Beautiful view on balcony of beach with nice clean pool, however was very cold. George, our host was very attentive with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The washing machine had issues and they were addressed within a couple hours which was wonderful. The villa itself was a little dirty such as black mold on washing machine seal, garbage cans and dish dryer rack. People were very friendly and nice and felt very safe in the neighborhood. We were able to walk the beach each direction with clean soft sand. Had a nice time relaxing with family

This place is amazing! Beautiful area, away from the metro area traffic, yet everything needed was close by. Home is extremely comfortable and all amenities needed were readily available. And the view… my mother in law said she could have stayed the whole week in the balcony and it would have been worth the cost of the rental 😃. Access to the beach and less of a mile drive away from one the most beautiful beaches: Luquillo beach (and let’s not forget the Luquillo kiosks 😋! Thanks George , for making your home available! I wholeheartedly recommend this rental.

This place is like being at home. It was beautiful with beautiful views. It was clean easy to find everything. The people watching the property were very friendly and helpful. The owners stayed in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would return.

This was the second location of our trip to PR. We had stayed in Cabo Rojo for half the trip and her in Luquillo. This place was the perfect place for our getaway. The view of the ocean and sunrise were beautiful. The beach is steps away, the store and restaurants are near. We went to El Yunque, which is very close as well. You can not get enough of the ocean. The apartment was clean and ready for us. The owner is very hospitable and responsive to any inquiry or concerns. I will be back.

Loved everything about this property and would definitely stay again. Here's why: 1. Easy to get to from the airport, 2. Easy check-in at the gate and in the building, 3. Owners were awesome, communicated well, and cared about our experience, 4. The beach view with coffee in the morning was EVERYTHING!, 5. Grocery stores, restaurants, phamacies, the kioks of Luiquillo were all close or within walking distance, 6. The condo was clean and beautiful. We loved it and you will too!

We loved staying here. The place is amazing. The views are spectacular. Everything is as described. We were so sad to have to leave but we hope to come back. We lost electricity one night and had to walk up 21 flights of stairs. It was better than the stair master. Even without ac, the place was cool due to the breeze coming in. If this happens to you and you can't go up that many flights, just wait. Go get food or hang out by the beach. The electricity came back within an hour thanks to the quick response of the building manager. There's a generator so this shouldn't happen but it got struck by lightning. This did not ruin our vacation and we're in love with this home. Definitely staying here again when we go back to our Isla Preciosa.

Amazing property with second to none views and responsive host

I recently spent 7 days in a beautiful condo in Puerto Rico, Luquillo to be exact, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best vacation experiences of my life. The condo was spacious and well-furnished, providing all the amenities and comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking enjoyable vacation in Puerto Rico. It truly exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to visit again!I

Everything about the condo and the location was wonderful and exactly as described. Effortless check in process and great communication from the owners. So many extras in the condo as well. Beach chairs, beach towels, plenty of hangers in the closets, rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage. The beach is beautiful with crystal clear water. Water was very calm every day. Loved our stay, would definitely return.

Loved our stay in Luquillo. Waking up each morning to spectacular view of the ocean and ending each night looking to catch the sunset in the rainforest from our balcony was priceless. Although slightly outdated, condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our month long stay. There were issues with the elevator on and off but they were always quick with repairs. Great walkable beach, lots of high surf while we were there but shallow spots around the corner were always accessible. Would love to go back.

Our family had a great week at Playa Azul II. The 3-bedroom condo offered plenty of room, a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom, and plenty of amenities. We enjoyed the beach, body boarding, swimming, the basketball courts, and the pool on the property. Also enjoyed finding the local restaurants and trying the local cuisine. We had a great stay and will be back!

Our family has been visiting Luquillo for over 30 years, most of which we have stayed at Playa Azul. We found this year to be very relaxing due to above average accommodations provided in condo 2110. We would definitely rent again.

