We loved staying there. Close to everything and had all the comforts of home.

The set up of the house was perfect for our family. It was too bad the power outages had to be so frequent but at least the side of the house with the children had power most of the time. The listing states walking distance to beach which is true but it does not mention that it is a very steep hill you have to walk to get to and back from the beach. The pool was perfect for our 3 yr old. The shallow end was just right for him.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The location and the view are wonderful, and the owner was incredibly responsive and communicative. The furniture has deteriorated rapidly since our last visit 2 years ago, and the great rooms are no longer air conditioned. It was a little too warm inside on several days, but we were able to stay comfortable in the courtyard. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

My family of 5 (with 3 kids) stayed in this gorgeous, comfortable, and clean property for a week. We had more than enough space for all of us. The views of the ocean and sunsets are spectacular. Having the pool was priceless. We would spend time relaxing at the pool in the morning and then venture out to the beach in the afternoon. Cane Bay was quiet, and we enjoyed The Landing restaurant for several meals as well as a nice dinner at nearby Ama at Cane Bay. We shopped at the big grocery by the airport and cooked many meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Any questions we had were quickly answered by management. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property.

Celebrating my 70th birthday with family. Surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious! The views are beautiful and the landscaping is lovely. The house has everything you need for cooking. Water toys, floats and beach chairs are available but could use a couple more chairs for a large group. We spent a lot of time at Cane Bay Beach and enjoyed breakfast from the food truck and some meals at The Landing. Check the special events calendar for beach activities. There was a lot going on all week.We enjoyed the pool and outside space which is well shaded after a day in the sun. A great place to stay in St. Croix!

This property was in an absolutely stunning location. Incredible view from every room. The pictures don’t do the view justice. The house is clean, well situated and you immediately feel like home. The only piece of constructive information I can provide is that the driveway up to the property is incredibly steep (not sure how easily we would’ve made it in our rental sedan if it had rained) and it is a bit of a drive to the nearest Grocery store. It may be less than 10 miles, however these are long and winding miles.

I rented this property for my 3 adult children, spouses and my 6 month old granddaughter (7 adults, 1 infant). The property is perfect for family. The 4 br/ba gave us our space and the two kitchens gave us plenty of storage for food and drinks. The view is OUTSTANDING! The host and property owner were very attentive and helpful. They even bought baby food, pack and play, toys and rocker for us. Made traveling with an infant a lot easier. I recommend renting an SUV to get up the steep hill although our rental van made it okay. Prior reviews about the food are spot on. Grocery store 15 mins away and well stocked. We had such a relaxing time with the pool, amazing views, and sunsets. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful location, endless amenities in the home and surrounding area. Very clean home and towels & linens. Plenty to do on site as well as down the hill at the beach. The pool is amazing. Lots of travel and adventure awaits if you choose to visit St Croix. Homeowner is so kind and easy to communicate with. Property manager is so helpful and speedy if the need arises. Plan to immerse yourself into the local culture. Adventure awaits.

Amazing property! The pictures on the website are accurate, but the views are even more incredible in person! A few hiccups with the water pump but Diane the property manager was very responsive. The island is very laid back and a comfortable vacation spot. We would like to rent this villa again. More than enough room for 6 people and the kitchen was well set up. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Breathtaking views, and so much room to spread out. We had 4 in our party and used 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, oils, etc., so you may want to wait to grocery shop to see what's already in the house. It was perfect - we spent a lot of time at the pool, and also ventured out to explore the island. Most places are a 20-30 minute drive away, but the food truck and The Landing are great options nearby. Great communication with the owner, who was very responsive to all questions/concerns. Gave some great advice for things to do and places to go. Would highly recommend this house for a memorable vacation!

