Property is nice, however we arrived to a mess. Apparently the cleaners had failed to clean. So since my sister and her husband were meeting us there, I had no choice but to wash sheets, towels, make up beds and clean up the living room, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. That cost us a days worth of vacation. The next day the cleaners came which again messed up our plans. I think Doug did everything he could to make things right, it just was not what we were expecting.

Large condo with nice kitchen and common area. Large master bedroom and bath. Other 2 bedrooms are smaller. Everything was clean but could use a little updating. Outdoor yard area was nice for kids and the dog. There is very little view of the ocean since it’s a first floor condo. Short walk across the busy road to the ocean access steps.

The condo is just as described. It is very spacious, especially the kitchen, master bedroom/bath and living room area. The location can't be beat in relation to the pool, beach, restaurants, and area attractions. The owner did respond to questions and issues relatively quickly. Only minor things need improvement. The smallest guest bedroom is in need of a new mattress and the bed is extremely low to the floor. The ceiling fans in the living room area and on the lanai did not work which would have helped keep those areas much cooler, especially during July when the heat index and thermometer hit 100 for several days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The privacy, parking, cleanliness, location, updated appliances, comfortable sectional in the living room area and king size bed in the master were amazing. I hope to be able to stay here again.

I particularly enjoyed making new friends with your gorgeous plants, the sweet black kitty who lives a few doors down, the lizards on the patio and even a turtle traversing the lawn! We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Doug was pretty responsive with getting back to us with questions. But that was only needed on our arrival. This place was really clean and very roomy. The location was excellent in many ways. It is on the first floor, and a corner unit. The corner unit means you get a fantastic breeze across the lanai all day and evening. Which was also a short walk through the back yard straight across the A1A to the complexes personal steps to the beach. The master bedroom was huge. There was also plenty of kitchen needs to do your own cooking. We liked that the condo was a short drive into town. This was our second trip to Flagler and will be back again. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

This is a very nice place to stay. Loved the location and the amenities that it had to offer. Beach is just a walk across the street and you are close enough to Flagler to shop and eat. Also easy drive to either Daytona Beach or St. Augustine. We will probably be staying here again next time!

This place was beautiful. Very nicely appointed. As close to the beach as you can get in this region. All the amenities. Well kept. Great facilities. A little pricey, but well worth it. The owners were very gracious and helpful. Hope to go there again.

Retirement celebration
We celebrated my retirement by a month long visit at this awesome condo. It was everything stated and more. Furnishings are top notch. Communication with owner was easy and responsive. We would recommend this condo and area for all who want luxury and classic Florida.

Winter Get Away
This beautiful condo was our home for a month. It truly felt like home and had beautiful amenities. The kitchen had everything needed for meal pre. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the lanai- our favorite room of the home. Listening to the waves and walking on the beach was so relaxing. We brought our dog with us and she enjoyed the near by dog parks and walks around the golf course. We had no issues but when we reached out to Doug he always responded promptly. Flagler beach is one of our favorites. It is old school Florida with fun places to eat and multiple parks for hiking, canoeing, etc. can’t wait to return!

Flagler Beach Fun
We were very pleased to see that the actual condo. was truly as it was pictured. The kitchen was supplied with absolutely everything that you need, the 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms had plenty of towels and sheets. The laundry room had a very nice washer and dryer and it was so convenient to have it in the unit. The pool was a comfortable temperature and it was never very crowded. The beach was lovely, with whales and dolphins passing by, and a great place for our grandkids to play in the sand and wade through the breakers. We also found the neighbors, and neighborhood, very friendly.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked this condo. again for next year, the same time. As an extra added attraction, we saw several rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center. The night launch was amazing!
The property is close to many restaurants and shops for souvenirs and T-shirts. Flagler Beach is a beautiful beach that goes on for miles and miles. Not great for shelling, but wonderful to play in the breakers and walking in the sand.
Finally, the City of St.Augustine, a 45 minute drive away, is historical and has many unique shops.

