We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at the cutest house ever! House in great location and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Neil and Paula are superb hosts in every way and we look forward to staying in one of their properties again!! Thanks for allowing us to make great family memories!

We stayed here two years ago and decided to come back with more family this year. It’s clean and in a good location. You can walk to the beach and town or a take a quick drive to Hyannis/other beaches. We enjoyed our stay again even though the weather was a bit rainy and we made more wonderful family memories in Cape Cod.

I can’t say enough about this home. It Is so clean and perfect for my family. The backyard is clean and spacious it’s also very private. The owners are kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again!

The location is great and the space and accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. We walked to the general store, enjoyed a couple amazing sunsets at Dowses beach, and frequented AMIE bakery. Can’t wait to go back!

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this lovely property for a week. The house itself is well-furnished, sizable, as advertised, and well-located. It was also spotlessly clean. Neil and Paula were kind, responsive, helpful hosts. When we had a minor issue, they responded immediately and fixed it within a day. We would definitely stay here again, and we certainly hope to! The beach pass was a real plus, too!

We loved our stay at Paula and Neil’s cape house…super clean and modern with all the necessary furnishings. The location is perfect being only a few minutes from Craigville Beach and Four Seas Ice Cream, and just 10-15 minutes from Main Street in Hyannis. Our hosts were very attentive to any needs we had (not many!). Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and our daughters and their friends made lots of use of the wifi and ROKU. We’ll definitely be back in the future. Thanks so much Paula and Neil!

Neil was great to work with. The property was nice and clean. There were lots of things to see and do within reasonable driving distance. Some great local restaurants. It was fun to ride our bikes down for ice cream or to the beach. It was a relaxing week in Cape Cod.

Our family and dog had a wonderful time staying in Paula and Neil's beautiful rental home! It was very clean, spacious and just as described. The owners are absolutely lovely and were very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be returning next summer. Highly recommend!

Loved this trip to the Cape. This town is quintessential New England charm with the beauty of the beach. Property has all the comforts of home with the beach close by and great restaurants. We enjoyed Craigville Beach, Four Seas Ice Cream, great food in Centerville and Hyannis. Pain D’Avignon was my fav. We made a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard which is a close ferry ride from the house. Ed’s a great host and we hope to be back again soon.

House was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room to move about. The fenced in yard was great for kids and our pups. House well stocked and very clean. We felt very comfortable staying there. Ed was great to work with. Thank you!

Great place to stay ! It’s like the host thought of everything before you even knew you needed it ...lol It’s a very clean , super convenient and efficient place . The fenced in yard is equipped with very nice outdoor furniture , webster grill and plenty of grass for your fourlegged companion . The location is perfect too, close to everything! The beach is just a short walk away . There is a hidden “gem” right behind the property ... a cranberry bog ! It makes a wonderful Fall destination with leaves changing colors and cranberry being harvested. It’s amazing to see this ! The host is wonderful too 😊� always there to make your stay perfect ! We’re very lucky to found this home away from home . Love it ! Highly recommend it .

This is our fourth stay at this home. It is everything the listing says it is. It is well cared for and Ed is easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a really nice stay at this house....very cute and comfortable. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone.

This was our second year renting Ed’s home. Super clean and updated, great fenced in yard for our dog, close to the beach and a nice walkable neighborhood. 5 adults and our dog stayed the week and enjoyed every minute!
