Sullivan's Island Oceanfront Home with Pool
Esta es una hermosa casa frente al mar con excelentes vistas a la playa (¡en el frente al mar de Sullivan no siempre significa que en realidad se puede ver el océano debido a los árboles!). Tenemos fácil acceso a la playa (a unos 100 metros del agua) y estamos ubicados en una parte de la playa donde se puede nadar. ¡O puede quedarse en casa y nadar en nuestra nueva piscina! Tenemos una cocina gourmet abierta y espaciosa con vista al mar y toneladas de espacio en mostradores y gabinetes. El comedor, también con vista al mar, tiene una gran mesa con capacidad para 12 personas. Es una configuración perfecta para grupos o familias.
Hay grandes salas de estar en la planta principal y planta baja, ambas con televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD. Hay una sala de juegos para niños y futbolín para niños mayores y adultos.
Nuestro porche proyectado fuera de la sala de estar tiene vista al mar y es perfecto para comer al aire libre o descansar. También hay un porche privado, proyectado fuera del maestro con vista al mar y dos tumbonas. If you're not familiar with the low country, which we weren't, it's amazing! Flat, wide beaches. Very un-crowded, peaceful water (felt like a lake some days), and the ships leaving the port are incredible to watch! (Hence the property's apt name, Shipwatch!) Get the app that tells you where they are from and where they're going!
The house was the perfect amount of cozy and spacious, with plenty of room for all 12 of us (8 adults 4 kids), plus having local family over for dinner or to hang at the pool. The beach is essentially at your door, and the views from the property are serene.
Any minor issues or questions we had were addressed immediately by the host.
Apparently it is very rare to find vacation rentals on Sullivan's Island, so enjoy it while they still allow it, I suppose!

This home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. It was well stocked with every possible convenience. The pool was well used especially by our grandchildren. Sullivan’s Island beach was just lovely and almost deserted during weekdays. Lisa was very responsive to any questions and was a pleasure to meet. Highly recommended vacation home.

This property is absolutely impeccable! It is in a convenient location, but yet sits back off the road and is very private. The backyard and pool area and view of the beach and ocean are amazing. We loved our morning walks on the beach and it’s so nice to see, how well the home is. The floorplan and decor were also impeccable. Highly recommend this home to everybody. The owners were lovely to deal with and we will definitely be running this home again. We made a memorable Easter weekend as a family!

Hosted family for a long weekend celebration. House is in a great location, very clean, comfortable and probably the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever rented. Lisa (hostess) was extremely attentive and accommodating. We didn't have any issues but she checked-in several times. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great (mid-Feb) and we didn't use the pool but it's gorgeous. Everyone was happy with bedrooms and commented that the showers had great water pressure.

Better than we could have ever expected. We’ve rented on Sullivans and IOP several dozen times over 20 years and this is by far the best property and best experience of all! Location is the absolute best! Beds and linens were awesome and comfortable! Coming back soon for sure !

I came to visit Sullivan’s island with a group of girlfriends and the house was perfect for our stay. Big bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, and fantastic pool/entertaining area. Lisa was very responsive and a wonderful host, we’d love to come back again!

Our group of 6 stayed here for a long weekend and it was PERFECT! Tons of space, the most well stocked kitchen, and the combo of being beachfront with the pool meant everyone could get sun and relax on their own time and in their own way. Lisa communicated so we'll with us ahead of our stay, we didn't need anything while there. The house is very modern and updated with every amenity you could possibly want. We also adores Sullivan's Island and it's laid back vibe, with the ability to Uber downtown for more of a going out feel. I couldn't recommend this place more!

We were in town with our 3 grown children and their wives/partners for a family wedding at Boone Plantation. This was the perfect location and home for us. House was clean and perfectly appointed. Some never left Sullivans Island but was an easy Uber ride for those who wanted to venture to Charleston. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home with a walk out to the beach which we loved! We really enjoyed the pool even in November. The rooms were great and everyone had their own bathroom. The kitchen was spacious for the whole family. Would love to do it again.

Absolutely Perfect!
To celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, we wanted to be able to have the family together and relax at the beach. 1725 Atlantic was absolutely perfect! With ages ranging from 2 months to 74 years, everyone had a place and space. The playroom was a great hit with the 2 and 4 year old's. The pool was a wonderful respite from the beach. The location was spot on. We were able to walk to restaurants and also ice cream!

Absolutely beautiful home with amazing views. Very well stocked kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms and a delightful playroom for the kids. 8 College Friends got together for a long weekend for a 20 year reunion. It was the most comfortable beautiful home ever! Look forward to staying here again! Only recommendation is - umbrellas for outside. The sun was intense this weekend - which was awesome, but at least one I’m really by the pool would be helpful!

Fun in the. Sun at Sullivan's Island
The property was just as advertised - spacious, clean, oceanfront, plenty of dishes, and lots of fun things to do. We loved the pool and took full advantage of it. There are books, puzzles, a foosball table, games, beach chairs, etc. They also have a separate ice machine and a wine cooler! Location is in walking distance of the restaurants. I highly recommend this property!

A lovely large and homey beach house. The owners are very welcoming and always helpful. The accommodations are great, the kitchen well stocked with top of the line appliances. This is our family's choice and has been for a number of years. The owners continually make yearly improvements to an already perfect house. We all just love staying in this wonderful home!

We were pleasantly surprised when arriving and the house was nicer than what it appeared to be on the website. It was decorated beautifully and has a great open floor plan in the main area. The location was convenient and only a short walk to the downtown area. We had a fabulous time and look forward to our next trip.

One of the best VRBO properties we've ever rented. The house is beautiful -- everything new and immaculate -- and with a spectacular view of the ocean. The location is ideal, right next to a beach access path. The arrival/check-in process was a breeze, and the property manager was readily available via text and phone. If a large family or group of friends is looking for a place on Sullivan's Island, this is the place to rent. Perfect in every way.