Beautiful property in Cane Bay. Everything was just as advertised and actually, even better. Plenty of room and everything we needed for a week. Great suggestions for activities and dining. We cooked a few meals at home and the kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again

Great views and luxury stay

This is my first time using Vrbo, and the owners were great - responsive, attentive, and they thought ahead to make sure our stay was amazing. The home itself is beautiful - the views are worth the drive up the hill, which is a little rough (SUVs highly recommended), but that's nothing to be concerned about. It's larger than we needed with only 3 people, but having the extra space and privacy was such a bonus! The home is well laid out and clean, and there's plenty of great outdoor space. Bad weather had a chance of coming through and the helpful Diane stopped by with everything we could have ever needed. We had an amazing time!

Over all stay was great and the villa along with the views is just beautiful. Location is 3 minutes to Cane Bay which has great beaches and of course the Landing Beach Bar and Restaurant. Food truck in the am at Cane Bay offers fantastic breakfast. A few issues with the property included the upstairs bathroom did not have warm/hot water for the shower. The only air conditioning is in the bedrooms, not in the large family room and there are ants and tiny ants (Pharaoh Ants) in the kitchen. We had to buy toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels along with laundry soap and dishwasher soap - wasn't expecting that and shopping on the island can be rather expensive. Furniture is a little old and worn and there is no local TV for news and info - there is wifi along with Netflix and YouTube along with other apps though. Aside from these several issues, this is a great property to relax by the pool and take in the views, sun rise and sun set.

We went to St Criox to celebrate my 50th bday with family...it was 3 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. If you are looking for rest and relaxation this is definitely top tier...not only is the house clean and beautiful but the views of the sunset are amazing and completely leave you speechless. I can not say enough about the owner (Jessie) and the entire Sunbreeze team. They went above and beyond to make this celebration special for me. Their attention to detail was outstanding and their communication was top notch. I highly recommend this villa...you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I celebrated both of our birthdays at the villa last week. The property was quiet, well equipped, and the views are breathtaking! I don't think I've ever been anywhere that has such views. It is exactly like the pictures! The villa is located near a few great restaurants and beach bars. Great communication from the host. Highly recommend!

Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing villa overlooking Cane Bay. The villa had everything we needed and then some. We had amazing ocean views from the pool and from every room in the house! The hosts were very helpful and gave us lots of information prior to arrival. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again in the future!

This location is absolutely gorgeous. Our family enjoyed the incredible view, tropical breezes, sounds of birds and waves, relaxing pool and the short distance to the beach. The house had everything we needed and was within driving distance of all our excursions. Romeo and Diane were gracious and very helpful. Very glad to have the owner Jesse’s recommendations for activities. Our family snorkeled at Buck Island, did the bioluminescent kayak tour, and horseback riding in the rainforest. We also saw Point Udall and Jack and Isaac’s Bay. Restaurants AMA and the Landing were so close, and the food truck too. The Market grocery store was about 15 minutes away and we were able to eat at home too. Thank you so much for this amazing stay. It was a vacation our family will treasure. Everything was well cared for and we felt very safe.

First time visiting this island and we chose this villa. Location was split between Frederiksted and Christiansted. High up with beach views was nice. Appreciated the gated residence protection for privacy. Pool was great as well. Plenty of space for our group. Would stay again!

Perfect for our large family of 7. Fantastic views. Virtually everything you need for a week-long stay in St. Croix. Great communications and help both before and during the stay. Will definitely be back next year!

The property is gorgeous and the view is indescribable! Us and another couple rented both sides and had a great ten days. The north shore is very laid back and peaceful, but still close to everything you need. Highly recommend Leatherback Landing and the yellow food truck for great eats. The internet went out while we were there, which was no fault of the property owners, but they were quick to respond to let us know what was going on. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property in the perfect location for us. The pictures on the website are accurate and the view is amazing. The master bedroom king size bed is so comfortable! The family got everything that wanted, a place to relax in peace and quiet. Spend evenings together with drinks and dinner. All while being close to everything on the island. We did the full range from the tidal pools, to point Udall and everything in between. Thank you to the staff for a comfortable and relaxing stress free vacation.