Our stay at south beach condos
It was a nice condo but a our ice maker didn't work an the washer quit on us. And the floors looked like they weren't mopped very well we mopped them. They didn't stock any toilet paper. But over all it was ok. Just little things. The dogs enjoyed it. Doug was great he replied back very quickly when I had any questions. Thanks. Linda an Mark Henry

Just the right place for our family of 6. We wanted a place with a pool, access to the ocean, and driving distance to Orlando. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. Owners communicated amazing. South Beach Summer
The condo was very nice. Being on the first floor was so convenient when going back and forth to the pool and the beach. With an almost private beach, we had plenty of room to enjoy the sand and water. We had a great week!

Beautiful Atlantic Condo (handicap advice)
Spacious and lovely decor on this remodeled beach condo made our family and pets beach trip a wonderful experience. It was basically handicap accessible except for the shower. You must bring your own shower bars that can be attached by suction cups to this small standup only shower stall. You can buy them at Walmart or Bed Bath and Beyond. A sturdy bench in the very large master bathroom would have been helpful so you could sit after showering to dry off and dress. You can get through all rooms and then to the pool by a ramp. The pool and covered pavilion were wonderful with the breeze from the beach. The beach was not accessible for someone who can’t climb stairs. You will also have to cross HWY A1A to get to the beach to see it. It was not possible for me. The couches were very low, so I needed help getting up in the living area inside and on the screened porch. The porch fan did not work, so it was too hot to sit out there. I wish there had been one comfortable chair in the living area for me. The dog walk area was right outside the porch door. We would return there for sure, but I know now I need the shower bars and a higher portable chair.

A little jewel on the shore at Flagler Beach, FL
This is a special condo, as nice as any we’ve ever stayed in:
We had a family reunion here in late September 2018, with six adults and two dogs. The unit couldn’t have been more comfortable, and includes a very spacious master BR Suite and two more comfy BRs, all with excellent beds, and quality furnishings and TVs. The kitchen is truly excellent, with great appliances, lots of space, and abundant kitchen ware. We had a catered dinner for my wife’s 70th birthday, and the caterer also loved the kitchen. The living area actually has comfortable couches!
The condo is an end unit, with good visibility, and a view of the ocean (although you do have to cross a two-lane coastal road to get to the beach). The beach was very private. There is also an excellent private pool.
The whole 42-unit condo is immaculately maintained. Parking is convenient.
In all, a memorable vacation in a lovely unit. Highly recommended!

My family loved staying here! The condo is beautiful and very nicely decorated. It is very comfortable for the six of us and so convenient to most anything we needed. The beach was almost deserted which my family loved, and the pool was never crowded, usually only about 2-3 people besides us. Thank you for a wonderful week! And yes, we all agreed that we would love to stay here again next summer! (I loved the 11AM check out time.)

Fabulous location and condo
Our family stayed for two weeks. The pool and beach were steps away. Each beach day began with a swim in the pool on the way to and from the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. Any questions were answered right away. We comfortably fit our two daughters, my parents, and our dog. We can't wait to come back next summer.

South Beach Condo
We loved our stay at the condo last July. Our group had a girls week there which included a friend of mine (we are both mother's in our 50's) and my daughter and her friend (college age). We found the condo to be in excellent shape, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool area was fabulous, we loved the fact that it had restrooms as well as a covered area to take a break from the sun. We enjoyed the patio area outside and enjoyed time there after a long day in the sun. My ONLY complaint about the condo is that the mattresses in the two guest bedrooms were not very comfortable. We have enjoyed visiting Flager for many years and South Beach Condos are the nicest place to stay that we have found. We plan of visiting again soon. Doug was excellent to work with. He was always prompt about returning any e-mails that I sent to him. We are planning on contacting him again about staying in his condo next summer.

Perfect Vacation
We have been vacationing in this area for about 8 years now and I have never had a more pleasant renting experience than when I rented this condo in Flagler Beach. The condo is in excellent shape, very spacious, well-kept, comfortable beds, and we loved being on the ground floor. We do alot of cooking on vacation rather than eating out and we found the kitchen to be very functional and equipped with everything we needed for our gourmet meals! The complex is well-maintained and absolutely beautiful. Just a few shorts steps to the sand and shore! Being able to bring our small dog with us was a BIG plus and certainly made our vacation a memorable one.
