Location was great! Ski in ski out was a little tricky for us older skiers! Lol!!! The younger adults used it in and out. Great place to stay, the owner lives right beside the house and when I called with a problem he came right over to see about it. We would for sure stay here again!!!!!

We felt like royalty in this house- from the decor to the location, it was such a perfect getaway for our group. We drove to West Glacier almost every day.

Overall it was very nice!! One of the main attractions was the hot tub, and that only worked for about half the week…the location is great - our snowboarders had a little more trouble with the ski-out feature due to catwalks, but overall really nice for our family - would consider renting again!!

We had an amazing week of skiing, and our accommodations could not have been better for our group! Tons of space for our group to spread out or come together for meals or to watch the Super Bowl. We had a small issue with the hot tub and the owners were right on it - we didn't miss a single day of use. We found out afterwards that they, themselves were away on their own vacation - which made it even more impressive. We will definitely book here again! Thanks!!

Our family stayed in this home over Christmas this year. The house and the views are amazing. On arrival, the house was easily accessible and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Easy access to the ski resort and Whitefish (downtown). The owners were friendly, accommodating and responded to communications quickly. I highly recommend this home and would rent again. Thank you LeCompte family! We loved our first trip to Montana.

The house is lovely and the view from the deck is breath taking. It has comfortable furniture, an incredibly well equipped kitchen, and the TV is pre-loaded with a lot of movies, Great room layout, and very quiet, with privacy when you want it, and good group gathering places when you don't. The hot tub is great. There were a few minor negatives. The pillows in the master bedroom (and maybe all of them, I didn't ask the others) were ancient, flat, lumpy and way, way overdue to be replaced. The sheets were also tired and limp, with that feeling of having been washed too many times. The house has six bathrooms and when we arrived three of them had NO toilet paper, and the other three had less than half an inch on the roles. This necessitated and emergency run to White Fish to buy toilet paper. Also, we were a family of ten adults, staying for seven days, and the bathrooms came with one tiny bar of motel size soap in each shower and another in each sink. It wasn't enough to last that long. These were minor problems, but they should be addressed. Also, if you are coming primarily to ski, the location couldn't be better, but if you are coming as we were, to hike and explore Glacier Park, be aware it is an hour drive to the West entrance and two and a half hours to the East entrance, Seeing the park was worth the drive, so I'm not really complaining, but just be aware you will spend a lot of time in the car just getting to places.

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday with a ski vacation with friends. The house is very spacious and well appointed. It was easy to ski to the base lodge from the house. The owners live next door and were very helpful when we had trouble with the satellite television. I would definitely rent this house again.

My husband and I rented this property for a week's vacation with our three grown children and their spouses and one grandchild. We were delighted with how perfectly this home fit our needs -- everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, and there was ample space for group activities -- a large family room on the main level, and a recreation room on the lower level. The large and modern kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. There are two decks overlooking fabulous views, and on one of the decks is a hot tub. Our adult children are very oriented to outdoor activities and there was so much to do, that their days were packed -- hiking in Glacier National Park, rock climbing, white water rafting, zip lining, mountain biking, paddle boarding, and more. My toddler grandson loved the gondola to the top of Big Mountain, and the alpine slide coming down (these are quite close to the house). My two daughters-in-law got great massages in town. My husband and I visited the Glacier National Park on three occasions and found it quite beautiful. Whitefish is a lovely little town with a number of very good restaurants. We had a terrific week, and wished we had been able to stay another week!

Everything we could have wanted in a vacation home. Perfect location, great large, open kitchen, living & dining area. Fantastic deck with a fabulous view and two nice seating areas.

This is our 2nd time renting this place and we absolutely love it! Great location with access to the ski trail. The place is setup great for entertaining, but also lots of room in case someone from the group wants to get away for some peace and quiet. Its not 'inexpensive', but I think the value is very good. Definitely on the high-end side. To be honest there is not one thing about the place that i don't like. I would recommend this place to anyone. We look forward to renting it again next year!

What a fantastic place to gather a group together! The location is wonderful and the home has amazing views! We had 5 couples and everyone had enough room (their own bedroom and bathroom) to get away even though we all ended up in the kitchen and living room as is always the case. The huge dining room table made meals a blast. The Lecompte family have done a great job in regard to a beautiful kept and well appointed home. If you are planning a get away for skiing, biking or hiking for a larger group this is a perfect place.

This property was perfect for our family reunion. We had 8 people and every couple had a great bedroom and their own bathroom. The rooms were spacious with good separation so each couple had good privacy. The kitchen was outstanding and the dinning table was just right for meals and visiting. The furnishings and decorations and dishes and pots and pans were all first class. The view from the porch was wonderful and a couple of times we had deer wandering through the trees and brush below the balcony. The WIFI connection was excellent! We were there in mid-August 2016.
