Second time renting this property. Great location and perfect for a smaller group. Easy communication with property management

For the price this is a great property. Not the most updated or highest quality but for the price, you can't beat the location. Has window A/C which is not the best, but otherwise no complaints. Have returned multiple times. similar listings were easily twice the price. this is close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and very simple. Could have used some more kitchen items, we brought our own cookware, but still had enough to cook dinners and breakfast. The best part is the quick walk to the beach and hearing the waves crashing. Definitely would book again.

My friends and I have come to Dewey for the past few summers and stay at different places each time, and I’ve overall enjoyed this property the most. Really convenient check-in process, electronic lock so no need to worry about keys, Property manager really nice and responsive, end of the road makes is much closer to the beach, neighbors on other condos are really nice, plenty of beds so you don’t have to share with 4-5 people. You have 2 reserved parking spots in an actual parking lot, which is way easier to get in and out compared to most properties.Downsides are you have to go up some stairs to get to the condo, so bringing anything heavy to the beach like a cooler requires a little extra work; there’s no washer dryer in the unit so make sure you have clothes, towels, swimwear unless you have some other arrangement to wash clothes; only one shower with no outdoor shower (as far as we could find).If none of those are dealbreakers, would really recommend this property.P.S. for COVID, Dewey obviously isn’t quite the same during the pandemic, but we were still able to have fun and stay safe. The beaches are pretty naturally social distanced, and the bars require a mask and that you sit at tables with your party. Plenty of live music at the bars during the summer despite this.

I cancelled this rental prior to the deadline to get my deposit back, but the agency refused to refund my money, said only if the property was rented by another party would I receive a refund. Half of the deposit was for any property damage that occurred during our stay, but we didn't get a refund on that, either. The agency also sent me a contract to sign that they said was a prerequisite to them relisting the property as available for that week, but a condition of the contract was that I had to pay the rest of the rental fees in full. Ridiculous.I will not be using this agency again, and I don't recommend them to anyone.

Nice property, close to the beach. Could use better A/C in the bedrooms but otherwise nice place.

We would love to rent for 2 weeks next year. Lasr 2 weeks in July if available?

We needed to get away from all the "stuff" going on, and this was the perfect place to "forget it all". The condo was very nice for the two of us. It had homey touches such as needle point done by the owner. The location was unbeatable! There were restaurants abound for all tastes and ages! Highly recommend for a vacation!

great value for an ocean block condo.

Only one other condo between you and the entrance to Dewey beach. Mama Maria's restaurant just down the street, just roll out of bed to the shops and all that this town offers. Easily sleeps a family of 5. We were looking for a separate bed room for our teen boys. With 2 separate bedrooms, full kitchen, teen boys could sleep in and cook for themselves. The enclosed porch is a nice feature if you have guests visiting (loved having my coffee out there & convenient for towels and suits to dry). The pull out queen couch also offers additional sleeping if needed. The only thing you need to bring are your own sheets. If you plan on doing high end cooking, bring your own grill or your pans as somewhat limited. Toaster oven did not work. For basic cooking, this is your home away from home. I would definitely rent again.

Covid 19 had to cancel trip

We loved the property, it was very close to the beach, neighbors were wonderful, the condo it self was very roomy, we would rent this condo again.

We really loved the coziness of this place and the home owners who where present in the other units where great. We had to leave early because of a medical emergency at home and unfortunately where unable to get any refund . I had trip insurance but it didn't cover it We checked out 3 days early and lost all that.I wish the online rental had been clearer about that. All I got was..we're sorry ...well so was I. I would rent again but wish you could rent directly from the owner....the unit was nice.

The property was beautiful! It met all of our expectations. The only complaints I have is that there were a lot of ants in the kitchen, the bathtub didn't look like it was cleaned very well, and there wasn't enough pots with lids. My family and I enjoyed the walk ability to the beach, restaurants, and the bay from the condo.
