This was the first year staying at this house. Was very roomy and beds for everyone was very nice. Location was good also. However, the kitchen/dining area did not have good lighting. The upstairs bathroom the water did not get hot. The master bathroom was fine for the water, didn’t understand that. The towel bars in the bathrooms fell off, could not hang a towel on them. My husband did a little fixing on the one in the master bathroom. He also fix the latch on the bedroom door, minor fixes. He’s a carpenter. We enjoyed our stay very much. As you know you have an ant problem. Again, minor.

Just a few this to look at on your end. There seams to be a lot of mice in the house. The bathroom on the left has drain issues. The room up stairs with the keyless lock should be changed.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! The house was charming and exactly what you expect from the island. The inside has been updated beautifully. Our group included 3 couples and one singleton we could’ve comfortably had more people stay. The location was nice and we really enjoyed the fire ring. We had a great time 😁

Had a great time, plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone. Our second time renting this house, will come back for future visits. Had trouble connecting to the wi fi but that was the only problem we had. Highly recommend staying here!

Thank you Kelly for a wonderful vaction week at your home on KI. The Old Stone House was perfect for our multi-family gathering on the island. We were centrally located with access to the rest of our family, the beach and downtown, but yet far enough away to remain pretty quiet. Love the trees and fire pit. We had a little hick up with the keys at the start of the trip, but Kelly very quickly resolved that issue. I appreciate Kelly being so quick to respond to any question we had. She is a terrific host. We will be back at KI again next year and will definitly plan on staying at the Old Stone House again.

We enjoyed staying at this large and well-equipped home on Kelleys Island located right across from the old Kelleys Island school now revamped into a community recreation facility. Upstairs was plenty of beds for 12+ with room air conditioners in each room and 2 large bathrooms with tubs and showers. House is quite shaded and stays cool but downstairs would be improved with central air. Large deck with gas grill was great too.

Such a great place to house a larger group! Hostess responded so quickly to our messages and was very easy to work with. This was our 2nd year staying at the old stone house and I am sure we will be back again next year !

Lots of space in this large island rental. Multiple beds in every bedroom give you many options for large friend/family get away. The main floor has two living rooms and a large kitchen/dinning area. The back deck could use some tlc from the cleaners between renters.

Had a great time on our 2020 girls trip. The area was great and lived hanging out by the fire pit. Hiking trails and glacial grooves were in walking distance if you like to walk but otherwise a very short drive. The house was as described but could have been cleaner. All in all we had a great time.

Property was clean and well appointed with all the essentials needed away from home. Very big rooms.

This property is in a great location between downtown and the beach. It’s on a wooded lot, which makes it feel more private. We shared it with another couple and enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. We really liked that there were two full baths upstairs near the bedrooms. It gave us all plenty of space to get ready for our day. The house had a lot of charm and was comfortable and homey.

Great family vacation house. A few minutes to great beaches, lovely fire pit for evening fires, and AC in the bedrooms much appreciated since it was a super hot week! Highly recommended!!

Nice house in wooded setting centrally located on the island.

The location of this property is great, being centrally located to all the island has to offer (downtown, state park, hiking trails and beaches). The house was spacious for our family to spread out across the kitchen and 2 living areas.

Perfect place to stay on the island.. location is great.. it is in the middle of downtown and the state park.. host was very helpful and the house was clean.. would def stay again

Very spacious, perfect size for our family, large kitchen table was very accommodating for our family, 10 people were able to all sit together. Good location. Enjoyed the fire pit each night.

Overall the property met our needs very nicely. All of the bedrooms were nice and cool with air conditioners in each. The bottom floor had a great dining room table for games and eating, and the out door deck was perfect for our coolers.

The property was as listed. There was plenty of room to spred out. The bedrooms were huge and the room air conditioners were perfect. The downstairs stayed comfortable with the windows open. The owner responded to questions through texts quickly. This is a central location for our family and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the old stone place. The house was clean, spacious and in a perfect location. We would definitely come back to stay in the future.

We had everything we needed at OSP! A great island house for a large group. Clean, spacious and centrally located. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. Alison was timely in her communication, allowed for early check-in and overall easy to plan with. Thanks for a great place to stay!

The house was nice and in a nice quiet location. There were three bedrooms and each bedroom had a large bed and two smaller beds. The master bedroom had a king bed and it's own bathroom. The kitchen and dining room were quite spacious and had no trouble handling multiple cooks! And the house was newer and modern. There was window AC in the three bedrooms. But... The property was not ready until after 6PM as the cleaners were not done, but they sure showed up at 9AM on checkout day! Some of the smoke alarms were missing. The grill was out of Propane and it was OUR responsibility to fill it, so we didn't. TV/satellite/stereo remote batteries were dead or missing, we replaced them and then found that the satellite TV was out, luckily we used our Roku. It was our responsibility to take our trash to the dump so we had to figure out where that was and when they were open. Some of the beds were very worn out. We were asked to provide our own soap and paper products and to please start a load of laundry with your own soap on the way out the door. I really feel like they need to just up the price $20/night and take care of all the trash, provide soap, paper towels, and Toilet paper, fill the grill's propane tank, and maybe leave few tide pods with the washing machine. Like I said in the title, great location, great property, a lot of irritations that detracted from the stay.

The house was very Beautiful. It was well explained. My family had an amazing time and will visit kelleys island again. However, this house did not have air conditioning. The weather was beautiful but the house was so hot we could not cook for our family and worried about the little ones of how hot it was. While the house is very spacious and really a wonderful place the only complaint I could have is the air conditioning. they have window air conditioners in the upstairs bedrooms and it really was not sufficient as the bugs came in through the cracks and made for a yucky experience. Very easy to work with and everything else was perfect.

Cozy feel but plenty of space! What a wonderful property! Quiet and quaint. Owners are very good at communication. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill and foosball table. The kitchen table was big enough for our group too. Would definitely recommend!
