Easy check in, beautiful updates. Golf cart is a wonderful addition to this place! The outside area is so nice to enjoy time outside when back up at the condo. Beach is private and peaceful. Kiddos enjoyed picking up rocks and sea glass. This is our 2nd year staying and we will be back again next year!

This condo was small but really just perfect for us. They had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. The golf cart was great to get down to the beach. I did walk the hill for exercise. We met some neighbors who.were super nice. My teens took advantage of the wifi. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I cant say enough about the private beach. TLake Michigan will forever be my happy place.

Don’t sleep on the Great Lakes or this property. Quiet, clean, perfect for a family of 4. We had a great time at this vacation house and would recommend it highly!

Me and my family had a wonderful time at Julie and Russ beach house. The private beach was beautiful and the kids enjoyed the pool a lot. We hope to come back next year.

This beautiful beach condo is so wonderful, close to anything you need or want. Gorgeous private beach. Sunsets, swimming or just relaxing. We was there during the week of the 4th of July but still had no crowds and lots of peacefulness. A nice quiet area. Worked great for our disabled son. Definitely felt like a home away from home. Russ and Julie are great and truly want you to have a great vacation. Was sad to go home...We'll be back to this beautiful place.

This property was in a perfect location if you are looking for a private Get-Away feel. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible with the golf cart provided with the rental. The lake water was clear and fun to swim in, even with younger kids. The water was a bit chilly, but to be expected for this time of year. The only negative we experienced was that the pool was closed during our entire stay due to a maintenance issue. This was a huge disappointment to our kids, but we do realize it is not this property owners fault, but an HOA issue for not having notified the owners appropriately. We notified the owners and they responded immediately to us.
Otherwise, the condo was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and spices, the living room was comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great bonus to be able to use the laundry while there as well. This location is only 10-15 minutes from larger towns so there is plenty to do if you want, but the private beach feel is unmatched. It is truly a gem and we would 100% stay here again.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. We didn't cook in so we really didn't use the kitchen other than to make coffee. It was rainy and cool while we were there, so we weren't able to use the deck or walk on the beach. We were a bit disappointed that there was not a lake view from our deck. The listing said "lake front." The building is lakefront, but our apartment was in the back side of the building, so there was no lake view unless we walked around the building to the lake side. If we would ever choose to rent this property again, we would request an apartment on the actual lake front side of the building.

We had a wonderful time relaxing and unplugging for the week. Thank you so much to Russ and his wife for always helping with a question before our stay, etc, they were both extremely professional and responsive. I hope to stay again in the upcoming years!!!

This property is a little bit of heaven on earth. From the relaxing wooded area around the condo, to the beautiful private beach down below. Our favorite place to get away.

Very spacious, clean and convenient place to stay! We enjoyed the porch and loved the cute living space. It worked well for our family of 6. We have kiddos 6 and under and it worked well for us. The laundry room was wonderful! We used it every day! Kitchen was fully stocked and had all we needed. Loved that this condo had a bath tub and shower combo to give our kiddos a bath after a day at the beach! Golf cart is an absolute gem to have, especially going up and down the hill to the beach. Overall, excellent stay and will be back 😊

Property is updated and very clean. It looks just as it does in pictures. Private beach is amazing and such a nice extra that you don't get for most rentals. Adults and kids had a great time - will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful beach location! The view from the condo bluff was breathtaking for sunsets, the private beach was exactly what my family of 6 was looking for! The condo it’s self was clean and good size. The beds we’re comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked. It had everything we needed, especially appreciated the washer and dryer and the golf cart which made getting to and from the beach a breeze! The pool was warm and bigger then the pictures! We are already hoping to come back next year!

3rd time staying at this condo. We stayed at a different one last year with friends. This is by far much nicer. New couch is nice and fits the living room. Golf cart is a must!

My family of 5 had the best week here! I was worried it would be too small for my husband and I and our 3 kids ranging from 2-9 but with the open concept and amount of outside space with the deck it never felt cramped. Amazing location, fully stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated. Would love to stay here again next summer!

The property was exactly as pictured , well supplied with everything you would need and very clean. The beds were so comfortable, slept wonderful! With short distance to the other little towns to shops and site see.

