This condo is bright, clean and perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. With plenty of room to stretch out and plenty of privacy too! We especially enjoyed the huge patio with fans in the evening. Lizz and Mike made some great recommendations for grocery shopping, places to eat and sightseeing, and were quick to take care of the microwave when it died. Lizz also told us about the tire reef, just offshore and told us what to watch for and helped us identify some of the fish we were seeing. We also snorkeled every day of our visit and Lizz made all the arrangements for loaner gear for us. The property has a garden, gas grill and swimming pool, as well as about a 1/2 mile of beach access across several properties. If you want to combine staying put on-property, but also easy access for excursions, rhis is a great condo to use as your home base.

The place was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, Liz was very responsive to questions, and the condo had great amenities. The location was great to see everything on the island! Hope to be back again sometime.

This property was perfectly located, close driving distance to downtown/the boardwalk, restaurants and stores. A lovely pool and beach access. There was too much seaweed at first to get in at this location but it was cleaned up nicely when we were leaving. There are beautiful beaches to drive to though, such as Hotel at the Cay (have to pay to take the ferry), Little Bay Beach and Rainbow Beach, just the name a few. The condo itself had everything needed, was clean and the owner was easy to reach if any questions. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Thank you!

I came to St Croix with a few friends to celebrate my birthday and couldn’t have stayed in a better home. Lizz did a phenomenal job at making sure we were comfortable and truly thought of EVERYTHING that we could need. Th house is clean, cozy, and a great location. We loved how much it felt like a home and felt really comfortable. I will absolutely book again next time I’m on the island. Thank you for everything!

A very good value. Everything was super and Lizz was great! We enjoyed meeting her and she was very responsive to any questions I had both before and during our four day stay. Colony Cove is an attractive complex, well-maintained, secure, quite, good views and a nice pool. The unit was just as advertised. Up to date, clean, roomy, very well-equipped, good beds, spacious deck and a nice view of the grounds and pool. A good location for us (about a seven minute drive to downtown Christensted). Two small bars/restaurants within walking distance. The only possible negative is the beach - a lot of seaweed.

Great unit in a great complex. Stayed at Colony Cove for many years and this was certainly one of the nicest units. I've never seen the grounds look so lovely. HOA doing a great job. Will definitely be back. Thanks Lizz for a great stay.

Lizzie was responsive and professional. Her condo had every amenity that any homeowner would want to have while on vacation. We would not hesitate to recommend Lizzie's condo and stay there again on our next visit to St croix.

I am sure everyone has a story to tell if they traveled over the Christmas holiday…in short our family also had issues with delayed/canceled flights lost baggage, but we arrived at St. Croix. Lizz our host restored my faith in humanity. She went above and beyond to make our arrival and stay as smooth as possible. She made sure we had the necessities that we needed and a stiff drink!! The condo itself was lovely, well stocked with all needs, comfortable beds. Pool area was very nice and we did use the grill several times. I must say it was wonderful to find a grill that was clean had gas and worked! My kids loved the sectional couch and the back porch view of pool and ocean was great. Condo is in a great midway point to areas on the island. Airport is only 20 minutes, Christiansted 10 minutes. Several grocery stores nearby. To go to the other end of the island is about a 30-45 minute drive depending on what you are doing. Sandy Point beach was beautiful (only open on wknds in winter) take a noodle from the pool area to float! Driving on the left hand side was not bad, but roads are narrow and winding..just take your time. I would not recommend taking car up road to Hams Lighthouse unless you have jeep or similar car. We did Big Beards to Bucks island half day which was great..wonderful crew. Highlight for us was Mt. Pellier Domino Club. Good food and the pigs were amazing. Bring cash they don’t do credit cards. Overall this was a great stay..this is a very relaxed island so sit back slow down and enjoy!

Great condo with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for everyone to spread out comfortably. Convenient location - 5 min drive to downtown/boardwalk and grocery stores are nearby. Kids loved the Wi-fi. Unit is well-maintained, extra clean, and stocked with everything a family needs for a great St. Croix vacation (towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, full kitchen, and washer/dryer). Huge balcony with a view and full-size table that we used for outdoor dining. Pool, spotless gas grill, and grounds are immaculate and professionally maintained by full-time property staff. Lizz (the host/owner) made sure we had all the info we needed regarding the entry gate and getting keys to the unit after our late arrival. Great communication from Lizz - she made herself available for any questions we had, and she had great local/insider advice and recommendations regarding restaurants, best beaches to visit, and excursions. We couldn't ask for more on our first trip to St.Croix, and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time to St. Croix, and Lizz's place made it feel just like home! We enjoyed the proximity to everything on the island and her personal touches in a notebook of recommendations. The home was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the two of us. The porch (gallery) had a beautiful view of the water, pool, and outdoor space. We even saw a mongoose run by! The pool was really nice, too! We had a great time balancing exploration with relaxation.

The property and the pool area was always clean and tidy. Also, the 2 grills were clean and worked very well! We had resiprocity with St Croix Club next door, we found out since the property office person was on vacation for a couple days. So, we went there and were able to get snorkle gear. Also, they have pickelball courts which we found out we could use. We also ate 2 meals at their beachfront restaurant. Lizz the property owner was just awesome. Upon arrival she drove us up to the local grocery store to get a few things for the next couple days. She also informed us that Centerline car rental "mid island" location was the cheaper and more convienent location to rent a car from since they allow you to return the car to the Airport location. Also, Lizz is worderful as she once had to come in and let us in as the door blew shut and locked us out of the condo. We loved this location and not once used the Air conditioning! The porch is rather large and overlooks the pool and you can also see the bay to the left. We left the bedroom and living room doors open and with the louvered windows in the front opened that created a awesome breeze through the condo. Temperture each day was 82-84f and at night 75-79f and the humidity was down a bit since March is the begnnning of the dry season.

We really enjoyed the location and amenities this location provided our family. Lizz was fantastic and was always available if we needed her. I would definately stay in this property again!

Awesome time! My daughter and cousin stayed for a 4 day trip at Colony Cove Condos and had a wonderful stress-free relaxing trip! All went smooth! Everyone we had met on the island was very friendly and helpful during our visit. We had everything we needed right there at our condo. Did snorkeling, swimming, sight-seeing, met some really nice people. Would love to come back. Highly recommend. A+

The apartment was a perfect size for our family of 4 adults that came to the island to scuba dive and enjoy something new. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast and a second meal on the balcony of the apartment. The restaurant just next door was really lovely. We swam in the ocean every day. The complex was safe, quiet and the staff friendly.

The property was fantastic! Quiet area, not too far away from town or places to get supplies and food. There are a few restaurants very close by that have delicious food, thank you Mike and Lizz for the tips on those! Lizz and Mike are absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond for us and I can't thank them enough for everything! I plan on returning hopefully sooner rather than later.

Check in process was very simple. We loved the pool area, being able to grill and being a few steps from the beach.
