We absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for our family. There were 6 of us, 4 adults, a teenager and a toddler. There was plenty of space, well stocked, and the location was exactly what we wanted.
Sarah was an excellent communicator and helped so much as we were nervous about the hurricane/tropical storm.
Plenty of boogie boards, beach toys, towels & chairs. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. About a 10 minute walk from all the restaurants (some were closer) and just a short walk to the beach which made it super convenient for everyone's needs.
Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for hosting a perfect spot for new family memories!

The location is prime! A short easy walk to beach. This house has many conveniences and was very clean. Stocked really well. We had a grocery delivery service Well Stocked NC (wellstockednc.com) stock the fridge prior to our arrival which was amazing!!
Our first two nights we did not have upstairs neighbors which was nice. Our last evening there we had upstairs neighbors. They used the garage as their “door” and therefore frequently we were hearing the very loud garage door below the house opening and closing often. Can also very easily hear the renters upstairs as there is a shared (locked) staircase. That was not ideal with kids sleeping.
The washer also cannot be run if you have kids sleeping. It’s extremely loud.
The twin bed setup was perfect. We fit two pack and plays for kids under 3 in that twin room. And the other rooms were very spacious.
Hand soap and 1 towel per person provided. Be sure to bring your own body soap and extra bath towels if needed. Also, bring extra trash bags and a bag of ice.
Baby gate provided which was amazing because the staircase inside needed it with little kids. Note: No high chair or booster seat.
Porch was great for evening hangs listening to the ocean!

Property was great location and clean. Parking says 3, you need to open garage and pull in to garage 1 1/2 cars. Garage door for other unit is very loud, they should unhook.

Had a lovely quick trip with my daughters & a few girlfriends. We enjoyed the quick walk/location to the beach & awesome deck with rocking chairs… just perfect for morning coffee and afternoon reading. We walked to most restaurants and coffee shops. All around great property & location.

The condo was very nice and updated and clean. The location was just a few short steps to the beach being on an access street. The porch was amazing. The only complaint we had was being able to hear the people in the upstairs unit like they were in ours. It was very loud and we could hear all conversations and any time anyone moved.

My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing week at Wrightsville. The house was so comfortable and very close to the beach. It was perfect to have my son and a couple of other friends rotate in and out for a night or two. The outdoor shower (a priority for me) was spacious and set back off the street. Umbrellas are available in the garage. We would definitely rent here again!

4 day, 3 night stay for aunt's 90th bday. Wonderful access to the beach. Outdoor shower. Provided beach towels. Perfect size for 5 but will sleep 6. Large enough to host our 13 cousins and spouses for a pizza and beer one evening. Great wrap around porch with rocking chairs. Overall perfect for our short stay!

The property was clean, comfortable, and a short walk from the beach. Updated kitchen appliances and counter space made it easy to eat-in as-needed. Coffee on the porch in the morning and cocktails on the porch in the evening while listening to the waves is exactly what I wanted.

This property is in a great location, just steps from the beach. The wraparound porch was a fantastic place to hang out and socialize, read and enjoy the ocean breeze. The kitchen is super-modern and had everything we needed. The couch is so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Sarah's place in Wrightsville beach! The common/shared spaces were beautiful and spacious, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for five of us and of course the closeness to the beach couldn't be beat. Would love to stay again.

We came for our cousin’s wedding - booked this unit and the upper (this rental is just one floor of the house). Between the two we had plenty of space for lots of family to all stay together. The noise from upstairs is pretty noticeable - especially with kids running around, so just be aware if you’re not booking both, it may be noisy depending on who stays up top.

We rented this condo for our son’s graduation. It was so clean and the beds are so comfortable! Both bathrooms are really big . It was a perfect location to UNCW, restaurants , grocery and anything you need ! We sat outside most of our visit In the rocking chairs on the porch! The beach is steps away and the beautiful sunrise/ sunsets call you from your rocker for just a bit! The private street is so nice and quiet. It has all the amenities you would ever need . 4/5 stars overall because it is a duplex and I was certainly aware… but this is the lower level property & you can literally hear everything from top level renters. There were several young children with adults renting the above area and you could hear running, jumping and screaming starting at 0600 am each morning. Not the end of the world for sure and I had seen at least one review of the property stating the same. I went for it hoping for the best and we did have a great stay. But there is absolutely no buffer for noise. You can hear full conversations clearly.

The house was just as presented - a few steps from the beach and walkable to restaurants in Wrightsville Beach. The three bedroom set-up worked well for my wife and I and our two adult kids. Sara, our host, was very helpful although we didn't much assistance.

This nice little home is just a short walk from the beach but tucked away on a small road so it still feels quiet. It's far enough from the large public beach access that the crowds were not heavy, even on a summer weekend with good weather. The home has a very good 3 bed - 2 bath layout that easily accommodated 6 people. Sarah was very communicative about the process and the place and quickly helped work through an issue when it did come up. Would gladly stay here again.

We rented this beach house for a last chance for the kids to hit the beach before summer was over. This condo was located on a great street with plenty of driveway to park three cars and paid parking on the street for any guests that visited. The beach access was super close with no stairs to climb over the dunes. We enjoyed walking the beach to the coffee shop as we awaited the sun to rise. The extra chairs, outdoor shower and water hose made the beach a lot more enjoyable with the kids. We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Home is very close to the beach and within walking/biking distance to shops and restaurants. Home is clean, updated, kitchen well stocked with utensils, and plenty of room for a family of 6. Check in and out was very easy and owner was quick to respond to all our questions. We loved the large wrap around porch and rocking chairs. Would stay there again.

The beach house was well furnished and equipped, and the location cannot be beat. Just a few lots behind the beach and close to everything we needed at Wrightsville Beach. We were in town for a long weekend for a wedding, and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back and recommend. Thanks to Sarah for allowing us to check in early, that really made it so easy for us to get settled with a little one before the festivities began.

3 generations stayed here for my daughters graduation from UNCW. Easy access to campus and the ease of beach access!! This is a well equipped home that comfortably hosted the 5 of us!!! It’s roomy and allows for friend and family to visit and stay comfortably

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was in a perfect location and there was plenty of room for my family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture in the living room was also very nice. When we were not on the beach we enjoyed sitting outside on the porch reading and taking in the salt air!

This property is so close to the beach, even off season it is special. We used the bikes and really toured the beautiful area.
The home is open and bright with the kitchen and pantry well stocked. I did clean a bit before we used the kitchen, may have been end of season roughness but the fee charged for cleaning should have ensured clean drawers and dishes.