We loved the villa and it worked wonderful for our disabled son just like Russ said it would. Had my daughter, husband and grandkids over for cookouts and swimming at the beach. Plenty of room for all of us on the deck and such easy access to the beach and the pool. The golf cart made it especially easy for our son. The beach being private made it so tranquil and the area was quiet and relaxing. Thank you for a beautiful, peaceful place for our family vacation our. Hoping to come back for the 4th of July next year.

This was our first official family vacation with just our 2 kiddos - 5 and 2.5. Russ and Juli created such a warm and clean environment that gives access to a private beach and a heated pool. It was simply perfect. they thought of all the comforts you may desire from a hammock to hang between the front 2 trees to an automatic light switch when you walk into the private laundry area. Russ came all the way from chicago to fix the door lock. And easy drives to the surrounding beach towns is a great way to break up the water days! Thank you Russ and Juli.

I can't say enough good about this property and the experience we had visiting the area. The place is so cute and very well-appointed with everything we needed for a fun family vacation. Access to the beautiful private beach was such a treat, and a pool option for the kids was perfect. Communications with Russ was great and when we arrived, the condo was spotless and ready to welcome us. We took full advantage of all the great amenities and the convenient location to Coloma and St. Joe's. Definitely will be back with the family or maybe a girl's trip!!

Had a great time. Unit was spotlessly clean and cozy. Great beach and basically had it all to ourselves. Convenient to St. Joe and South Haven. Kitchen was well stocked and having use of the golf cart was very handy.

We had a great time at the lake. Condo was very well stocked. It had everything we needed to cook and serve our food. Very clean. Everything was in good repair. We were very comfortable during our stay. We had a little trouble with the golf cart but that could have been us because we are not used to driving motorized golf carts. It had way more power than we expected. The lake and the bluff were great. The heated pool was an extra bonus. Whenever we contacted Russ, he responded very quickly, usually within 5 minutes. He was on top of everything. All in all, a great place to stay when looking for a Lake Michigan beach house.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was great. There is a very private beach with NO stairs which was a plus. Just a short golf cart ride down the hill. This spot is a very short drive to St.Joseph area and not too far from South Haven which we also visited. This location was in the middle of both popular towns. The condo was comfortable. The beds were very nice. We all slept so good. The one and only con was the shower head. It was hard to get all the sand off with the way the head sprayed the low pressure. The shower curtain was orange at the bottom with mold also. Other than that the place was clean. The washer and dryer was so nice to have too. The owner was great to work with and was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend this spot! Such wonderful memories made with my family :) thank you for sharing your home.

The owners really have thought of all the extra touches. The interior of the home was really nice and comfortable. The kitchen was beyond well stocked! Everything is so nice! The golf cart was awesome. The private beach was terrific! We had a great time!

We had a fantastic time at this condo. It's a great spot with a paved path down to the beach. Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our time. Russ was a great communicator through the VRBO app. The small neighborhood was quiet and the community pool was a great add-on! We would definitely come rent again.

The house and location were absolutely amazing! The house was picture perfect, but the private beach and golf cart were the highlight. Russ got back to me really quick with any questions I asked. We will definitely be going back!

Property was clean, amenities were substantial, and the beds were terrific; enjoyed the small things, too - Keurig, wifi, light-dimming switches, push-button garbage disposal, etc.
Golf cart is a terrific addition to the rental, and definitely appreciated, and the laundry room is a great touch.
(Private) Beach was beautiful, as always. Not sure anything can beat The Lake and its personalities.
(*word of advice to future renters - the trek to the beach is steep, so be prepared. Nothing wrong w/elevating that heart rate, but you’ll work for it on the way up!)

Beautiful villa
Lots of pros about this property. It’s gorgeous and very clean. Everything is very modern, the beds are very comfortable and it has on site laundry that is very convenient. It comes with a gas powered golf cart which we found necessary for the path down to the beach. Location is great as it’s very secluded and private. Our kids could play outside without us being worried and the neighbors we encountered were few but very friendly.
Our only complaint is that the heated pool was not in service. Obviously, the owner has no control over this and when we requested some money back for the inconvenience it was granted. It was just disappointing as we knew the lake would be cold this time of year and our three little ones ( 3,5,7) were devastated when they were in their suits ready to swim and were told they could not. The pool manager told us he rarely opens it that early so just take heed if you’re planning a trip early in the summer. Communication regarding this manager was slow so we really didn’t know what was going on.
