This house is located approximately 15 min walking distance from a beautiful Sound beach — gentle warm water and soft white sand, perfect for little ones! The house itself had plenty of room, incredible kitchen, and the hosts could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with our family!

Property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. House was really well stocked with anything you might need with an added plus of beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, wagon plus bikes we used just around the neighborhood. The kitchen was just renovated and is very beautiful. The property is also close to all of our favorite restaurants and beaches. We give it a 5 out of 5!

This is an awesome little property. We were just 3 people, but it had plenty of beds for more. The property was clean, and it was stocked with almost anything one needs and wants in a vacation rental. The kitchen is beautiful and it had everything we needed for cooking/eating. There were sand/beach items (chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys) in the basement which was awesome, and a few bicycles to help get around. The washer and dryer came in handy. The outdoor shower was convenient. We enjoyed some of the nearby places, like mini golf at Skull Island and Caffe Gelato Bertini ice cream. The location was quiet, and the beaches were easy to get to. We planned on seeing several town on Cape Cod, so the South Yarmouth location worked out fine. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect. Centrally located and near the beach, mini golf and ice cream. The house was comfortable and worked well for our family of five. The outdoor patio and yard were so inviting. We ate our dinners at the picnic table every night. The house was a terrific home base for getting to know Cape Cod.

Location Location Location
Awesome week at this great cottage! Walking distance to South Middle Beach, one of the best beaches on the Cape! Central to all on Cape Cod, easy to get to Hyannis or Chatham. Near Dairy Queen, numerous restaurants, mini golf, grocery stores and pharmacy. House is on a quiet street, outdoor space to relax that is surprisingly private with rose bushes and a fireplace. Outside shower is new and clean. Inside is cute and beachy, kitchen is the best equipped I’ve ever had hands down. No need to bring anything. 1/2 bath in basement with washer dryer, makes it more comfortable for multiple ppl. Cottage stocked with games and art supplies, great for kids! No dishwasher but it wasn’t a problem with paper plates and cups etc. and 2 sided sink. The only negative would be the cleanliness was very good in the bathrooms, good elsewhere except the bed spreads needed to be washed, allergies kicked up and I think it was dust related when making the beds. A small negaive at this house though! Host was great and very responsive. Keyless entry was really nice. Had a beautiful week here and will stay again!

Super Sister Stay
This was a great spot for our sisters' getaway. So much sleeping space and room for each of us to have a place of our own. The owners have provided supplies to handle every possible need. Adorable beach decor throughout envelopes you for a perfect Cape Cod visit! Instructions for how to use the DVD player so it syncs to the TV would be helpful. We will definitely plan another stay in the future!

Amazing experience
My family and myself had thr most easy, amazing and comfortable experience. The host is great and is a message away for any question or concern. We were definitely blown away with the home and is much more than what is listed. It has been a tough time on everyone in the world but to be able to have a safe space and environment definitely cheered my entire families spirit.

Did not disappoint
perfect location close to everything but, also quiet neighborhood. the house was clean and very comfortable and homey feeling, my 70 year old mother who does not like to be away from her home very often felt very comfortable in this home. I will be renting this home again.

Fabulous house for our Cape Cod family vacation
We had a fantastic time at Dan’s cape house!! It was absolutely perfect. We road our bikes everywhere- had great access to the beach and to route 28 for sightseeing and shopping. The house was very spacious and fit us all without issue. We also loved the outdoor shower and the great corn hole boards!! Thank you so much, Dan!!

Fantastic house
This house was amazingly clean and had nearly every amenity you could ask for. The location was close to anything you could possibly want or need. We had 3 adults and one small child but this home could easily sleep more comfortably. The owner was super helpful with any questions we had regarding the house and area. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay
The property was great, we loved the outdoor area and had clean comfortable rooms and beds. Easy walk to the beach and easy to communicate with the renter for check-in. We needed no further assistance.

Perfect location to beach & other fun
Walked with strollers to the beach it’s so close. Outdoor shower is a great amenity. We didn’t realize the half bath was in the basement but overall great property and great hosts.

Fantastic getaway!
From the moment we pulled up to the property, we were blown away. The house was even more beautiful in person!!! Everything was clean and user-friendly, all the little details had been thought of and provided. Furniture was comfortable, outdoor area with chiminea was great! Awesome location close to multiple beaches in one direction, and various stores In the other direction. Weather was perfect; only had to use the ceiling fans all week, but there were ac units in every room including the driveway porch area that my 7yo dubbed “The Reading Nook.” Absolutely loved our time there, and wish we never had to leave!

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay! The house is adorably decorated and well appointed. We are self proclaimed “foodies” and found everything we needed to cook and grill up some delicacies during our stay. Our group also included children ages 8, 5 and 2 who were very happy with the toys and books available in the home. We drove the group to the beach with all our gear in a pickup then drove back to the cottage and rode our bikes to the beach. No parking fees all week! The outdoor shower and chiminea were a huge hit. We would absolutely stay there again! Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Fun Times !
Very nice beach home with all the conveniences and perfect location! We bought a week pass to park at any Yarmouth beach. Outside shower was the best after a day at the beach.

Great getaway!!
We had 8 people and really enjoyed our time. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Access to house was a breeze. Only thing I wish was different was that we didn’t have to bring our own linens. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

Nice clean cozy house in great location.
Great little house with enough space fir 5 people (3 adults and two kids). It is has 1.5 bathrooms, which is important. Nice clean kitchen and a beautiful space outside to seat around. The outside shiwer was nice and clean The house had everything we needed. The only exception was a hole in the queen bed. We had to stuff one of our pillows into the whole to make it usabke. This mattress needs to be replaced and I am sure it will be, seeing that the rest of the house is being continuously upgraded.
We greatly enjoyed our stay there and are probably be coming back!

Cutest House Ever!
The house was adorable. Stocked with everything needed for a great stay. Location was close to everything; yet still private if you wanted to just relax. Dan was great to deal with as well. Will definitely be going back! Doesn't hurt that we had GREAT weather either. Can't go wrong vacationing in the Cape.

Very nice cottage, seems like you could live there!
We rented it to be close to South Dennis beach for a event. It's a rental I could recommend to anyone that is thinking of spend a weekend or a week or two on the Cape. Best VRBO I have rented so far, and I have rented several.

Amazing location!
This was a super location. Central and at max 30 minutes to everything we needed to go to on the Cape. The beach is so close and beautiful! The grocery store is very close. Mini golf and go karts! And of course seafood restaurant down the street as well for lobster rolls! We stayed for a wedding and comfortably slept 8 people. The outside patio was awesome and even had yard games for our kids to play. The house is stocked with everything you will need and more. Lots of games available for family time with the kids. The outdoor shower was everyone’s favorite. Can’t wait to stay again.

Clean, nicely decorated, everything a vacation needs
The property is in a great location to get to the beach, is a convenient spot for shopping, entertainment and long walks. House was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. There were only two of us but there's plenty of space for a family.

The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The interior is well decorated and nicely furnished. We plan on renting this house again next summer.
