The condo was updated, clean, and stocked with anything that you need. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it! The view from the balcony of the ocean and sunrise was stunning. The beach was only steps away. Location was perfect, restaurants and shops all walkable as well.

The best VRBO, condo, hotel, whatever you want to call it, place to stay in all my years traveling. The location is fantastic, family friendly atmosphere and a party vibe of you want one. Beach chairs and towels included, a huge plus.

Wonderful location for access to beach, Pier 101, and restaurants! Beautiful views from patio! Condo was comfortable and perfectly equipped! Nearby sightseeing in Charleston and Magnolia Gardens made our sister trip unforgettable! Highly recommend!

Loved this beautiful place with an incredible view of the ocean. At high tide the waves break just below the balcony at the sea wall.

The condo was perfect for my family! It was well-stocked with anything we would need (kitchenware, towels, beach chairs, etc.), and the view/beach access was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Amazing host, clean villa with all extra touches you might need while checking in after a long ride. Location is hard to beat- walking distance to the Central street restaurants and small shops.
This was our third time with the same host and 12th time on the Folly.
2 things for the property management: our side elevator was out of business for 2 days and then fire alarm went off one night after midnight and did not stop for more than an hour. We understand that things happen and obviously have nothing against the host, but would appreciate some level of communication about those events. Nobody called to check on us or to give us any kind of reassurance or information. Consider that it was 3 out of 7 days affected, I believe that the property management could of done a better job.

Having carts available to transport our luggage was great. And the condo was close to an elevator.

Our second stay in this unit! Very well-stocked with everything one could imagine! The carts in the covered parking lot were a life saver for seniors! The hostess is very easy to communicate with! Will definitely go back!!!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was right on the beach. Great view and large balcony. Loved the location. Very low key but also had several restaurants in walking distance and only a short 20 to 30 min drive to anything you want to see in Charleston. Will be back!

Property was fine. However, working on the parking area during this time was not the greatest. Under building parking area was closed when we came back to the unit one night. Finding a parking space close to elevators was difficult and made it hard for us as we had two elderly family members. Otherwise, things were great!

We had an amazing time in folly beach and the condo truly felt like home away from home. Location is perfect and cozy. Can’t say enough about the short walk to the lost dog cafe for breakfast and Rita’s for dinner.

We have stayed at Ocean Front Villas for the last 10 years and always enjoyed them. This unit was the best because there were beach chairs, towels and toys included. We will try for this unit next year.

The property is wonderful. It has gorgeous views and you can hear the ocean from the condo. The check in process is super easy and the condo is great. The condo is stocked with everything and more. The location is close to downtown Charleston and there is plenty to do.

Great Get Away
What a wonderful experience! My husband and I have had a very busy few years and wanted a week away to rest, enjoy the shore and recover. We arrived to a meticulously clean, beautifully appointed condominium. Everything was exactly as described. We cooked there every day and didn't need anything more than was provided. I was so surprised to find all the paper products, dishwashing soap, and laundry soap there for us to use. The beds were very comfortable, the view from the balcony is spectacular. We walked to everything down town Folly had to offer with ease. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The owners answered all our questions and responded to one minor issue we had immediately. So helpful! It was a great vacation and this was the perfect place to stay. It was so nice, we wished we could stay another week or two! Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

This is the best condo we’ve stayed in on Folly. The unit was very well appointed- there wasn’t a thing we needed that we couldn’t find (utensils, trash bags, paper products, detergent, beach gear, etc.). Also, the location, ease of access, amenities & view were hard to beat. We will definitely stay here again!

Close to Paradise
Excellent location, excellent hosts. The property is nicely decorated with updated master’s bathroom.
You cannot beat the view from the balcony.
Nice touch is some extras for starts ups.
It is a walking distance to the best Folly’s restaurants.
Hope that pier will be functioning next summer.
