Il rapporto prestazioni prezzo di questo hotel e' molto buono, ci sono gia' stato alcune volte. Il personale e' gentile e disponibile, le camere pulite e la posizione molto comoda per raggiungere Pescara

Il locale dove si fa colazione e' veramente troppo freddo, mangiare al freddo oltre che poco simpatico non e' nemmeno salutare. Lo so che il riscaldamento costa, ma e' necessario. Nella notte di venerdi' dalle 4 alle 4:30 c'e' stata gente che gridava e sbatteva le porte, probabilmente rientrati da qualche festa. Nessuno e' intervenuto. Le prese di corrente sono quasi tutte usurate, con conseguente pericolo, vanno sostituite.

Personale reception molto accogliente, e personale addetto alla sistemazione camere e pulizia molto disponibile e gentile.

Camera con bagno e doccia senza bidet molto piccola e datata, con rubinetti gocciolanti. Struttura da revisionare in toto.

v lepším 3 hvězdičkovém hotelu jsem ještě nebyla, nová koupelna, nový nábytek v pokoji, výborná snídaně (jste v Itálii, tam se snídá sladce) příjemný personál co se stará o chod snídaně a pokojské vždy usměvavé. Blízko na pláž, na která slunecnik a lehatko byly zahrnuty v ceně.

trochu malý balkón, ale sušák na pradlo se tam vešel.

Location was nice.

I had to pay extra for parking. Air condition was not working.

- picturesque view from balcony, - distance to the private beach - free od charge for hotel guests, - size of a room (very large),

- claustrophobic elevator, - limited space on free parking, - lack of vegetables during breakfast, - weak condition of air conditioner (old and very noisy), - ventilator on bathroom is very noisy (sounds like diesel engine), - untasty coffee served on breakfast, - lack of air conditioner in the hall, elevator and corridor, - unvaried menu served on breakfast.

Very helpful and kind staf. Very good buffet-style breakfast.

The second airco-unit did not work and resulted in one of the two chambers heating up during the night. The bathroom was clean, but one of the doors was missing (shower) and a loose handle. Overpriced because of these things.

The view

It was dusty, the elevator was not working well, there was no parking spot as promised and we ended up with a fine next day.

It was close to the sea

It was very dirty. The small kitchen in our room smelled terrible. There was a lod of mould in the shower. Small repairs were done very amateuristic. Beds were not proper beds but metal frames with very week springs so it felt more like a waterbed. Lots of ants in the room and very noisy in the evening. Definitely not 3 starts. Pictures look better than reality.

Staff very unprofessional

Situated so close to the beach and just off the real busy beach area. You can swim straight out in front of the hotel. Great value for money with a delicious breakfast included. Nice & clean.

Good location near the sea and long seafront.

Pretty old bathroom(but clean). They didn’t gave first remote controls from A/C. Just sad that they lost them and can’t do anything. No solution was proposed. But at the end employee brought the remote after several discussions… So very bad experience. Breakfast is also bad. I didn’t expect something special for this level of the hotel, but how can you make scrambled eggs this bad?

Amazing location, good value for money, kind personnel.

Breakfast is moderate. Not a lot of choice. Warm things aren’t always warm. Cold things aren’t always cold. Coffee machine takes 5 min to make one espresso.

Perfect value for money. Very good breakfast. We only needed to stay overnight and it was super comfy for that price.

bugs in shower drain, sink drain stopped up, walls paper thin, noisy neighbours, ac remotes not available, prostitution on street outside of the hotel.

Really beautiful location.. hygiene is perfect and staffs are so pleasing .. they are very helpful Breakfast also really tasty...

Price.

Quite dated.

The hotel is close to the sea, good breakfast! There is a supermarket, restaurants and tobacconists nearby. Easy access to public transport to the center of Pescara. Polite and attentive staff.

The room is very cold (you have to ask for the hot air remote control at the reception). The fridge in the room doesn't work (but we asked the receptionist to use the hotel's kitchen fridge). The bathroom lights didn't work!
