfect for our group. We slept 6 adults very comfortably and the best part was we each had our own bed. The spiral staircase and stairs to walk up to the apartment are a bit difficult to get up so if you struggle with stairs this might not be a place for you. We had a great time!
