We were exhausted from skiing and asked for a late checkout. Host was very accommodating. Galena is beautiful.

Had a great long weekend with two families for a ski trip.

Lots of space for a bigger group! We were able to stay downstairs with the kids and the rest of the family could be upstairs so we werent all on top of each other. Very clean. Great place!

I can’t even begin to explain what an upsetting expierence my family and I had with this booking. My spouse and I drove from Colorado to meet up with my family who drove from Chicago to stay at this location. The host confirmed that an early check in at 2 PM would be fine. However, when 2 PM hit he was completely unresponsive in providing details to get in. We waited several hours and tried calling again. At this point, we still had no information on how to get in. I spent 3+ hours on the phone with VRBO saying they could not get in touch with our host and they confirmed “we were stranded.” Come 7 PM we finally heard from the host that this place had been double booked and another family from another rental company was using the space. We then had to search all over for a new place to stay. VRBO said they would only pay for one hotel room for my family - even though we had three dogs, 6 people and a baby. We ended up leaving Galena and had to drive back to Chicago after packing up everything for our weekend. Very upsetting.

The condo was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Ryan was easy to work with.

Girlfriends to Galena for shopping and coversation. Wanting enough beds to chat on into the night and sleep singly with more than one bathroom. This lent itself to that very comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, well equipped & seemed larger than the photos.

First time staying at the unit. Facilities were as advertised and everything was in good working order. Couldn't figure out the TV (printed instructions would help). Plenty of room and good sleeping accommodations.

Perfect space for a groomsmen party to stay before a wedding nearby. Clean and well kept.

Our stay in Galena was good, over all. The townhome was perfect for our needs and in a great location. The Owners Club options were wonderful. My only disappointment was that the kitchen had very limited pots and pans and very dull knives for a fully stocked kitchen. That limited some of the meals we could make. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

Our group had a great time staying at this place! Location was perfect for doing anything at Eagle Ridge resort. Host responded to all questions quickly and had the house in great shape. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Farmstead 19. We had lots of room to spread out and relax. This condo is well equipped and even had shampoo and body wash ! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. Thank you for allowing us to use your property Ryan.

I was there with a golf group we had 4 guys at the house and it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and the house had plenty of common areas to hang out in.

We stayed in the house for a 60th b-day celebration with friends. It was the perfect spot - plenty of room and very comfortable. The owner was extremely nice - allowing us to check in early as well as taking our time checking out the next day. Thank you for helping to make a memorable weekend.

Everything was clean. Had trouble getting the key out of the lock box but it all worked out. Overall good experience.

We had 3 generations together (7 people) celebrating November birthdays. The place was spacious for us all, but could definitely use some TLC and updating.

Host was very accommodating and pleasant. When we arrived a person was in the property putting up a towel bar. She left and upon leaving she asked when we would be out so she could come back to finish her maintenance job. We asked her not to come back. We were not comfortable with a stranger coming in while our personal belongings were in the house. We didn’t care for the fact that she had the combination to get in. The house was very unclean. Dried food all over front of cabinets in kitchen. Almost all of the utensils had food stuck on them. There was marijuana left on the kitchen counter in front of the toaster. There was no mistaking it for anything else. I’m a child of the 60’s & 70’s. I know what it smells like. Dining table was sticky and the hanging lamp above the table was covered in thick greasy dust. You could have scraped it off with a knife. Hard surfaces were not cleaned. We didn’t sit on sofas. Scared of the filth. Carpet was atrocious and buckling everywhere. Lots of damage to furniture. Nothing major, but scratched and broken. The accommodations were extremely outdated and the property shows no pride of ownership. We even went to Walmart and bought new pillows and pillow cases to sleep with. It was a very disappointing stay. The icing on the cake was when we had to lug our garbage to a garbage shed up on a hill in the parking lot. Makes me wonder why we paid a cleaning fee, because clearly the housekeepers did very little. As for Galena, it’s lovely, but I would stay someplace else. Sorry…..not sorry.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway in Galena! Ryan prepared us well for our stay. The venue was clean and had all the comforts of home. The property is about 15 minutes from Galena, so if you plan to go to town prepare accordingly. I recommend this property. It was perfect for a women’s weekend of shopping and hanging out!

The townhouse was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located. We had access to the Eagle Ridge resort, spa, and pool. Our host communicated effectively with us. Our only difficulty was in accessing the unit, in that, we (3 of us) found the key box difficult to access.

Nice walking trails around property. About 15 min ride into downtown galena.

It was the perfect spot for our needs, very clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Property Owners building was amazing, but we got there five minutes before it closed at 8:00 pm. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our time together ! Reconnected with family from Texas. I wish that I would have spent more time finding a place that I could drive up to.

Very nice place to stay. My dog likes looking out the windows and going for walks. She also liked the deck.
