We were in town for the week for a conference at the GWCC that we attend annually. This is the first time we haven’t stayed in a hotel and we were extremely pleased with the property, location, and Desiree was awesome! We will definitely stay here again when in Atlanta!

This condo is the perfect place to stay when visiting Atlanta. It is so comfortable, has everything and more you need for a few days or longer! It’s beautifully decorated with original pieces of art which is such a plus. The shower was great as was the bed!
We were easily able to walk to the triangle of museums: Coca Cola; the Georgia Aquarium and the National Center for Human and Civil Rights. Additionally, there are lots of good restaurants within a short walk.
The hostess is so helpful and available. I can’t recommend this little jewel enough for a great Atlanta stay!

My 1st VRBO stay was absolutely amazing. Desiree was a perfect host & answered any questions promptly. Place was clean & just as pictured. Could not have asked for a better experience & we will be staying at this property again.

The communication from the owner was excellent and efficient. Continuous follow ups starting from the week of stay. This is very comfortable when you are dealing with the stress of traveling. This place is perfect for a quick or long stay. It was accommodated with all the essential needs for the perfect stay. The reserved parking helped established extra comfort as well. I meet some other visitors and they were envy of us because we didn’t have to deal with the stress of parking and parking security. If you are like me and check all reviews, looking for a reasonable price, looking for a nice clean place, with Chick-Fila type customer service. This is the spot. Book now!!!!!!!

Exactly What We Wanted
Everything is exactly as described and without headache or incident. Downtown Atlanta is dangerous and there is an abundance of homeless near the front door that will confront you and talk to you almost every time you come and go. Every time I come back to this city this problem is more & more obvious. Once inside the safety protocol is followed.

This place was perfect! The location was close to everything we wanted to do. And the parking spot was great to have. The building was nice and Desiree was accommodating to all our needs! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Atlanta!5stars all the way

Perfect - staying here again!!
Everything was wonderful. I cannot say enough about the owner and her quick response to all of my questions. The place was clean, comfortable and right next to the conference center where I had to go each day. The parking spot helped a lot and I loved the bed and shower! YAY - booking again for sure - thanks so much <3
It is a big city so there are lots of homeless people. I was confident and polite to them and they did not give me any hassle at all. They asked for money but stopped when I said no. So just be prepared that right outside they congregate by the monument. I never felt unsafe but if people do not have contact with homeless people regularly it could be intimidating.

We had a great stay, property was everything it was advertised to be. Desiree provides us early communication and details about the listing. Desiree is an awesome property owner. She delivers on everything that she promises. She is very friendly and outgoing. Even though I have only talked to her on the phone, I feel like I have known her for a long time. She is that easy to talk to. Her property was well stocked and very clean. The condo is within walking distance of the Mercedes Benz Dome, convention center and tons of great restaurants and places to go. I would recommend Desiree to anyone. Thank you, Desiree, for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We hae a wonderful time and will definitely be back. K and C.

Great Location, Very Friendly!
This was a great location for my facility when we visited Atlanta. Close to Coke Museum, Aquarium, Parks and Restaurants. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Owner was super helpful and friendly.

Convenient, clean and cozy. 2 blocks from tram and train. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Love the balcony for AM coffee and PM wine. Would recommend!

Convenient and clean
The owner was nice, easy to work with, and very responsive to any questions or inquiries. Building concierge were friendly and helpful. I stayed here while attending a conference downtown and the condo was a great value over staying in the conference hotels, especially considering there was an included reserved parking space and a kitchen. Both features helped me save a lot of money. The condo was clean and well-equipped with kitchen items and quality linens. I am from the suburbs and not used to the occasional noise one hears in any big city, but with a white noise app on my phone, I slept great in the comfy bed. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great Downtown Location!
Lovely downtown condo! The location is perfect for exploring downtown on foot. Access to a parking spot makes it even better if you have a car. The condo is clean and nicely appointed. We'll be back! Thank you!

Nicely located at walking distance for the Georgia World Congress Center and many other places like the Aquarium, Coke and CNN. Well kept appartment, EXTREMELY comfortable bed and great price.

Want to be within walking distance to the stadium, CNN, metro line, aquarium, Coke experience, restaurants? Do you want to be within an easy trip to the botanical garden, Jimmy Carter library and other interesting locations? This is the homeaway for you. Very nicely updated with on site parking! A huge plus right downtown. You won't be disappointed. Owner was accessible by text and pleasant to communicate with. Bed very comfortable and kitchen fully stocked.

Beautiful apartment - like being in your own home
I rented several units in this building for my company to attend a trade show. The location was great for reaching restaurants, the sites and the GWCC all on foot. This unit was BY FAR the best of the four we rented. It was beautifully decorated just as it appears in the photos. Desiree was a pleasure to work with and her parking space was a great plus for the unit as well. I sadly was not the person that got to stay in this unit but intend to return to Atlanta with my husband and two daughters to stay here for an Atlanta mini-vacation. If you book this unit, you won't be disappointed.

Great location, wonderful one bedroom condo
We had a wonderful time in our Atlanta get away. Location could not have been better. The condo had everything we expected and included parking was a huge plus in the city! Front desk were friendly and helpful as an added bonus. Desiree was great, easy to communicate with and involved- even though everything we flawlessly! Would book here again!
