Beautiful view, with the sounds of the waves at night. Owner was very accommodating! We had Umbrellas and chairs at beach!

We had a great stay at this lovely home which was located so conveniently on the beach. We loved the slower pace of this beach. The property owner was great to work with and willing to solve any issues quickly.

We loved this house. It was right on the beach. Our 4 kids had a blast. The owner and property manager were very friendly and helpful. They even helped us get groceries ordered and delivered in the fridge before we got there. My wife loved the decor of the house. This was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had.

Moondance is one of the top properties in Carillon and I highly recommend it to all. We've been coming to Alys and Carillon for many years and Moondance was a 'best ever' experience for our family. Of course, the location on the beach can't be beat and simply walking up to the house to retrieve an item (or fire up the blender) is a significant convenience. The home was spotless, stunningly beautiful and well-appointed. Jo was attentive and accommodating and a real pleasure to work with and to get to know! Enthusiastically recommended!

This house is in a great location for those wanting to visit the seaside area but avoid crowds. It is probably better suited to families with older kids as the floor with the bunks (basement) does not have a bathroom and is two floors away from the primary (top floor). Overall a great house for a memorable vacation.

This house is gorgeous and it was perfect for our needs. The beach view is outstanding. We ended up cooking in in the gourmet kitchen more that expected because we couldn't find a better view at a restaurant than what we had on our back deck!

It was the ideal vacation with our family. The beach was steps away from the back door. We ate each meal on the back deck overlooking the ocean. Thanks, Jo, for working with us.

What a wonderful, relaxing and fabulous stay we just had at Moondance. The decks were absolutely perfect to enjoy the dolphins that came by daily! The furnishings were lovely, just as pictured. The neighborhood was nice very and quiet, no crowds in sight on the beach. A perfect stay. Definitely will return!!

We had such a wonderful time at this property! The house was very clean and comfortable. We felt at home all week and could not have asked for more! Jo was very attentive and happy to answer our questions. We rent through VRBO often and found her thorough communication and care so refreshing. We look forward to staying here in the future!

This was our first visit to this area so didn't know what to expect. We relied on the reviews of this property to make our travel decision. So I am providing information that may help the next traveler. We were traveling during the initial re-opening of the country after covid restrictions. Beachfront location was perfect. There were 6 comfortable beach lounges set up in front of the house daily - with cushions and umbrellas. This was so perfect and easy with children. The chair service stopped by to let us know he also has boogie boards available for rent. We could let the older kids head down to the beach early and watch them from the back porch. We ate breakfast and many meals on the back porch - the table set up and view are perfection. There were other families on the beach but it was never crowded. At night you can hunt for white crabs with flashlights! The neighborhood is private and beautiful. We rented baby gear that was delivered before we arrived and picked up the day we left. The house is very well appointed with comfortable beds, fluffy bath towels, fluffy beach towels and pretty iron gates at the top of both sets of stairs. This was a huge positive for our little one. The property manager was extremely responsive. Jo also answered questions throughout our trip. There is a cute restaurant in the neighborhood where you can grab a quick breakfast or lunch. If you are ready for more shopping and restaurants, Rosemary beach is a 5 minute drive from the house. This is perfect as the Rosemary beach area is great for shopping, riding bikes and dinner but is significantly more crowded. It was nice to go shop and then come back to our private oasis. We enjoyed several attractions on 30A - including "The Hub" and a trip to Seaside for shopping. We highly recommend this house and location. We are hoping to return soon!

Loved spending time at the beach in this beautiful home. High end finishes and appliances made our visit special and easy. Oceanfront setting was the cherry on top!

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our sweet family in Carillon Beach at Moondance. Such a fantastic decision. Moondance is a top notch vacation home. All my friends who saw my pictures on social media were questioning how I found such a beautiful beach house. I gave them the info.

Our family has been to Carillon for 9 years straight. I have rented all ocean front homes. The experience at Moondance and with the owner, Jo, was the most exceptional experience and home to date. The oceanfront home well exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, SUPER CLEAN, and the kitchen?......oh the kitchen. It was so well stocked with everything a cook could need. The air conditioner for the home actually cooled and the linens and bedding was just amazing. Helen was quick to respond to our check in/check out and asked us to come back. I can say, we will be back at Moondance 2020, NO QUESTION! Thanks, Jo, and thanks Carillon Beach for the A MAY ZING weather. The best ever !!!!!

My family had an amazing week at the Moondance house! It is a beautiful home in a great beach community. The location was absolutely perfect with incredible views from the porch and balcony. Restaurants and Grocery stores are just a short drive away. We loved that this area is less commercialized and we really felt like we got away on vacation! Jo was so nice and communication was great. As former beachfront property owners, I can’t begin to express how impressed my husband and I were with this property. We know how brutal vacationers can be on rental property and this house shows no evidence of that. The house looks exactly like it does in the photos. Also, and more importantly, the house was SUPER clean. I looked under the range when picking something up off the floor and it was spotless. This house will definitely be our new go-to.

Moon Dance is gorgeous! Plenty of space for our family of four adults and three teens. The views from the house are stunning. The house is well appointed - comfy beds too! The on-site property manager was quick to respond when we had one little small issue. The owner, Jo, is so kind and communicates really well. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautifully decorated. There was plenty of sleeping room, the kitchen was amazingly well stocked. Being able to walk out your front door to the beach was priceless- especially with a toddler. Each member of the family agreed this was their favorite house!

From the beautiful warm water to the thundershowers in the afternoons, this was a perfect vacation. The house is beautiful, well decorated and maintained, and wonderfully located just steps up a boardwalk from the sugary white sands. The beach was never packed, but we still loved people and porpoise watching from the back deck. It was really a great getaway.
