It was a perfect stay. Sitting on the back porch by the stream was so relaxing. The property owner was very nice and helped us immediately with the tv remote problem. Everything was extremely clean and we would return if we are in the area again. We were within easy driving distance of things to do and Beaver Lake was beautiful. Excellent host!

The outside is deceiving. Just open the door to a clean and relaxing home away from home. Simple decor and a comfortable bed. At the end of the day, you can relax on the deck, listening to the water babble by.

Easy to get to city of Asheville and Blue Ridge Parkway. We enjoyed our stay. Home small but nicely laid out. Good for a couple who is touring the area. Kitchen had simple supplies, but lacked certain items that would’ve been helpful. The door frame looked like it was broken into, also some upkeep that could be nice for others is to fix slow drain in bathtub/shower, couch had a few rips in the back of cushions. Overall it was a nice stay and fit our needs.

My spouse and I and our 2 dogs (service and non service with high anxiety) stayed here for a long weekend for a work conference. The location is in a small strip mall with a few businesses but is quaint, nice outdoor space, safe and close to downtown. We loved how close we were to most of our favorite Asheville spots! The space was impeccably clean which is a must and has been hard to find with other rentals we have stayed in so this was a relief. My high anxiety dog was comfortable which is also a plus. Even though it’s close to a road you cannot hear the traffic noises. We had an issue with the WiFi being slow, however the owner was super responsive, friendly, caring and fixed the issue. There is a cute walking trail and park nearby and parking for our rental was easy and plenty of space. Check in was easy as well. We are looking forward to staying here again on our next trip if the owner will have us again :)

The apartment was really nice. I enjoyed the stream beside the back deck. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. The location is on a fairly busy road, but we were never bothered by road noise. I will stay here again when we visit the Asheville area.

A beautiful apartment in a great location. We just wanted a weekend getaway and this was just perfect for us. Clean spacious apartment, loved the huge deck and the lovely stream running through the back yard. Highly recommended!

It was a good little room! Property was weird being in a strip mall but we had the whole place to ourselves most of there time! Loved the back deck and the creek! Host was great to work with! Perfect getaway and in a good location!

Better location, in my opinion, than being anywhere else. Far enough away that we can escape the hustle bustle, but close enough that we were about 12 minutes from most of the things we wanted to do. <10 minutes from SO MANY phenomenal restaurants. Internet is nearly absent, so don’t count too much on streaming movies, etc. Download your viewing pleasures before you come and then cast it to the tv. Insider advice… Managers SO quick to respond, and the place itself is beautiful and clean. We’ll be back.

We stayed here with our pup for a short weekend & it was perfect - exactly what we needed. The area was quiet, private, & convenient to Grove Inn. If we’re ever back in town, we’d definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a family wedding. We had other family staying in the unit next to us and it was nice to just chill and visit on the deck. The accommodations were clean and had the essential items that were needed for our long weekend. Also, the units are close to many stores in case you need something and also many restaurants.

The rental unit was very clean, large enough to be comfortable, very well appointed kitchen and the bedroom offers a nice king size bed.
The whole process, from booking to arrival was super easy, communication with the property owner were prompt and thorough. The keyless enter was a great option.
The unit is conveniently located and easily accessible to downtown Asheville and West Asheville and Weaverville. We found many local restaurants that offered delicious food.
We enjoyed the porch overlooking the babbling brook each evening. This is a great find.

We love staying here when we visit the area. Location is great, so many restaurants near by & close to Asheville. The unit is clean & well appointed. The private deck is so peaceful for a morning cup of coffee! We will definitely be back!

We already want to come back. Everything was perfect and very clean. Location was perfect. Within 10 minutes of everything. The creek in the back was lovely for sitting and relaxing on the porch. The gravestones were the cherry on top! Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we need. Owners have thought of everything. Surprisingly quiet as well. Love love love! 10/5 stars

This apartment was clean and updated. It was quiet and out of the way just a bit. Easy access to Asheville and Black Mountain. We felt we were missing kitchen towels and lights on nightstands for reading, otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice stay at Beaver Lake Lodge. The unit was just has it appeared online. Nice updates throughout and very clean. We really love the privacy And the nice big back deck overlooking the creek was absolutely wonderful!! We would definitely stay here again!

The first thing I noticed when I checked in was that the unit is much more spacious than the photos show. The unit is well-appointed with linens, towels and kitchen necessities. I was in the area mainly for hiking and this rental provided a great place to relax and unwind after a day of stomping around the mountains. The back deck over the creek was my favorite feature of the property and there’s even a charcoal grill provided for cooking out. The property manager was very attentive once I checked in, making sure that I had everything I needed. A nice, affordable place within easy driving distance to the attractions of Asheville. Overall it was a great stay and I will not hesitate to book this rental again.

We drove by twice before realizing that we had reached the Vrbo, it is in a business area. Inside was very clean, but out on the deck, birds are nesting right above the patio table and it was a mess. We did enjoy te deck next to the stream. The kitchen was great and had just what we needed for the meals we made there. Really appreciated the laundry.

Thank you so much for having us. After the rain moved out the weather was perfect to open the balcony doors and relax to the sounds of the creek. Great size accommodations for just the 2 of us. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Need to fire the housekeeper and hire an exterminator!! Turned off immediately when the front door looks like it had been broken into multiple times!! Kitchen sink was broke, front rooms stayed too cold while back rooms would get too warm. No stopper for tub so that sucks if you have kids. Dust in windows and pictures a half inch thick! And lets not even talk about the countless number of spiders. HUGE spiders!! Dont let the picture of the deck fool ya cause it was a mess! I cannot for the life of me figure out where all the 5 star ratings came from. Luckily we were there a very short time!!

I have been staying at this property over the last three years and it never disappoints. However, I have noticed that the place isn’t being kept up as good as it use to be and needs more maintenance attention. For example the fridge door was duck taped together and a light fixture was falling apart. These are minor things but shouldn’t be ignored. Overall this is a great stay for the price!

The place was really nice on the inside but there were certain things that could use some upgrades. Otherwise it was a very good place to stay for a short weekend get away. It was very convenient having the kitchen utensils available so that we could relax and eat "at home" after being out exploring all day.
