This beautiful house is spacious with spectacular views, nice neighborhood, extremely well stocked kitchen and a great hot tub! We can't say enough good things about our stay!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryan's home in Butte. We were traveling with our 3 boys & having the grassy yard for them to run around on was great! The hot tub was an added bonus and we used it nightly while grilling on the patio. The views of the golf course & surrounding mtns were so serene. I would definitely recommend Ryan's house & wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay

My family and I were in Butte for High School basketball games. The home was conveniently located only a handful of minutes from the Maroon Activity Center. Also not far from restaurants. House was clean and had comfortable beds. Enjoyed the newly remolded kitchen. Was perfect for our family. Wish it was available this coming weekend as we’ll be returning for another high school basketball tournament.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property, quiet neighborhood and the Hot tub was fabulous.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Butte. With five adults we found this home perfect for our needs. The home had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated and comfortable. As golfers we really enjoyed the view of Butte Country club golf course. Ryan was an excellent host who responded to questions immediately. He offered great suggestions of places to golf and eat. We would absolutely stay here again Kathy C

Very beautiful house , hard wood floors, with amazing views of the Mountains and golf course. Workout equipment in the basement a plus. Was there for a family visit. Located close to everything in town and about 6 mins from the airport. Also had a great hot tub. Would recommend and will stay again if available when we go back.

We came for a five day sporting event and we’re so incredibly thankful for such a wonderful place to stay. The home is beautiful and spacious with everything we could possibly need. The beds were luxurious. And the soaker tub was clutch. We had some WiFi issues at first but Ryan was incredibly responsive and we got it sorted out. The only real thing we wished we could have changed was the thermostats - the house was very warm at night but there were sticky notes saying we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Would love to stay here again.

The home and surroundings were great. The only things I would like to know up front would be the keeping the temp at 69. Mom is 83 and she was cool. Summer would be wonderful for Mom. The fireplace was one you could only look at. not one to sit by on a wintry day. All was very fun and enjoyable.

Three couples stayed at this home to getaway and just enjoy each other's company. The home could not have been better suited for us. The view over the golf course is awesome. The kitchen is better than well-stocked, best we have ever encountered. The bedrooms were were great for each couple. Thank you Ryan for sharing your very special home with us. We will be back.

I cannot say enough positive things about this location and the hosts! Ryan and Haley were fantastic and very responsive to any questions we had. They were also extremely helpful and recommended places for us to go in the area. The house is beautiful, spacious, has amazing decor and appliances, and truly had everything we needed. The view of the mountains is top notch and we enjoyed having access to great activities nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Butte/Montana!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house located in a quiet but very convenient neighborhood in Butte. The view from the patio was amazing and we enjoyed visiting and entertaining friends both inside and outside the house. The house was very clean and well-appointed. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and chatting. The bathrooms were luxurious. Overall an excellent property! We will stay there again.

This was a very beautiful home with everything listed about the home to be exactly as stated. Ryan was great to work with us allowing us to book an additional night stay. The kitchen is well equipped with necessities for your cooking needs. Lots of spices etc. Bedrooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. Lots of towels but could use dish clothes. With the availability of the washer and dryer it made it handy to wash clothes prior to continuing travel. Quiet location with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Location is close to town for site seeing the area but at the house you get a get away from it all feel. We stayed a week at the house and with the back porch area we had a place to store ice chests and extra food etc without cluttering up the kitchen. You too will Love this house if you get an opportunity to stay and play in Butte.

absolutely beautiful house, decorated lovely, and for the first time in a rental property (this is our 13th) we didn't have to do everything under the sun for check out which was great because we were in town for work.

Listing was exactly what was advertised online, such warmth and charm and elegant comfort! The house was well stocked, clean, perfectly decorated, and overall a dream to stay in at during our short visit to Butte for a family wedding. Can't wait to return and stay again.

Ryan has a beautiful home in Butte. Friends stayed there in the summer of 2020 and we stayed this summer. Awesome, beautiful property. We will stay again if it’s available.

Absolutely loved the house, the view, and location. We were able to accommodate a family visit with room to spare. It was a fabulous house, and the owner thought of everything. We will definitely stay again.

It provided the space we needed to get together for a weekend where Butte was the halfway point for those traveling.
