We have stayed in several rentals in Brian Head and this was one of our best experiences. The view is amazing and allowed us to estimate the crowds at Giant Steps each day. The condo was cozy and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the unit had many extras as well. We appreciated the family oriented games, internet access, instant fireplace ambiance and our first time having access to a private garage which made out stay so much more convenient. Take note of the loft/room design and if you think it will work for your stay this is a wonderful VRBO opportunity.

Great location at the base of mountain. Condo was clean and well furnished. The two bedrooms are loft style, and they share a bathroom. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the three cousins. Would stay here again!

The location was great! Right across from Giant Steps so that was convenient. The condo was very clean and the bunk room was great for the kids (however it was always freezing in that room even when we turned up the heat). The upstairs/loft would get hot but the bunk rooms stayed chilly. We had another family that stayed with us but this isn’t exactly a 3 bedroom place. The “master” bedroom is actually part of the loft so it’s a loft split into “master” and the loft bedroom. Also the master bath is a Jack and Jill with the loft bedroom. Brad was great and answered all of our questions right away. We would stay here again. Just keep in mind that if you want privacy it’s only the bunk bedroom that’s an actual room.

This rental was all that we hoped for and needed for our family's Christmas break.

Our stay was gifted fresh powder almost every day so the entire mountain was accessible. Our condo was conveniently walking distance from lifts. Everything was just as described. Prefect layout and comfortable amenities. We will definitely love to stay here again on future BH visits.

The townhome was very clean and beds were comfortable! The location was outstanding and communication between host and guest was great!

This was a great family getaway for us. Had all the amenities anyone could ask for besides an outdoor hot tub. The soaker tubs in the bathrooms were super nice! There’s just nothing like hot tubbing outside in the cold in the winter as well you know. Anyway we really enjoyed our cozy stay and would recommend it for sure!

This is a large, roomy condo with an incredible view of Giant Steps slopes! The ski lifts are across the street so it is easy to walk to the lodge (although it's too far to do it in ski boots).

Our stay here was amazing! It was my family and sisters family! Between the two of us we had a 13 month old and 4 month old! Brad was super nice and helpful the whole time! We hope to be back again soon!

This is the best location in Brian Head, located across the street from Giant Steps. The condo was very large, had lots of beds and space, and everything else you could think of…it was a great rental.

The property was as advertised and came with a perfect central location and awesome view. The property was very clean and well stocked. the beds were very comfortable and clean. We stayed there because of the number of rooms and beds, along with a full kitchen which worked out perfectly. It is a loft, so the upstairs rooms shared the upstairs bathroom with adjoining doors. Wifi was great so was the roku. Parking was great and right outside the property (our stay was in the summer so I wouldn't expect the parking to be there in the winter, which the owner states) there is a garage which is great but we did not have to use it. The view is perfect. It is a direct shot to the slopes and the HUGE window allows you to see it all. Great place and my family had nothing but positive things to say each time we walked in the door. I would rent this place in heart beat and will look for it in the future. Communication with the manger was clear and prompt. Thanks.

Ok, so believe it or not, this is my first review…ever! That’s how strongly I felt about both the good and the not so great (aka: totally not disclosed) parameters of this property… So first, let’s start with the good: FABULOUS: Views, views, views!! The building location and views are incredible, breathtaking and (almost) helped us forget what didn’t work with the property. In terms of location, being directly across from Giant Steps for our first visit to Brian Head was awesome, and this property totally delivered! NOT FABULOUS: this place is NOT a 3 bedroom at all, it’s a one bedroom plus loft that was made into 2 additional bedrooms. What that means: since the upstairs is a loft, neither of the “bedrooms” are enclosed and therefore kids could hear us and vice versa (who needs that?!?😜). It also means the master is open to the entire unit, aka can’t make coffee, use the microwave, turn on the TV or make a sound without waking up the entire unit. Also, there is no window covering on the East window, so at 6am every morning, the bright sun shines on the Master Bed…not cool at all, especially considering there’s zero air circulation upstairs, so we all cooked every night! Finally, the place was filthy —hairs on the sheets, comforters and bathroom floor, stains on the couch, popcorn kernels under the chairs, and dishwasher left full so we arrived from a 10hr trip to unload dishes…not cool! In fairness, when I advised Brad of the condition of the condo, he did refund our cleaning fee…a minimum in my mind. Overall, awesome location, but the condo was ultimately the downside of our stay. I would unfortunately not consider booking this unit again…

We had a wonderful time in this place. Big, beautiful picture window to watch the snow fall...and it fell! We got at least 12" while we were there and skied 3 days out of the week. Our 3 teenage boys loved to play right out front of the condo for hours in the snow...and then were occupied in the game room the rest of the day, which allowed my husband and I time to relax. We ate in the whole time we were there in the well equipped kitchen. The family room had a large couch and recliner that was just big enough for my family of 4 "mostly" grown men and myself to stretch out on. The condo is beautiful and very relaxing.The one thing I will say is if you are a finicky sleeper, bring your own pillows from home. The pillows supplied are not "down or feathers." Also, even though the temperatures were below freezing, the air upstairs doesn't circulate very well and it got somewhat hot but we were able to open the sliding glass door which solved the problem!Overall, we would rent here again, it was a great vacation!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. It was also well stocked with bathroom items. The owner was very personable and easy to contact. A short walk across the street to the resort. We loved this property and we will definitely stay here again.

We love staying here. We picked a great weekend full of snow. The ease of going back for lunch from the slopes was so nice. It was very welcoming and safe.

This property was exactly as described. Our oldest goes to college in Cedar City so we decided to try and have a winter family getaway at Brian Head. The location is perfect as we were close to everything. We had a family of 6 and we had more than enough room! The kitchen had everything we needed! The place was very clean, perfectly decorated and exactly what we were looking for. The best part.....the view. Oh the view! We are suckers for a great view! We spent most of our time at the property sitting in front of the huge windows (with coffee or wine) and watching the world go by at Giant Steps. We moved the breakfast bar stools over to the window and they were a perfect fit, along with a couple coasters for our glasses/mugs. The kids (teens) enjoyed the games. It was a perfect property for us Oregon coasters on our winter weekend getaway. Brad was very prompt to answer any questions. We hope to visit again! Thank you so much for sharing your place and for being an excellent host!

We had a great time! Property is right across the street from Giant Steps. Gorgeous view of the mountains. Condo had all we needed and was very spacious and clean! Would definitely one back here! And much appreciate the owner hosting us for a last minute stay.

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting brianhead. Beautiful views, walking distance to the resort, clean, spacious and a nice, well stocked kitchen. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Great property, very clean and large! Lots of space to spread out. Giant steps is right across the street and if you're not skiing you can actually watch your people from the living room as they ski! Great communication from owner. Beautiful, comfortable condo.
