Great location. Loved having a garage and the driveway. Large rooms and comfortable. Would have expected the property to provide paper products like paper towels and toilet paper, but they did not. Would have liked to know that upfront so we would have brought with us.

Wayne was a delight and made the check in process super easy. Offered a tour on the phone to make sure we understood where everything was and how to work all of the electronics - His place was immaculately clean and you can tell the property is well taken care of. We had a great time and will definitely be reaching out to rent this unit again next year for the OC Block Party!

Beautiful choice for our Mother Daughter Weekend! I went down with a friend the Monday before, and then welcomed my 3 daughters and their 4 daughters on Friday for the weekend. The house was so much more than I hoped! The owner was so easy and thorough to communicate with and the location is quiet and close to north end beach! “The best girls weekend ever”!

My Mom, my 6 year old daughter and I stayed for 2 nights during easter break. Communication with Wayne was so easy, the property was spacious, clean and quiet. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need for cooking, comfortable furniture inside and on the porch, close to the beach and easy check in. Looking forward to staying again!

We had a lovely stay at 8 Morningside. Surprisingly warm February weather was perfect for long beach walks. The gas fireplace was cosy for reading, crafts and just hanging out. The flat was well laid out and easy to navigate. The kitchen was nicely organized and everything was labeled so that it was clear where to find everything and where to put it back. The owner was responsive and helpful, answering all our questions during checkin and provided helpful local information. We had a great stay.

We have stayed at Wayne's properties several times and he has always been great to deal with. He sees to all your needs, including kitchen cabinets well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The Gardens is a very nice neighborhood to stay in. You don't have all the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk congestion.

Location was perfect, house was extremely clean and so spacious. You can hear the ocean from the porch and the gardens is a perfect relaxing area to be in. Unit wasn’t on the top floor but the noise above was not bad considering how typical beach houses are!! Price point is super reasonable considering the elevator, space and neighborhood would highly recommend!!!!

This clean, sunlit house is a short walk to the beach in a quiet, relaxing part of Ocean City. The boardwalk and downtown shopping are a very short drive or an easy walk from the house as is the local grocery store. The elevator is a bonus for moving luggage in and out of the house and for making the house easily accessible.

We spent a few nights in this gorgeous home and loved everything about it! It was so clean, a few minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk, and the owner was so helpful anytime we had a question. There is an elevator to take all your luggage upstairs, spacious rooms, beautiful balconies, everything you could ask for. We will definitely be back!

The property was exactly as described and located in a wonderful neighborhood. Very clean and spacious. We were 2 families traveling together and there was plenty of room. Quick walk down to the beach and boardwalk. Well stocked kitchen came in handy! Wayne was great. Excellent communication!

This is a nice house in a quiet part of town. The owner was very helpful during our stay. Nice big tv in the living room and a great porch with an awning to relax on. For our preferences the beds are a bit too high, we prefer chair height toilets, and the sofa cushion made it tough to stand up from. Overall though 5 stars and a great place to stay.

This is a beautiful place with lots of natural light. The furniture is comfortable and there is ample seating for a family to enjoy good times together. Wayne and Lisa are excellent hosts and were available to answer all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. Our family had a great time here!

Ocean City, NJ, a family resort community is, as you would expect, crowded and busy in the Summer time. Not so much in early December. We just spent 5 days living three blocks from the uncrowded boardwalk and the empty beach. This property was large enough to accommodate our family with out bumping into each other. The elevator was a hit with our elderly family members, and the short walk to the boardwalk was classified as our exercise for the day. We were a short drive from the charming downtown, and we found some great restaurants in what is usually a closed-for-the-season location. Our host, Wayne, was very helpful in answering our questions (like how to turn on the TV!). Out of season, you get basic cable-local news and sports-but no specialty channels, like CNN. Linens are not included, but Wayne will have details about renting from a local company. The best part of staying at this location in early winter is all the holiday lights on display. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation at this property.

We took a last minute trip to Ocean City and this property suited our needs/expectations perfectly. Located in the quiet north end neighborhood, just a block from the beach and boardwalk access. From the deck you can see the ocean as you look down Morningside Rd. Wayne was a gracious host who provided detailed instructions about the property and checked in with us to make sure we were all set.

Annual conference for the USLSSHA was only a few blocks away so made this the ideal place to stay to meet at the Old Life-Saving Station. Those who like the beach, it was only a short walk. Would recommend to others.
