We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this very beautiful condo. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the garage was well stocked with beach gear. Check in and check out were easy, and Freddy provided thorough instructions before we arrived. We didn’t need to contact him during our stay because everything was great, but he provided his phone number in case of questions or issues. We absolutely recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again,

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed our stay. The condo is well laid out so we didn't feel cramped or without privacy. It was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. It has everything you can possibly need in the kitchen and for beach gear! We even enjoyed putting together a puzzle on a rainy day. Dining al fresco on the lanai is also a great option. The supermarket and restaurants are nearby and convenient. The grounds , including the pool area, are well maintained. Owner Freddy was easy to work with and always responsive. Thank you Freddy for sharing your beautiful home.

Very clean and organized

Could not have worked out better for our group of six. Easy to get to all the great North shores sites. Everything that we would need was in the condo. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Big bonus was the hot tub every night to soothe our sore legs!!!

We found this a good location for our day trips around the island. The space was good for 5 adult family members although the only large enough eating space for meal time was on the lanai...which was fine by us.....eating outdoors this time of year isn't something we are able to do back home. We had an issue with one toilet but it was taken care of quickly. Much appreciated. Kauai is beautiful and we enjoyed visiting the island over Christmas...learned some Hawaiian Christmas carols and took advantage of all the markets to purchase local items for each other plus lots of yummy fruit. Thank you.

Great property for 3 couples. All will have private bedrooms with bathrooms. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool/hot tub and morning coffee on the lanai. Nice to have snorkeling/beach gear available. Within walking distance to Princeville and only 10 minutes by car to Hanalei. Loved the hike down to Sea Lodge beach!

It's a nice place. It was under construction, not Freddy fault but there was not enough parking because of the construction crew. But the place very nice. The North side is pretty lush and green. I didn't have any troubles reaching Freddy for any needs. He was fantastic. If there wasn't construction I think it would have been better just because we had to leave a lot because of the noise and paint fumes. Again not on Freddy. So I would go again in a heart beat. But I'd make sure there wasn't construction in the area. Oh the place was spacious, accommodated all of us comfortably. Really nice place.

This place was amazing. The communication with the property manager was great. It is located very close to the Hanalei beach. I would totally use this place again.

Great stock of beach & kitchen equipment, loved that there were spices and oils for cooking. Freddy is attentive and great to work with. Princeville is beautiful. We will be back. Thank you Freddy!

Everything about this place is awesome. From the coded entry so no keys get lost, to the inflatable duck for the pool. Freddy really makes your vacation a vacation. Super easy to communicate with and a reply in a timely manner as well. All the goodies that come with this place will make your stay the best it can be

So nice to have 3 bedrooms and baths, not easy to find in this area. Perfect for us and our teen granddaughters. Great location, super clean condo with everything you need for a day on the beach. Highly recommend this location.

Our family stayed at the condo for just under a month this July and couldn’t have been happier. It was better than advertised and had everything we could have wanted for our long stay. My wife and I worked remote (mostly on the awesome lanai) and had no problems with Wi-Fi or internet even with constant zoom calls. The condo was really clean. We didn’t want for anything. Check in and out was simple and Freddy was really easy to talk to. The location can’t be beat, close to everything in Princeville and a quick drive to Hanalei Bay. The complex has an amazing pool/hot tub & gym too. We have two kids (3yo. & 1yo.) who really enjoyed the sand toys and boogie boards, and the beach chairs were super convenient to have when watching the sunset each night at Hanalei. They even had a high chair, baby monitor & an extra little cot/mattress for our toddler. It felt like any time we had an “oh dang, we forgot this!” moment or needed anything at all, the condo had it. We hope to be back soon!

Excellent location and size for our family.

This condo in Princeville is a great homebase to explore the north shore of Kauai. The condo is exactly as advertised, it has adequate room for six people and it was very clean upon arrival. There is a pool, hot tub and barbecues available for use. Also, the owner has all kinds of beach equipment in the garage which renters are free to use - surfboards, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, chairs, umbrellas, coolers. Quiet hours at the condo complex are 9 PM to 7 AM so you do have to be quiet in the evening. Great place to stay, would highly recommend.

