Esta casa hermosa y acogedora es restaurador y en forma familiar. Vistas mirando hacia el este de la India dan a la histórica bahía de la isla, donde se puede coger la marea baja, observando y tocando la vida de mar Salish.
En 1600 pies cuadrados de espacio, esta casa de dos pisos que usted y su familia impresionante espacio compartido da. Construido en el estilo artesano con gran atención al detalle, el primer recorrido te lleva a la gran sala con cocina, comedor y sala de estar abierta. Un gran balcón con vista al mar y muebles de patio le invita a comer al aire libre cuando el clima lo requiere! Situado en la planta principal está el dormitorio principal muy bien equipadas, con un magnífico baño principal. Un paseo en la planta baja que conduce a la segunda y tercera dormitorios y un segundo baño completo. This house was a perfect home base of our Orcas adventures. Clean, comfortable, and a wonderfully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed being walkable to downtown but tucked into a quiet area. We are excited to visit again!

The location was very close to the outlook inn the site of our daughters wedding. The house was a great space for the bridesmaids to all get ready. Very nice kitchen and balcony. Our 4 yr old granddaughter loved the trundle beds in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Very tranquil location

Our family spent several wonderful days at Sherri's beautiful property on Orcas Island. We enjoyed the views of the sea, ate the blackberries growing outside, walked to town, and cooked inside the well-stocked kitchen. Cascade Lake and Moran Park were just a short drive away, and it's easy to catch a morning ferry back to the mainland because the house is also close to the ferry terminal in the other direction.

We had a comfortable, easy stay at the clean and spacious home, close to the town of Eastsound. It was a nice base for the family, exploring Moran State Park and doing some crabbing and clamming nearby.

Enjoyed the place. However the TV was not user friendly plus there was no DVD as listed. The back sliding door did not lock. The listing does not mention how steep the road is…. Tho close to Eastsound it surely was not walkable

Great Time in Eastsound
This was our first VRBO and the property is lovely. It is located close to the town so it was very convenient? Our daughter was traveling with my husband and I and having her own bedroom and bathroom downstairs gave her privacy. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning looking out on the water. We would highly recommend this property.

Tranquil
The property is set among towering trees with views of the water. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck listening to the birds. We spotted deer several mornings as well. Even though it feels secluded, it is only a short walk into town. However, there is a steep road leading to the house which makes the walk back a bit challenging, but doable. Otherwise it's a quick two minute drive to town. Excellent location. The property was spotless and very comfortable. The house was well stocked with the essentials. We really enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable and clean vacation home in a beautiful and convenient location on Orcas island. Enjoyed the lovely views to the sea while grilling and having dinner/breakfast on the terrace.

Sherri was the perfect host, available but unobtrusive and quick to respond to my questions.

The town of Eastsound is charming; we discovered small shops and nice dining options.
Check out The Brown Bear Bakery, The Clever Cow and Orcas Pottery There is also a nice market for groceries.

Quiet neighborhood in the forest with good views. Close to town and other sites for quick trips as well. We are coming back.

Perfect spring get-away
We had a wonderful extended weekend stay!
The property was perfect for families with young children. They had everything we could have possibly needed and more (pack n play, high chair, kid dishes, and even a few fun children's books!). The location was perfect for exploring all ends of the island. Definitely would stay again if we ever returned to the island.

The perfect escape!
The pictures do not do the property justice. From the furnishings, the condition of the house, and the peaceful views, this was truly a beautiful property. The location was just a quick walk or drive to downtown Eastsound and was perfect for our weekend away.

Relaxing getaway with a treehouse feel!
We had a wonderful time at this home during spring break. The home is very comfortable. The weather didn't cooperate most of the time that we were there but it was so nice to be able to see the sound from most of the rooms in the house. The bedding was nice and the mattress was so comfortable that we bought that same mattress for our house! The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. I think that the only improvement would be to provide more living room seating. Sherry was a fantastic host that was on top of everything. We have already recommended this property to other friends of ours.

Great place in Eastsound!
Stayed here with my family and we absolutely loved it. Very quiet and private and a short walk to Eastsound. Inside was clean and incredibly well stocked. Will rent again!

Orcas Island Magic
The property manager made every effort to make sure our stay was incredible. She was communicative, flexible, and beyond accommodating. The house was extremely comfortable and clean. The beds were fabulous! We will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great location
Short walk into town if you don't mind a hike up on the way back. It was great exercise after over indulging in town. Picked up some groceries at Island Market. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare a few meals. Comfy beds, beautiful view, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Orcas.

Lovely Family Vacation
Our family of 5 (kids ages 10, 13, 14) thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Orcas. This house was configured just right for our crew and provided a great base for our adventures. The weather was lovely and we look full advantage of the large back deck. We walked in to Eastsound at least once a day. The hill to the driveway is steep but still walkable for our able-bodied group.

Wonderful property! Great location above Eastsound. Walking up and down the hill from town was great exercise. Very convenient. Very well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable. Good base for exploring the island. Would certainly stay here again!

Great stay even during pandemic
Lovely home. Exceptionally clean and comfortable-a great comfort during the pandemic. Very warm and cozy even during the winter. Quick 10 min walk to town. It was great to take several walks a day to the beach. As other reviewers have said, there is a hill to get up to the property (5 or so minutes of walking), so if walking mobility is an issue, this is something to know. The driveway into the road and into the house itself was a little tough for our low-clearance Prius, but this was a minor concern. Just something to note. If you bring a dog, there is a great off leash dog park within a 5 minute drive. And if you play pickleball, there are some great courts in that park area.

Very spacious home in a convenient location very close to town but distant enough where it still felt secluded. Parking space limited, no more than two cars. Nice outdoor deck, big kitchen.

Wonderful Retreat!
I felt at home and had everything I needed for my stay at Orcas. The view was refreshing and the bottle of red wine the host left me was extra pleasant. I‘ve decided this will be our “go to” location for future Orcas stays.

Great stay - would return for a 3rd time
This was our second time staying at the property - and would stay again. Exactly as advertised, great location, amenities, clean and comfortable. Owners are very responsive. Overall a great stay and look forward to returning next year.

Beautiful house in Eastsound
The pictures do not do this property justice! It is beautiful inside with a lovely view of the water through the trees. The living room/kitchen area is spacious and the beds are super comfortable. It's a short drive to Eastsound and a nice central location on the island. We will be back!

Great place to celebrate the new year.
Lovely, cozy house with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, DVD collection and comfy beds after an afternoon hiking around the twin lakes. I would highly recommend this property.