We stayed at Sunbreeze Villa from October 15th to November 12th 2022. From the moment we drove through the gates, we knew this would be something special. The villa is gorgeous with all the amenities you would need and more. The view is so amazing - if I had a complaint it would be that the sunrises were so gorgeous that I couldn’t sleep past six am in fear of missing one! The proximity to the beach, bars/restaurants is ideal. We frequented The Landing so often, the staff knew us by name. We have been to many islands, but St. Croix is special and this villa is ideal. The staff was so helpful especially the first week when I had so many questions and requests. Responses were immediate and thoughtful. We will be back to St. Croix and I can’t imagine staying anywhere but here.

The view at this property is amazing. The morning view is one to remember! The property is very spacious and easy to entertain family and or friends. The property manager was very responsive. It easily accommodated our “Cousins Couple Retreat” of 4 couples. I highly recommend!

As a frequent visitor to St. Croix, I decided to book a north shore villa this time due the eclectic northside atmosphere...restaurants, Cane Bay Beach, outdoor concerts, and relative proximity to everything. Oh, and most importantly, the awesome ocean and islands views. As soon as I stumbled across this villa, I knew the location was perfect. An easy, straight forward 20 min drive from the airport. Upon arriving with my children, we were greeted by Romeo. We likely ignored the first 5 min of the property tour as we were fixated on the view from 200 feet above the shoreline and the lush landscape. You can clearly see Cane Bay and even Buck Island to the east. The villa was very clean and well stocked with towels for the shower AND beach, beach toys and accessories, and even a complimentary bottle of wine. The villa is located within a gated community, with an additional gate of its own (not that safety is a concern). The villa has ALLthe amenities of home: washer/dryer, dishes, A/C....and even an area to wash your sandy flip flops after returning from the beach. The villa has a nice sized pool with nighttime lights. At night, we relaxed on the patio and listen to the ocean waves crash against the shore and in the morning, you can watch the sunrise to the east, and then the sunset to the west in the evening. This villa truly has unobstructed 180 degrees northside views! Did I mention the BREEZE? Yes, due to the elevation, you will enjoy a constant breeze while on the patio and may even fall asleep in the oversized hammock. The kitchen was well appointed and clean; although in all honesty, ?i did not use it due to the numerous restaurants/bars only 3-5 away: The Landing, Off the Wall, and the Carambola Resort restaurant. The villa is also near some of the best activities on St. Croix: the Carambola Zip Line excursion is only 8 min away, the trail head to the Annaly Bay Tide Pool is short 5 min drive, and the bio-luminescent bay night tour at Salt River is only a 10 min drive. It was super easy to contact the villa staff for any recommendations or questions. They were extremely responsive. I GUARANTEE you that you won't be disappointed at SUNBREEZE VILLA. It is a tropical paradise !!!

Everything from the well stocked villa, to the pristine pool, to the amazing ViEW, and the North Shore location was perfect. This was one of the best VRBO/vacation rentals we have ever had. The owner was very attentive and helpful. Definitely 5+ stars!

We loved our time at Sunbreeze Villa! We were two couples, and the layout of the villa could not have been more perfect for us. Each couple had a private wing with separate kitchens and living spaces. The pool and outdoor living space was even more gorgeous than the pictures. The view was amazing! (Be sure to take advantage of the sunset chairs!) The kitchens were well appointed with spices, pots and pans, dishes, and cooking equipment. There was also a very nice gas grill outside. We ate a lot of our meals at the house, and the kitchens had everything we needed. The bedrooms were cool, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Jessie also prepared a lovely welcome basket and note for our arrival that included coffee and a bottle of wine. Communication was easy, and all of our questions were answered quickly. The owner offered lots of information about things to do and places to eat in the area. (Don’t miss breakfast/brunch at the food truck!) It truly was a stay in paradise, and we are already planning our next visit. (*Note* If you are a smaller party, you may not have access to all of the house. We (2 couples) did not have access to the upstairs bedrooms or bathrooms during our stay. This was not a problem at all as the lower level (2 beautiful master suites, 2 master bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms…plus a half bath outside!) met all of our needs, but we were surprised to find this out upon arrival. So, just FYI.) The villa was perfect, and we can’t wait to return!
