We had a fantastic weekend. The house was just what we pictured! Everything was clean and in order. There was a lot to do near by and we took adventure of the beautiful neighborhood going for walks in the mornings. Overall fantastic get away!

I took my kids and nieces for a weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and the house was great. We had a chance to visit the lake and community pool. We had a amazing time and will love to stay again.

I was very much looking forward to a four day weekend getaway with my family and thought I found the perfect place. The owner answered right away, and even allowed us to bring our second dog. It was unfortunate that the cleaning crew did not do their part in cleaning the house before our arrival. The house had dust and animal fur everywhere, dead and alive lady bugs all over, dirty dishes IN cabinets, the windows had mold growing on the bottom and the bathrooms needed to be wiped down prior to use. I let the owner know I didn’t believe it was cleaned properly, and he called me right away. He was surprised as it had not been rented recently prior to us being there. Well I think with it being vacant, the dust and bugs accumulated and the cleaning service just changed the sheets (I hope) they smelled fresh, but that can be deceiving. I believe the owner has good intentions but should assess his property more thoroughly before having it rented out.

We stayed at the house for the first time for a 4 day Holiday weekend. The house is located in a gated community. The owner insured our names and our friends names were added. We did not have any difficulty to pass the security gate. When we arrived the house was very warm. Everything was clean and neat. The house has a lot of day light. We stayed 3 nights and our friends only visited us for 1 night. We also went to check the local community and the indoor pool area. Only 1 pool was open and it was a small pool and very crowded. We changed our mind to go for a swim. During the 4 day weekend we went hiking and visited several waterfalls at the Delaware Water Gap area. We loved it. The house had a fire place and at night we all sat in the living room area with a glass of wine and enjoyed the evening movie. We cooked mostly using the stove. Highly recommend to visit this house. We hope to come again when it is snowing. Mariya

I just love it. Easy way to get into the house. As nice as it looks in the pictures It has everything you need to enjoy few days away.

The location was nice, central to activities we had planned. However the beds are not "queen sized" and were uncomfortable. The house was very humid regardless of what we did with the AC. The price isn't necessarily worth it just for having the extra options for the pool and hot tub (hot tub not on property) and tennis courts.

This property was nice and cozy and was very nice for a friends weekend getaway. We encountered a couple of problems. The hefty cleaning fee should have been put to use. The bathrooms needed cleaning before use. Dust everywhere. Washcloths were non-existent, having only microfiber cleaning cloths. Despite this, we had a wonderful time.

The house and location were a perfect few day getaway for my small group of 4 adults and 14 year old golden doodle dog. We enjoyed Dingmans Falls and Bushkill Falls as well as the outdoor pool and hot tub that was close to the house. The house is exactly as described and we had a wonderful time. Make sure to eat at or get food from nearby Marluccis Deli which makes excellent sandwiches as well as Italian dishes for dinner - the best food in the Poconos IMO at very reasonable prices.

House was comfortable and clean. The screened in porch was nice. If you are going during the week, some of the local eateries are not open until the weekend. We brought groceries with us, however there are two grocery stores close by. If you look up saw creek estates, it will list the amenities and hours of operation. Bill the property manager was great at responding to questions. If like the outdoors, you must visit Bushkill falls. If you do all the trails, red being the more advanced, plan on at least two hours. We had a good time. AC in every room also, a lot of the places we looked at did not have ac. Amenity badges are included as well.

This property was super clean and well stocked. Our family had a great time and used the pools and restaurants as well. Bill was great t deal with and I would highly recommend his property. We will definitely visit again!

The house was lovely and the location felt safe in a gated community. While there were houses nearby, it felt private with plenty of trees and room for three cars. The AC in the kids room didn't always work. The kitchen is complete and stocked with all listed amenities and plenty of dishes. It would have been even better with instructions on operating the electronics in the house (AC, TV) we were unable to figure out netflix. But otherwise eveything was great.

Overall, a very nice place to stay. Some of the amenities, such as the outdoor pools, were not fully operational until the weekend of June 19th onward. The master bedroom bed mattress was really firm...maybe consider a pillowtop mattress for the future. The housekeeping service left the clean towels and cloths in a laundry basket with a box of rat poison on top upon arrival as well as the dishwasher was not unloaded...so more organized housekeeping would be nice especially for the hefty cleaning fee.

We stayed in Saw Creek for a long weekend for a birthday celebration. This house was well stocked in the kitchen and the rooms were very clean and it smelled so good! The mattresses in the rooms were memory foam which as a very welcome surprise and we all slept great. Any issues we had were quickly addressed by the property owner.

We are a family of four with two kids and a border collie. The chalet is located in a gated community 10 minutes drive from Bushkills Falls and 25 minites drive from Dingmans Falls of Delaware Gap. The chalet is very clean and cozy. It was rainy and cold for the first two days of Memorial weekends but we were able to enjoy the pellet fire place and board games. The screened porch, deck and fire pit outside would be perfect for good weather. We walked our dog in the neighborhood that were really quiet without a lot of traffic. The weekend we stayed was not great weather but we still had a very nice getaway at the chalet. Shopping and restaurants are within 10 minutes drive. Also recommend the Indian Museum about 10 min away for a rainy day.

The house was perfect for us. It has everything you need and is very comfortable. The community was filled with amenities. My kids had a blast! Thank you!

This property was perfect for my wife and I. It had all the necessary appliances and comfort. We especially enjoyed using the pellet stove. Needed to contact the property manager a couple of times and response was friendly and prompt. We would defiantly stay again.