The condo is clean and neat and has everything you need and more. The kitchen is well equipped, the closet was full of very nice beach chairs, boogie boards and much more. We all felt the beds were comfortable and each room has it's own air conditioner so everyone can set the temperature for their desired sleep. The panoramic view from the balcony is what really makes the place special and the double doors open wide to let the sounds of the ocean in. The master bathroom has a single sink, toilet and shower, which is all you need, The 2nd bathroom is a little larger. Each bedroom had plenty of room. There was always someone at the desk in the lobby and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The property has a large pool and basketball courts and a gate (the gate is open from 7AM-7PM) that leads directly to a fairly private beach area that connects to other beaches on both sides. We were here in the beginning of February and the beach was never crowded (except for during a free wonderful music event with a local famous musician). The waves were pretty high during our stay at that beach with the red flag up, but there are also very calm beaches just down the way (15-30 minute walk down the beach or 5-10 minute car ride away). You are a short drive from lots of wonderful food and we enjoyed many great meals. Boardriders is about a 10-15 minute walk away and we loved their food and the music on the weekends. There are 2 sets of elevators in the building with one for even and one for odd numbered floors. If our elevator was running a bit slower, we took the other elevator and walked up or down the one floor and did not have any issues with getting up and down to the condo. This is a beach condo, so it is appropriately appointed with tile floors and comfortable furniture. We honestly felt it was a perfect beach condo in just the right location (near a great grocery store right across the street and close to wonderful food and the rain forest). The owner checked on us in our first day and was very responsive to any questions. He even told us about the free concert on the beach. I can't think of anything we needed that they had not thought of for the condo and we loved it.

This is a beautiful spot to vacation! The beach is wonderful, perfect for our young kids. Plus the pool and proximity to El Yunque - it was exactly what we wanted. Very comfortable apartment. The hosts were helpful with our few questions. We had a little trouble with the 'odd floor' elevator, so we primarily used the 'even floor' elevator and walked up a flight. We highly recommend this VRBO!

We stayed last year in the same building on a different floor. We have traveled all over and love Luquillo the playa azul 2 it’s out of the hustle and crowds in San Juan . The property is secure and safe with a guard to check you in . The owners responded so quickly with any questions we had . It was truly a great time for us . So much so we booked again next year for another two weeks with them . I would recomend this place to anyone ! Jen and Joel K

My family enjoyed themselves very much at Luquillo Beach. The condo was clean and accommodating. It had all the needs of family that cooks at home. The hot water was a bit scarce after one person showering but we made do. The master bed room was very comfortable and the kids slept well in their beds too. It was really nice to have two bathrooms especially with a family of my size and all girls. We had to purchase a few things such as garbage bags and food. We had a wonderful time.

We loved the location. Nice mix of locals and retirees. Close to beaches and easy driving. We loved the balcony view and often there was a street musician set up so there was music floating on the tropical breeze. Just gorgeous.

This was the perfect property for my family and I. A beautiful house, with a beautiful view! Will definitely stay here again.

I absolutely love staying here. This was our second year vacationing in their beautiful home and again we had such a wonderful vacation. The views of El yunque and the beach are stunning. I could sit on the porch with a book for hours! The home itself is so welcoming and clean, the bedrooms are very comfortable. I love that the kitchen is fully equipped so we were able to stay in, relax, and cook dinner when we didn’t feel like going out. The owners are absolute sweethearts and will answer any questions you have quickly. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home, I’m positive I will be back again!

At first it was going to be a group of 5 but it ended up being just myself and my husband and it was very nice since we both work hard some alone time was needed. This is my 2nd time staying in Playa Azul 2 and it’s definitely my favorite condo to stay in, perfect spot to everything and only 30 minutes from the airport, very convenient location. Security is great. My only complaint will be the old musky smell of the pillows and a bit uncomfortable other than that this condo is SUPERB.

We first got there it was Elevator service the next day only one Elevator working out of four. we have to walk up one flight The Building looks like they haven't done much repairers since the storm. The management company should be fired and Hire someone To bring that Building back to life . take it from the 30 year Superintendent of a co op

The view is priceless!! As is the cleanliness. The apartment is immaculate! Air conditioning and fans in every room. Comfortable furniture and layout. Super comfortable beds. Safe and gated. Pool is big and clean. Easy access to beach. All you need for beach fun is available with the apartment. Easy check in and communication. Would Definitely return!

The location is great with pretty much everything walking distance. San Juan is about a 40 minute drive way so kept that in mind if you plan on hanging out in San Juan often. Being so high up, you couldn't surpass your floor and go down as only the penthouse suites are above you. This was only a minor inconvenience after we got our luggage upstairs with the help of the doorman but might be a larger concern if you have mobility issues. Hopefully this is temporary and will not impact future travelers but I thought it was worth mentioning.