We are three couples who enjoy traveling together. This place was perfect with the three baths and bedrooms. (Hard to find) Great location with view of ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. A easy walk in the morning for coffee or breakfast if you didn't feel like cooking, but all the emenities if you did. Pool was nice and clean, and the Ocean was a short drive away. Definitely would recommend.

I almost didn’t want to share our amazing experience so we can hope to get this listing on return trips to Kauai. :) We have done a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this is hands down the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. I love after a long day of exploring the beautiful island how cozy it was to shower and cozy up for the night. We had the most amazing week in paradise and this condo is absolutely perfect. Location is great after exploring the whole island we were so happy with Princeville. It’s a great little walk/small easy hike to sea lodge beach…our two young kids tolerated the walk and hike easily we played for hours on a nearly private beach and walked back afterwards. We also walked from the condo to the trailhead to queen’s bath it was a mile to the trailhead a .8 mile trail to queen’s bath and then back it made for a nice outing. We hope to stay again soon for another trip of adventure for our family. The garage is stocked with literally every beach item you could need and it’s well organized and clean. Thank you so much for being part of marking our vacation a trip we will savor our whole lives.

Very nice, very quiet property. Could not hear a thing outside at night with fan on. Furniture, including beds, was very comfortable and plenty of room to spread out in bathrooms. Spacious balcony area with a large table where you could watch birds! All beach gear is available in house or garage—lots of beach bags, chairs, beach blanket, towels, etc. Pool is dm

Our family had a great time at this condo and it provided us with everything that we needed. It was well stocked with beach gear, coolers and plenty of space to relax.

We stayed for 6 nites, owner was very helpful answering any questions or even recommendations and easy to get ahold of, 3 couples and was perfect everyone having there own restroom and ac is a bonus which you wanna cool off.

Awesome condo, great space both indoor and outdoor. Location was perfect for visiting the North side, but due to construction getting to the east and south side of the island was challenging- took extra time. Communication with Freddy was great- we had everything we needed and would definitely recommend this beautiful condo! Mahalo!

We stayed at this condo for 4 days while exploring Kauai. We had two couples and two mothers-in-law with us so the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were really excellent. Communication with Freddy was easy, we had all the info we needed. Check in and check out were a breeze. The surrounding Princeville and Hanalei areas were great to be close to.

I would have to say that this was one of the best vacation rentals my family has ever stayed at! The condo looks even better in person than the pictures. Location is perfect in picturesque Princeville --perfect for morning or sunset walks, close to Queen's path, Anini Beach, and most important a nice launchpad for Hanalei. Freddy was very responsive and thorough in all of our communications. I cannot recommend Freddy's place more. Great complex, unit was nice and close to the pool. Beautiful beaches close by. Just a shame the Na Pali coast road was still closed when we went. Lanai was perfect to have dinner out on and enjoy the evening breeze. Plenty of beach toys etc to use. Kauai was fantastic and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend Freddy's place to anyone. Thanks for having us :)

Comes well stocked and clean. In a great location. Fred was great to deal with and checking in and out was super easy. Looking forward to taking a trip again.

we had a nice stay here, we were 4 adults and 2 small children, the beds were very comfy, there was everything here that we could possible need. Spices, condiments, suntan lotion, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, beach chairs, boogie boards, high chair, playpen. Even food in the fridge, that probably other guests had left. You really don't need to bring anything. We really appreciated this as usually you have to buy little things like salt, pepper, spices. The pool was great, the deck was nice. I was happy there was air conditioning for sleeping at night. Thank you Freddy!

Loved that all 3 bedrooms/ bathrooms allowed for privacy. The lanai had nice morning sun for coffee time and over looked the pool and BBQ area. Access to beach gear was very helpful. We love Kauai- so many beautiful beaches just a drive away. Thank you to Freddy for sharing his piece of paradise with our family.
