We were fortunate this year to stay two weeks! The house is perfect. The location is perfect. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with our boys and their significant others. My husband helped out the volunteers on turtle beach patrol this year and loved every minute! We enjoyed seeing a large box turtle up by the deck. We even saw a small stingray swim along the shore . Ann is such a great host and easy to contact when needed. Until next time!!

This is not just a rental property. This is a home. It has breathtaking views of the beach from the house. However, it’s so private you don’t know anyone else is on the beach until you go down to the beach! We had an amazing time and the beach was beautiful. I have not been to the Atlantic side before this trip. We will definitely come back and stay again. It’s very hard to leave this place.

Loved our stay! Even better than the pictures. Wonderful week with our adult children. The layout in this house is so unique. It has great character and comfort. Spacious enough to give everyone room and cozy enough with lots of places to sit and visit. Great views of the ocean and we loved the beach accessibility. Appreciated the owner’s suggestion of Viola’s for dinner. Delicious! Short walk down the beach to Safe Harbor and really enjoyed our fresh fish meals. Kitchen was set up with everything we needed for cooking as well. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful location and loved its location - 1 minute walk down your private walk to the beach and short drive to downtown St Augustine (close but not too close). My adult kids, husband, and I LOVED the house / perfect layout. The owner is super nice, very attentive if you have questions. We’d stay there again!

Everything was better than described. Very well stocked. Everything anyone could need. The deck is the place to be. The view and sound of the ocean is incredible. It is a beautiful home that has all of the "lived in" atmosphere with such tasteful decor of furniture, artwork and a million books. The house has a panoramic view of the ocean and a deck that provides a laid back experience of watching the surf change, with drinks in hand and wonderful conversation all in one. Our group of six were all delighted with every aspect of their experiences with this wonderful home and the great beach that it overlooks. We will be back!

Beautiful retreat!
House was very nice!! The views were fantastic. I was hoping for a little bit more of a private beach but very busy! House was well stocked and Ann was awesome to let us use all of her beach supplies since we flew. Only complaints were the pillows and no TV in master bedroom. But all in all it was a great vacation at crescent beach.

Wonderful ,Quiet, Restful
This home is absolutely my favorite beach house ever. It has a cape Cod feel to it, with a wonderful selection of books, and lovely art. The owner and caretaker were easily accessible, and responded quickly. The home is very well stocked. Already booked our next stay!

Privacy and Views
My family loves this property! This was our second stay, and we intend to come back next year. The view from the deck overlooking the ocean is incredible, as is the one from the boardwalk benches near the beach. It's quiet and private, and the house is beautiful. The location is great, too!

3rd Stay
This was my family's third stay in this property - we really enjoy this home and location. As expected, we continue to love and appreciate the house, the location, and the service (accuracy of description, cleanliness, communication, etc.). It's close enough to St Augustine to conveniently visit the tourist attractions, and far enough away for privacy and relaxation. This is truly a home where a family can unwind and enjoy the beach.

Very close to everything you need in St. Augustine while still having privacy. Restaurants and grocery stores 5 minute drive. Home is very nice and beach is wonderful! Would stay there again.

Fantastic Home!
Everything about our stay was great! The home was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is stocked with anything you'll need! The view was spectacular and the ocean front access was perfect. We watched dolphins swim by as we sat on the deck in the mornings. The beach is beautiful and spending time in the sand and waves is a great way to spend the day. The location is great and just a short drive to many fun activities - only 5 mins from Marineland! Swimming with the dolphins was so much fun! Ann was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and accommodate our needs. We are already eager to plan another vacation here!!!

A simply terrific & totally enjoyable stay!
What a fantastic week we enjoyed at this home. So much room across two floors; everyone had they own space to get away and relax. The cooks in our family loved the kitchen area, where they could enjoy the ocean views from the large picture windows inside; it was great. For me, sitting on the deck to enjoy late afternoon sea breeze and the convenience of being able to simply walk down to the beach was worth it … I returned to work rejuvenated! :-) THANK YOU for sharing your home, Ann; it was a simply terrific & totally enjoyable family vacation stay for us. We hope to be back next year!

Exceptional Beach House
We had an amazing time with our family!! This was our first time renting a house and this one set the bar high. There was so much room with an amazing ocean view. Enjoyed preparing meals while looking out at the water.
I absolutely loved coming and going to “my” beach when I wanted. Our trip from start to finish was perfect with visiting historic St. Augustine, to long walks on velvet white sand, relaxing in perfect water temperature, seeing a double rainbow to actually witnessing baby sea turtles migrate at night. Could not ask for a better experience.

Our family had an excellent vacation at this beach property! The house was spacious & super clean.
Our family had a great time at this ocean front rental. The oceanfront location was perfect. The views were wonderful, especially during morning sunrise. The kitchen was stocked with great utensils, pots, and an amazing collection of cookbooks. We were also close to many good restaurants & attractions. We look forward to renting this house again.

Perfect Getaway Beach House
My wife, my two adult children, and I stayed here for a week in early June and loved it. We had such a nice, relaxing week. The house is in a quiet area where the beach is large and was not crowded while we were there. However, all the St Augustine sights and restaurants are just a short drive away. The views from the living room, kitchen, and deck are spectacular, especially during sunrise each morning. The house is spacious and allowed the four of us to have time to ourselves whenever we wanted. The kitchen has everything you need. There is also a nice grill on the deck that we used one night. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of parking in the driveway for our three vehicles. The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with any time we wanted. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing beach vacation!

Sunrise, Sunset
We loved our stay here! The views are spectacular and the privacy unparalleled. It would be hard to go back to a condo after this experience. It's so easy to walk out to the beach, where the sand is like velvet, and the water temperature, especially for mid-June, is perfect. You can sit out on the deck watching the sunrise and drinking coffee in total privacy. From the benches on the walkway to the beach, you can take in the sunrise as well. We took a vote on the drive back home, and it was unanimous: we're going back next year!
