Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 12th year spending the winter on HIlton Head Island dogging the snow in northern Michigan. As always, the Seashore staff made our stay painless. The are extremely helpful and responsive to every aspect. Sea Crest 2110 is ideally located on the ocean directly cross the street from Coligny Plaza and all the shops, restaurants and entertainment. Also on the property is the world famous Pool Bar Jim’s beachfront bar. The unit is well maintained, up to date and well equipped.

Sea crest villas are our go to spot to stay when traveling to Hilton Head Island. This was our first time using seashore vacations. I would recommend mailing or emailing codes as having to stop at the office was a bit inconvenient for my family as we were getting there after hours. The room was not up to our standards in cleanliness. I have a change over cleaning business at home and I would have never left a place I cleaned in this condition. Bed coverings had blood stains on them had to call to get new ones but couldnt reach anyone til Monday and we checked in on Saturday. Once I got someone they brought new blankets right away. Other than that our stay was great. The room is at a very convenient location to all the amenities offered at the condo complex. The vayk gear provided was very convenient as well. Very thankful to not have to pack beach chairs or bikes for the trip. All in all our stay was nice! The kitchen even had a crockpot that we used for dinners.

The location cannot be beat... it's an easy walk to numerous restaurants and shops. And Pool Bar Jim's onsite was nice for beach eats and drinks.

This condo is right on the beach and across the street from Coligny plaza - so easy to get to everything! The unit itself is well divided offering plenty of space.

I love staying here but the unit we stayed in this time was not up to standards we are used to when staying at Seacrest.The bathrooms need to be updated, half of the plugs don’t work and the door stops are coming off.

Each time we had to reach out communication on our own to find out what was going on with the repair. We were offered no apology, no compensation for the mishap. Things go wrong that’s understandable, but how they’re handled is what matters. The unit also needed several appliance/shower upgrades. They were very dated. Most of the outlets only had 1 working plug which was difficult when trying to charge multiple things at night. The resort itself was great and would stay there again, just not in this unit.

No light to read by except dining room or kitchen overheads. Kitchen was lacking in smaller glasses, the cookie sheet was too dirty to use, no spatula at all, stove small burners were crooked. The place was clean and is in a great location. Would highly recommend -its resort like with easy beach access and two beautiful pools. Also had access to beach chairs and bike rentals. There’s books and magazines if you like to read. Plenty of options on the tv. Only a couple minutes from the room to the pool area. My only complaint is that when we arrived, the shower off the king room was not clean. There was hair on the wall of the shower and there is mold all along the cracks & crevices.

This is a great property, clean, all the things you need for a super vacation. The condo has all the needs for cooking and you are RIGHT in the middle of everything.

This rental needs a lot of maintenance and basic upkeep done. It was dirty and things were shoved everywhere in closets and cabinets. Only one kitchen dish towel and wash cloth. Washer and dryer sounded like they were falling apart when running. It to almost 3 hours to get load of towels dry. Small refrigerator whistled while running. Dust was accumulated on all vents and ceiling fans.

Super convenient being able to walk to the pool, beach, grocery store, shops, restaurants etc. The only complaint we had was the condo itself does need a bit of sprucing up. It is a bit dated which is fine however, the bath mats in both bathrooms were quite worn and even stained. The rug in the entry way was also very worn out and curled up where we would trip over the corner when walking in. It would cost very little to have clean updated throw rugs throughout and it would definitely improve the appearance/experience. The kitchen only had one towel and one wash cloth and ZERO pot holders. We make several meals for breakfast and lunch in the condo so it would have been nice to have more than one towel and pot holders... we cooked pizzas and had to use the towel as a pot holder. And like the rugs, the towel and dish cloth were super worn out. There were several throw pillows in the condo, some on couches and some in closets. All of these were stained and or damaged in some way (small holes etc). Again, updated pillows without holes or stains would go a long way to make things feel clean and look nice. We were in need of an extra blanket for one of our children, there are ZERO extra blankets or sheets in the condo at all. We ended up using a beach blanket that we brought. There are not even blankets on the beds, just a sheet and comforter... and most people do NOT want to use the comforter on the beds of a rental. If one of our children would have had an accident or a spill of some sort, we would have been out of luck to offer a new clean sheet/blanket. While I do realize there is a washer and dryer in the condo (which I love and we definitely used!)... this is not helpful when you need an extra blanket or sheet in the middle of the night. The condo overall was pretty clean but there were spots of black mold in the corners of the shower and the floors along the baseboards in the bathroom could use a good s

We stay here every year because of the great location and great property. The check in is so easy and the property is very clean and laid out perfectly!

We love Hilton Head and this property fit everyone’s needs. Beach. pool, shopping, daiquiri’s… we had it all right there. We will be back!

The condo could use some updating. Much of the decor and appliances/bathrooms need to be updated. Location is great and condo was ok overall, just not as updated as some of the others we've stayed at in the same property.

They replaced both mattresses in the guest room with new mattresses while we were there but not for the master bedroom. But overall it was a really good place to stay.

The condo was spread out enough that we weren’t on top of each other the whole time. The location is fantastic, as we took nightly walks through Coligny Plaza and let our 3 year old play on the “Pirate Playground.” We did t spend much time on the beach, it was very hot while we were there. Would love to return in cooler months to allow our kids more playtime at the beach!

When I contacted the rental company about it, they came out right away. The also kept us in the loop regarding repairs which was so nice to have that line of communication. They even gave us a partial refund due to the inconvenience. (I didn’t ask for one as it wasn’t their fault but they were respectful and provided one due to the unit not being as it should be). I would definitely rent this Villa and through this company again. Both are amazing!
