Vanderbilt Beach Vacation Home - LARGE PRIVATE POOL w/ fully fenced in backyard
Piscina privada ... patio privado! Bungalow completamente renovado con plano de planta abierto y una de las piscinas más grandes de la zona. Haga que su café (o vino!) en la terraza con vistas a la piscina con un patio privado cercado en la espalda nuevo paisaje. De nueva construcción de cubierta en el exterior de la malla en la piscina para tomar el sol más directa! Bungalow es aproximadamente 1/2 milla de la playa de Vanderbilt, parques públicos, tales como Wiggins Pass (con muelles del barco, barco y alquiler de motos acuáticas, etc.), y tenis. Bonita Beach está a sólo 10 minutos de distancia y Ft. Myers Beach está a unos 20-30 minutos de distancia. centro comercial Mercato, con Whole Foods, Silverspot sala de cine, Blue Martini, un pub y un montón de tiendas., está al otro lado de la calle del vecindario. Situado en el barrio hay varios restaurantes, una segunda sala de cine, LA Fitness y canchas de tenis públicas. Nuestro bungalow tiene bicicletas para su uso y todo el equipo de playa, necesitará ..... o la puesta fuera de la piscina y el orden de pizza desde uno de nuestros lugares locales de pizza o fuera de parrilla en la cubierta de nueva construcción. Hay un montón de festivales y cosas que hacer durante todo el año. Los campos de golf son todo Nápoles, con un campo de golf público a sólo 10 minutos de distancia (llámenos sobre el acceso a los campos de golf privados). Ambos dormitorios tienen acceso baño privado. Capacidad de hasta 6. Hay televisores y reproductores de DVD en los dos dormitorios, así como el salón principal. The pictures do not do this property justice. The property is tucked away on a nice street with biking and walking trails close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It’s clean, exquisitely appointed, and the heated pool is great! The owners were friendly, available if needed, and great communicators. Highly recommended, and we would certainly look forward to returning.

We have never stayed in a rental where the owner had so anticipated every need and provided for it. All the little things you are reluctant to buy for a short stay were there - cleaning products, aluminum foil, spices, etc., etc. Tons of beach equipment, pool toys, even bicycles.
The house was immaculate and spacious, so that everyone had a place to be together or apart.
Everything we were looking to do was within a five-minute drive, including the beach. Owner was super nice.

Superb villa and location
Throughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos except with new bbq and pool loungers. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a super vacation in a quiet location. We especially made good use of the park pass to gain access to Delnor Wiggins state park which is a short walk or drive from the villa. Tracy and Jon were great to deal with and addressed any issues within hours. Already thinking about staying again next year

Great home in Naples
Beautifully decorated, very well equipped home in Naples. The owner was extremely responsive; we were able to check in early because the cleaning crew had finished prior to regular check-in time. A local power outage caused by a storm left us without electricity for a couple of hours one evening, but as soon as I contacted the owner, she showed up with 2 brand new flashlights and extra batteries. Highly recommend this property and others owned by Tracy!

Great stay as described
Arriving for a work weekend in Naples, my colleague and I were very happy find a very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The house was everything we needed and then some! We were only sorry that we didn't get a chance to make use the bikes, pool, games, and other recreational opportunities!

Some positives but overall Disappointed
We had a mixed experience..the house is cute and has potential but we were overall disappointed. I always try to provide balanced reviews so first the positives:
-pool was large and very nice; well supplied with beach and pool toys etc.
-beds were extremely comfortable.
-check in process easy.
-notified owner the washing machine was broken when we arrived and it was replaced by owner within 24 hours after we said we definitely needed it during our stay.
The negatives:
-some areas could be cleaner or need replacement; the wooden floors/grout in both showers have mildew stains/mold (wood a bad choice for a shower floor), the outside wooden deck has warped boards, the outdoor screened area had numerous cobwebs and debris.
-there is ALOT of construction occurring both on road in front of house and in nearby houses which should be disclosed on the listing.
-some pool and lanai furniture showing wear and tear and should be replaced.
-the kitchen wall “oven” is really small and not very functional.

Palm rat haven
Left an apple out to find it half eaten in the morning. My husband looked around the house and found more evidence. Eventually got our money returned but find a place to stay ASAP with a dog. Clearly VRBO Abe owner do not care about health or safety of renters because house was immediately rented again. New renters unaware. Yuck! Never rent here or from VRBO again.

Great Location AND Host
The location of 1 mile from the beach made this a hit with our family! Close to great shopping and not too far from sites.
Host went out of her way to get us a new bike pump when needed and assist with needed tools. Kitchen was well equipped and mattresses were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this home.

Very nice property, just like the pics. Kitchen is very upscale and walk out sliders to very nice pool area. Owner is very nice, responsive and customer service oriented. Property is very well stocked/equipped. We would highly recommend.

Quiet neighborhood, great proximity to everything we wanted. Comfortable beds and a marvelous pool. Will look for this unit whenever we return to Naples. Tracy was very responsive to whatever we needed, although there was very little that was not already provided in the unit!.

Awesome
We arrived on Monday to a message from Tracy letting us know that there was massive street work going on in front of the property. She graciously immediately offered to move us to one of her different properties a few streets over. Not wanting to be high maintenance, we decided to just stay. However after nonstop drilling, dump trucks and the inability to get into our driveway, we took Tracy up on her offer. Her communication and flexibility was so appreciated. Both properties were outstanding. My boys loved swimming in the pool all week. The houses are both stocked with so many amenities, including everything you Need for the pool and beach, as well as fully stocked kitchen items. I would definitely recommend any of her properties based on her communication and overall care about her guests stay. Thank you so much again, Tracy. Our week was wonderful

Perfect!
Amazing vacation, just too short! This home is perfect, so very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to enjoy the outdoors - beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas. Tracy is a wonderful and helpful owner. We will definitely be renting again. Our dogs had a blast at the nearby dog beaches, and very much enjoyed our boat rental at Marco Island. The Delnor Wiggins State Park is beautiful. A week is not enough to do everything in the area. Best place to stay!

Graduation Celebration
Perfect 5 day getaway to celebrate our daughters college graduation. Pool and backyard was exactly what we needed to relax. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the bikes and local restaurants. We would recommend for small parties who want to relax.

Everything about the home was wonderful! Great location - walked, biked or drove to the beach daily. The pass to the state park was so appreciated. The pool was huge and wonderful - loved using it day or night. This was probably the best stocked home we've ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beach chairs were top of the line and there are plenty them. Beach towels and umbrellas as well. We didn't need to bring anything with us as the owners provided it all. The bikes were wonderful and in great shape. Can't say enough good things about the home, the owners did a great job making it a perfect vacation rental. We hope to make it an annual trip!
