Had a great weekend at Yamhill Flats. The location was perfect and walking to all downtown restaurants. The bed was so comfortable. Great homey feeling which was nice after a long travel.

Lovely rehab and decor. The welcome basket was perfect. Need grab bar in shower and the conditioner dispenser was clogged. The entry to the building and the very steep stairs were difficult.

This was my 2nd time staying at Yamhill Flats and it was the perfect home away from home. Communication with property managers was prompt and the welcome bottle gift (bottle of wine, coffee and popcorn) was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices and tinfoil so preparing meals was effortless. Very comfortable bed and tidy/clean bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I decided to head to wine country at the last minute to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary a couple weeks early. We found Yamhill Flats and it was delightful. Nice downtown location making it easy to walk to dinner, easy access to lots of wineries. Room was clean and charming. Bed was comfortable. I was a little stressed about not getting the door code until the last minute but everything worked out like a charm. It was a great little get-away. They even left us a sweet note and treats to celebrate our anniversary.

We usually Stay in the country when we go to Newberg. Staying in downtown was a refreshing change. Convenient to a lot of food and bar options. It was a nice alternative for our usual trip.

The unit itself was well appointed and was very comfortable for a small space. It was perfect for our needs. We did not like the common areas which seemed like low income housing.

Close to many wineries. Very beautiful wineries in Dundee and Newberg. Excellent wines. Studio apartment very comfortable and decorated well. Very thoughtful additions of teapot, coffee and bottle of wine waiting. Challenge filling out renters agreement. Did not like limited street parking. Steep stairs to enter second floor was not enjoyable with an impaired knee

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. The location in Newberg was amazing- we could walk to all sorts of restaurants and coffee shops. The place was clean and cozy. They included special touches like coffee and a bottle of wine. It was just a wonderful place to stay and we would highly recommend it!

This unit is definitely an efficiency... which had everything we needed. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a lot of countertop space. The bathroom is small without much counter space, but all we needed. During our stay in Newberg it was 103 DEGREES!!! The unit's heating and cooling unit worked like a champ!!! We kept it at 75 degrees with the ceiling fan on high, which kept us comfortable.
Yamhill Flats is steps away from great dining and shops.
The people of Newberg couldn't have been any friendlier and happily gave suggestions about local events, winery's, and tucked away restaurants that we should try.
It was an easy drive from the airport and parking was never a problem. The only thing that might be a concern for some travelers are the steep stairs to the unit.
We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

Great little spot in the center of wine country.
Although the space was a little bit smaller than I expected, it was perfectly comfortable space for two. The property managers provided every conceivable touch for a perfect stay. The towels were lush and generous, the kitchen was well equipped for simple meals, and the welcome kit of coffee, creamers, and a little wine was appreciated beyond words. I can only hope this space is available next time we visit the Valley, because I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Downtown location walk to shops, restaurants, wine tasting and public green space across the street to walk your fur buddy. We loved our cozy Studio with beautiful full kitchen & bath.

It was perfect for a wine country trip. Walkable area. Street parking was easy. Plenty of seating. Only minor negative was that it takes a while for water to heat up in the bathroom, which wasn’t a major issue at all. I’d stay there again in a second!

This was the perfect location for our trip to wine country. The flat had everything we needed and more. Great coffee shops within walking distance. We didn't explore the dining options except for the thai place in the same building. It was one of the best we have ever had. If this property doesn't have everything you need, reach out to the owners. They have several places and they are amazing to work with. Also book your wine tours with Pinot Car!!!

Suite was clean, light and airy, & includes a tiny, but full kitchen.
Location is right downtown, within walking distance to food, coffee, shopping, groceries, etc.
There is traffic noise at times. Earplugs were provided, but not needed, as the noise seemed to die down later in the evening.
Street parking meant parking under trees.
No elevator, one flight of stairs every time you come & go.
Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

This was such a better experience than any hotel I’ve stayed at the multiple times I’ve been in the area. The staff was easy to get ahold of and very helpful! The apartment was perfect for just me. It was a safe and central location. I will definitely be staying here again soon!

Visit with the kids and new granddaughter
We had a lovely visit in Newberg over the Thanksgiving week to socially distant visits with our kids and new granddaughter. Newberg was the perfect get away and even a few shops were open so we could give back during this shut down. Will see you again when the wine shops open back up.

New Arrival, New Favorite!
My sister gave birth to my latest and greatest nephew a few weeks early; so an unplanned, unbudgeted trip was necessary. Yamhill Flats was an unexpected surprise in the area that allowed my husband and I to feel at home and maintain my sister's sanity after things changed so drastically. We appreciated all the small touches that made it feel like home and we are already planning our next trip into town where we can get down to the nitty gritty of the town. I have absolutely no complaints and will continue to stay here whenever I'm in the area!

Perfect for me!
I love nearby, but was having work done on my house and needed a place to enjoy for a few days while still being close to both home and work. I would highly recommend this lovely spot to my friends who want to enjoy a wine country weekend and not have to worry about getting back to Portland after wine tasting.
The owners are really lovely and the apartment is nearly perfect. Great spot if you have a pup!
