Great location

The place was very nice and clean. I loved the convenience to the beach. My family and I would make a return trip. The property is lovely and very quiet. The people were friendly and welcoming.

The place was clean and wonderful. Close to the beach. Didn't see any staff until the last day, when he watched us like a hawk . Probably because there were 9 of us trying to go wash our feet in the pool area since the water station by the beach hadn't worked the whole time we were there. There weren't enough towels in the room, so bring enough of your own. Be prepared to pick up gate card and parking passes at a different location and have to drop them off upon checkout. Be respectful to the actual residents that live there even tho they can be a little bit rude themselves. And yet we meet some really cool and nice ones. We really did enjoy the condo, which is a great place to be that close to the beach. It beats staying in a hotel where the rooms are small and you can't cook. It's like our little home while on vacation. I think we came at the right time because it wasn't crowded and full. The lady at the key kiosk was very nice and friendly. I will give this place 5 stars for how clean, beautiful decor, closeness to the beach, quietness, and all appliances worked. We plan on coming back and will stay here again.

Easy walk to ocean.

Would have liked indoor pool

The price advertised was click bait, was 3-4× the listed price. Cleaning fee of one night was double the price of the condo. Thought the listing stated there was food on site, there was none. I had a very bad experience with the community that we stayed in. Experienced unfair judgement and discrimination from the residents there. I have alot of tattoos, but high quality professional tattoos(very expensive), from multiple couples in the facility I experienced them vacating the area do to my kids and I walking through the courtyard. Was very embarrassing and impolite for children to experience anything like that

the location being on first level. short distance to the ocean and other activities and restaurants.

having to pick up passes at another location . I should of checked about bringing a trailer with bike. they were accommodating but still had to take to the office location, which was inconvenient. it took 2 days to get a dish cloth and some towels. we did not have sheets for the pull out or pillow cases for extra pillows. if this was something we needed to bring we should if been advised. also nit to have an extra roll of TP or a box of Kleenex seemed very odd to me??

Beautiful, near the pool and beach. Despite been at the beach, it was very clean.

For me it was more expensive than I expected, especially the fees.

The place was immaculately clean! And the location was very family friendly. The beach for the facilities was much nicer than a previous stay "in town" at a hotel. Had I known what I know now I'd have booked this for the whole trip from the beginning. Excellent!

Vtrips booking svc was somewhat complicated. I did book at the last minute- 1 day before so perhaps it had something to do with it. Too much paperwork. I felt like I was buying a car or a new home with all I had to sign. The directions for the e passes to get in, & the door code for the front door could have been sent with just that info highlighted and would have de-complicated everything. But once in all the headaches was worth it. There weren't many people in such a big place which made it very nice, imo. Thanks
