Bienvenido a Anna Maria Island y la ciudad de Bradenton Beach.
Estamos ubicados a 45 minutos al sur de San Petersburgo, a una hora al sur del aeropuerto internacional de Tampa, a 2 horas de Orlando y sus numerosos parques temáticos y a veinte minutos al norte de Sarasota, en el lado del Golfo de Florida.
Nuestra isla tiene siete millas de largo y 2-5 cuadras de ancho. Somos un lugar ideal para familias con deportes acuáticos, tiendas en la playa, tiendas de regalos con restaurantes y pesca en la histórica Bridge Street y el muelle. Un tranvía gratuito da paseos por la isla. Un nuevo sendero para bicicletas corre a lo largo de las playas al lado de los parques con barbacoas y estaciones de socorristas. Somos Old Florida, relajados sin la sensación de gran altura.
Nuestro condominio recientemente actualizado está ubicado en un vecindario tranquilo a solo 85 pasos de flip-flop hacia la playa de arena blanca pura. Esta es una unidad de esquina que siempre es brillante y soleada. El condominio incluye dos dormitorios y un baño. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama queen (colchón nuevo 2/2017) y un televisor de pantalla plana de 26 pulgadas. El dormitorio 2 incluye dos camas individuales y una pantalla plana de 20 ". Ambos televisores incluyen cable. La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana SMART montado de 40 "que incluye cable premium y WI-FI
¡Acabamos de completar un rediseño total del baño, así como mejoras interiores adicionales que incluyen pintura nueva, nuevas puertas interiores, molduras de techo y muebles de sala completamente nuevos! Tanto el sofá como el love-seat tienen sillas reclinables dobles.
Nuestro condominio recientemente actualizado es justo lo que necesita para relajarse.

This condo was the perfect location, was beyond clean, neat and tidy. We were visiting AMI as Tropical Storm Debby rolled through. The owner was very communicative and kind. We did enjoy one beach day and one pool day prior to wind and rain, but no matter we had a lovely time. We will definitely be back next year.

This was a great little condo, beautiful pool, close to beach and trolley stop, all the amenities you will need. The host was very responsive, very helpful, and kind. The condo itself as well as the property was very clean. It had all.the comforts of home. Would definitely recommend this property!

The place is absolutely adorable with everything you might need. The beds are awesome, slept really good! The host Veronique was the sweetest person to deal with. We will definitely stay there the next time we come to Anna Marie Island.

Room was well stocked, very clean and absolutely adorable! Host was quick to respond with any questions. My only complaint, well not really a complaint, but suggestion. Would be to put some umbrellas up at the pool and maybe update the pool furniture. Location was perfect....forgot to count if it was 85 flip flops to beach :-D it was a short walk though. Very pleased with our stay. Thank you Veronique!

This rental is exactly as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness of it was wonderful. The owner gives you details in a PDF file on operating things inside and where everything is. She was so accommodating. We had a wonderful time for our girls vacation.

The Condo was fully stocked and had all we needed. Loved that it had a wagon to cart what we needed to beautiful white sand beaches which was just steps away. My husband and I had a great time on the island and will definitely be back. Highly recommend. 🙂

The property is exactly like the pictures! It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for going to the beach and cooking meals. The beds were very comfortable as well. Loved being so close to a wonderful beach! Veronique is very responsive to any questions you may have.

The quiet corner unit was well illuminated with reserved parking at the entrance. Comfortable electric recliners on sofa and love seat awaited us after busy days at the beach and long walks around the island. The kitchen was equipped with necessary utensils and appliances to prepare our eat in meals. The renovated bath with tiled shower is stunning. The personality of the unit is reflexed in the unique wall art. Especially enjoyed the book of the island’s history.
We enjoyed the visits with some very friendly people at the pool which was well maintained and clean.
Appreciated the notice from the host on the break in water line. Luckily we never lost pressure while in the unit.
I see why the unit is booked well in advance for months.

Condo is cuter even in person! So close to the beach and we ended up renting a golf cart to explore the rest of the island.

This property is beautiful and completely stocked. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, everything yiu could ever need in a kitchen. Really comfy reclining couches. Big pool. Literally a 90-second walk to the beach. Circle K is close for necessaries. Access to free transportation. Bridge Street is so fun! Owner responds within minutes and is extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The property was immaculate. I loved being able to walk to the beach. The free trolley was an extra benefit. We rode the trolley all over the island to visit all of the shops. The owner has been easy to work with; always responding in a timely fashion. We are already play a trip for next year.

This condo had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The property was clean and a block from the beach. The property owner was very responsive anytime I had a question. Good for a couple or a couple with 2 kids.

Overall, a really good experience. Condo #9 is a corner condo on the second floor. Clean , great communication with Property owner and explanation of property was mostly as listed.
The Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed just small but worked fine.
The bathroom / shower clean ! But no shampoo or soap as noted on listing. We bought our own and left it at the condo.
There was one broken beach chair and the beach umbrella was broken as well. So now the property owner is aware of this. There was only a sand bucket in the closet so we bought more sand play equipment and left at the condo.
Pros: Great pool on the site and the condo is very close to the beach. Property manager leaves information on where the Beach Access are in relation to the condo as well as a lengthy PDF with all kinds of information about the island and access to restaurants, trolley and recreation.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. This place had more than your typical plates and utensils. Check-in was easy and the location was great. The community pool area was cleaned every day and everything was taken care of. Highly recommend!

Cute condo very close to the beach. Lots to do starting from half a mile. Really enjoyed our egmont adventure and the wildlife preserve a few miles from the condo. Enjoyed the beach house restaurant and fried clams on the pier. Bridge street bistro was the best with a fresh catch of mahi for dinner. Liked using the monkey bus to get to destinations and then walking back. Great sunset at the Kokono hut. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch of the condo and having a night cap before calling it at night. Will definitely be back.
